Even though I do not agree. The item was out of package for under 5 minutes, no where near smoke. I will use my credit and be done with the company.

I still do not have a valid tracking number showing the products are truly in transit to my home.  Based on their inability to provide this in all direct correspondence I am unwilling to accept such a vague reply.

[redacted].  Only after contacting Revdex.com and the New York Attorney General's Office did Open Sky address the issue.  They refunded my money.  The products ordered were never sent, even after Open Sky said they were.  Bad business.

[My credit card has not yet been credited and no resolution has been made related to the item en route to me. I do not want any of the items I ordered and want to do no more business with this company. As soon as I receive the item in process and a return shipping label for that product which is en route and that item is credited to my card, I will consider the complaint resolved--not until then.

They told me the same thing back on...

The product is FAULTY ...it has a construction defect. I took it out for the first time, hung it up and it ripped as I hit the ground.Your xompany should stand by the quality of merchandise it represents. I am not returning this item becuase I changed my mind aboit it, I am returning it because it has a DEFECT.
