When Ms*** originally enrolled her pet on an OWP in December she did opt to add the Trifexis option, however when the plan automatically renewed in December to an adult plan the option was removedSo, when Ms*** upgraded her plan in April no current Trifexis option existed none were added to the upgrade plan
Ms*** can add a Trifexis onto the current plan at the time of renewal however there would be a bump in the monthly payment amount

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:Hello BanfieldSeems to be some Gray area concerning weather or not Cats are required under the "Law" in Washington County to have this VaccineIf I would have said "No" like I wanted to, does that mean you call the Police and I am under Arrest?Yes, you are correct I received the Possible Side Effects including Death "AFTER" I checked out"Not Before" I received the VaccineIf I would have been informed I would have said "NO" and went somewhere else to receive my services.I do so hope that this Judgement for my refund of the Emergency Hospital Bill is in my Favor.My next step is a Day Demand letter as required by law before I go to Court

Thank you for providing Ms***’s responseFor clarification, the Optimum Wellness Plan includes only the specific services listed, and do not offer, as Ms*** suggested in her reply, blanket coverage for all possible services neededThose specific services are noted on the previously provided signed agreementIn this agreement, blood work is covered only onceDuring Ms***’s initial attempt to have *** neutered, the bloodwork indicated abnormalities which required monitoring, and indicated the increased risk of complication under anesthesiaAs such, Ms*** was asked to pay out of pocket for blood work that day to allow it to be available for future visitsHowever, as Ms*** declined to pay the invoice, the hospital ultimately charged the blood work to the plan on December 14, Ms*** was contacted multiple times between her appointment on November and December by the Mission Viejo hospital management, but as they never heard back from her, they chose to close the open invoice that way, rather than submit the balance owed for blood work to collectionsHowever this means that Ms*** will be required to pay for blood work out of pocket should she choose to neuter her cat, ***, with Banfield in the future as the blood work on the plan has now been usedAlso, Ms*** states that she has paid $to Banfield so farThis is correctHowever, of that amount, only $went towards the Optimum Wellness PlanA copy of the itemized invoice has been provided for referenceThe balance paid at the end of her visit on November 19, is comprised of the following: one monthly payment at $36.95, one membership fee at $(forfeit after four business days), and a pedicure at $(after a ten percent Wellness Plan discount)However, the total retail value of services received on that visit equated to $(the total amount noted on the invoice, minus the membership fee and monthly payment charge)To provide an update, as the blood work and office visit from November have now been processed and added to the plan, *** received services and discounts with a retail value totaling $Ms*** has paid $(payment) towards the services receivedThe amount owed to cancel the Optimum Wellness Plan is $According to the agreement signed by Ms***, she is responsible for fulfilling her obligation under the Optimum Wellness PlanUntil Ms*** details an alternative payment plan for the services provided, the payments on the Wellness Plan will continue to be withdrawn per the agreementIf the payments are unable to be collected through the agreed method, the account will be sent to Collections within Banfield before being forward onto the credit reporting agencies

I am rejecting this response because: Banfield is lyingWhen I took the X-ray to another vet he sent it to his radiologist they said he shows pneumonia I have proof of their lieBanfeild doesn't want to take any responsibility The management team and the doctors are all clueless, and people like that shouldn't be dealing with pets lives.

My daughter went in with me as I was very worried The manager came out with the rest of the meds stating the mix-up I paid $at that time I always pay, but not for a dog I no longer have Another daughter"s dog got ring-worm there during teeth cleaning g which her brother's dog caught She withdrew from program aND refused to pay *** died June 21, deduction has been made June, July, August and now September How does this make sense?Sorry, forgot to say it was phenobarbital that the vet was to give me for weeks Then there was another min the count, as they forgot they gave her pills when she came in with seizures The young man at desk had to tell me that after the second visit for rest of pills I felt bad because I never counted the first pills, but counted these as it was short Sorry, I was volunteering at *** *** and did not have my phone I promise to have my phone nearby tomorrow, although I volunteer again until 11am THANK YOU VERY MUCH!Sorry for long message.Sorry, but I want this to END NOW I have paid months July, August and September without a dog No more automatic payments Again, thank you I'm years old, and very, very sad to not have my friend, *** Again, thanks Promise you no more texts

Steve and Larry did a really nice job building a section of fence in our back yardThey came out a couple times to inspect the site and talk over the plansShowed up for the work days when they said they would, got everything done on time, made it look good and made some good decisions on how to lay the fence outVery professional and highly recommended!

are discount membership plans designed to help make top quality veterinary care convenient and affordableOWP services are provided at deep discounts under an annual agreement, which may be cancelled at any timeHowever, if an agreement is cancelled before the end of its annual term, the client is responsible for the remaining payments on the plan or the full retail value for services and discounts used under the plan, less payments received (whichever is less)*** *** originally signed *** up on an OWP on 6/26/15, this plan ran through 6/25/During the course of this year, *** received $in discounts and services and *** *** paid $The OWP renewed on 6/26/and the first notification we have from *** *** regarding his desire to cancel was on 12/19/At that time, his OWP was cancelledHe requested a refund but according to the terms of the agreement *** *** signed, Banfield has the right to retain all monthly installmentsIn an effort to resolve this complaint, we are willing to refund the payments made for the last plan year starting 6/26/and running though the date of cancellation 12/19/for an amount of $(payments of $26.75)
