I phoned to say I have a water leak in our mobile home park and needed to get it dug up and fixed. Jonathan was extremely nice on the phone and set up an appointment for the next morning, James was at our location by 8am and determined it would need to be dug up by a small track hoe for an amount that I was ok with, then he and Richard worked with the track hoe and mostly hand dug around the pipes to be careful not to disturb or cause anymore issues. They got it dug up found the problem and quoted me and I was ok with that and then proceeded to get parts and fix. These young men worked hard in the heat and since I had to have some of our tenants without water for over 5 hours. In about 3 hours after gluing the pipes James felt we could slowly turn the water on so our tenants would have water to their coolers. So we had no leaks and all is good. They cleaned up the area well also. Highly recommend this plumbing business and will do business in the future when we need it. Thank you Jonathan, James and Richard.

Levi did a first rate job of informing us of our choices, as well as some important ideas about care & improvement of our plumbing (especially in the hot water realm). We are very happy with the results & will continue to do employ The Plumbing Store for our needs.

Richard was able to come earlier than scheduled which is always a good thing. He installed two grab bars in two tile showers. He explained they were installed on the studs, with anchors and silicone. Everything was left neat and clean. We only use licensed contractors for any repairs on our home. This installation was expensive but, you get what you pay for and we couldn't risk having our tile broken, etc. We've used The Plumbing Store in the past and will do so again in the future. It is always a pleasure to talk to Kim for scheduling, etc.

I've been using Yavapai Plumbing for years. Needed a new water heater and your price was much better than theirs. Tim was great. If I call you for any service in the future I will ask that you send him. Work was done in a timely and efficient manner and I was comfortable having him in my home.

Tell you what. Let us not make this complicated. Levi did a great job. He was quick, friendly, and respectful. Tell Mike to give the kid a raise.

William, Levi and Anthony showed up first thing Monday morning as scheduled and got right to work. They were very professional and capable. We have had great service from the plumbing store. We had a new tankless water heater and whole house filter installed. It was installed in a timely manner and looks and works great. We have since had another plumbing issue and called them again. We requested Bill *. he is very competent and helpful and also good at explaining all the work he does. Highly recommended!

I had a serious plumbing problem. The Plumbing Store responded immediately to my call and sent a technician (Tim) to address my problem. Tim was punctual, friendly, efficient and though he encountered some anticipated issues, he handled them with ease. He double checked his work and now, a day after the problem, things are working great. I received very good service from Tim and The Plumbing Store.

James was excellent and I would love to have him for any of my future plumbing needs. He's knowledgeable, easy to talk to, efficient, courteous and willing to do whatever needs to be done.

The water heater had a leak, and we were leaving for three days the next day. We called The Plumbing Store, and after a few questions, they said they would be here this afternoon between noon and 4:00 PM. We were so happy Tim came early. He replaced the water heater, and also fixed the the leak in the faucet in the bathroom. Tim was very knowledgeable and courteous. He had covers for his shoes when he entered our home. We were so impressed with Tim and his plumbing ability. Thank you, The Plumbing Store, for sending us your Plumbing Apprentice, Tim.

If there was a sixth star I would post it. Tim solved our problem with patients and creative.

James arrived at our home on a Sunday and very promptly diagnosed the issue with our kitchen faucet. Before proceeding with the repair, he outlined various options for replacing the faucet. His in-depth knowledge and experience in his line of work was evident during the time he was in our home. His ultimate goal was to ensure customer satisfaction. He is a true asset to the Plumbing Store company and we will surely be using this company for our future plumbing needs.
