They only did half of what I requested. This company needs to be reviewed by Management at Open Sky and I can guarantee that this company will not ship out this order because of how long they have sat on it already. The tracking results from [redacted] have not been updated since November **, 2016. A refund is not fully acceptable. I want the product. And since Open Sky cannot guarantee shipment, then the complaint is not resolved.

I feel this was a scam and daaged my credit score I had to ask them repeatedly do not send znything more or ccontzzt me IT too three emails to finzlly get them to stop I do not feel I should be liable for their deceptive practices I want these credits made permanent and for them to leave me alone

The merchant who lodged this complaint ([redacted]) was issued a payment of $1,350 on 5/**/2016. This payment was compensation for multiple marketing campaign payments they had made in previous months that they believed to be incorrect. Essentially, [redacted] felt they had been overcharged, and OpenSky issued a payment $1,350 to resolve the issue.When asked if the payment would allow the merchant to resolve this inquiry, she replied on 5/**: "Yes, will be glad to close the BB case but first would also like to get our shop back on track." OpenSky replied to this email with detailed steps to relaunch the [redacted] marketing campaign, along with a review of the marketing program to confirm that the merchant's expectations of the program matched our own.As of 5/** 11:50 AM PT, the merchant has not replied to this last email. Since OpenSky has made restitution to the merchant, there is no further basis for this complaint.

The return label issued was for two items - I only received one, so according to Open Sky I would not get credit for the missing item.. The third item was rejected for a refund even though the item is incorrect. I would like a refund for the ENTIRE purchase price, not just the one item that I can return. Please issue a label that will ensure that I receive a FULL refund, and I will gladly return the two items I received, and I expect a refund for the item I did not receive at all. Therefore, the total purchase price should be refunded upon receipt of the two items.

As of today, I have not been refunded the money however. They indicate up to 5 business days. This means that they have had float on my money for 15 business days. There is something very wrong with this situation. The use of the consumers money for 15 days without providing any product. When I checked the tracking with [redacted], they indicated that they have no further information regarding the tracking number provided.
