applied to your credit card.All returns are able to be done by the customer via their purchase history via self service.We have no correspondence where you have contacted us to request a return or initiate a return on your own.The items on this order were delivered over days ago which is outside of our return policy.We have deactivated your OpenSky account and unsubscribed you per your request

As stated in my original complaint all I want was taken without any purchase. I contacted the company and they declined the refund and then took more approximately days later. I have unsubscribed from their site in hopes of preventing further theft
