On 5/3/2018, William G and Tim installed a tank less hot water system in our home. They did an outstanding job. Back in the day their work would have been called 'sanitary' as it is that clean of an installation. William gave my wife and I a detailed explanation on how to use this system. They were both meticulous in how they did their portions of the installation. Would I have them do more work for us? Yes, without hesitation. Would I recommend them to our friends and neighbors? Yes.

I had Erik and Tim from The Plumbing Store install a new hot water heater. I am very happy with the quick installation and the professionalism of these two young men. I received excellent communications from The Plumbing Store personnel and I feel the price was very reasonable.

Had the Plumbing Store install two new shutoff valves and replace four old ones; work needed to be done in preparation for remodeling. Will arrived on time and completed the work without any issues. I give him and the Plumbing Store high marks all around. These are the people you want handling your plumbing needs!

William and James came out today (04/16/18) to install a new water heater and whole house sediment filter. They arrived on time, were prepared for the job at hand and wasted no time. Both were friendly, efficient, knowledgable and went about their work in a 'no nonsense' manner. Their work space was cleaner on departure than their arrival. We would not hesitate to recommend the Plumbing Store. Their pricing was fair and equitable.

We have a 1926 home on the Historic Register ( you gotta' know we need a good reliable plumber?) and they have been out twice. I rarely write reviews but here I am, these guys "earn" their wages i.e. we highly recommend and will use them exclusively.

Bill and Will were a huge help to us today, they took a look at our clogged up drains with a camera and it was obvious that the drains were old, badly clogged and had been almost unused for years. Hydrojetting was the best approach and we are back to a normal life again in Williamson valley. We had some outrageous price quotes from companies with rude, bad attitudes. Bill and Will were professional and congenial at the same time while getting the job done at a fair price. Really good experience.

We had a sewage problem & Eric & Tim from the Plumbing Store arrived & immediately found the problem & got to work. They were very efficient, & professional and saved our day. We highly recommend this CO & these two employees.

I just wish that every service person was as good as Erik. He was on time and found the problem. He took all of the necessary steps to resolve the problem. He was very professional and answered all of our questions.

Bill and Tim installed a water softener, whole house filter and a laundry sink in my garage. They showed up on time, did excellent work and no surprises when it came time to pay. Bill was very knowledgeable about the product and plumbing in general. I would highly recommend them to anyone for all plumbing needs.

I had a main feed line spring a leak in my basement , I contacted the the Plumbing store and as it was about 4 PM Bill the owner and his wife showed up at my home. Bill immediately assed the situation along with the required parts needed, the next morning he dispatched his son William and partner Tim, they did a very professional repair and got our water back on. Purchased a whole house water conditioner. They are very knowledgable and helpful. Installation was flawless and top quality.

Joe, plumbing tech, came out to fix leaky faucets & shut off valve. I got three options for the repair and made my choice. While inspecting my system, he noticed the in take and out lines were leaking on my water tank. He then gave me my options & he replaced them. Also, my water system had had a "rattling noise". This resolved the noise. We are new to Prescott, but, we have now found a great and reasonable priced plumber.

I couldn't be more pleased with this outfit. Bill and his helper installed a new water softener for me recently. I will definitely call upon this company (especially asking for Bill) when my next plumbing project is on the horizon. Thank you so much for such good work and good advise, too.

Service rep William was on time, performed work in a professional manner, he was courteous and cleaned the job site upon completion. Also William discovered that our house pressure regulator was blown and he had a replacement part on his service vehicle and made the repair quickly.
