I will start by explaining that this is a dishonest customer that is trying to stir up trouble. First off NOONE else from her team has emailed us, Secondly, I have responded to her everytime she has emailed. Thirdly, and most disturbing part to her Revdex.com complaint is...
after her last email I went in and checked to see if her order was fillable and I agreed that a refund should be issued. Her credit card company even emailed me and I told them to just issue the refund and I have that email on file. There was no reason to go to the Revdex.com, it does not help matters any and certainly does not hurt my business. If her bank does not issue the chargeback, I will take care of it and I will expect this matter dropped, since it was mostly false anyway.
of course you did not receive them yet they were just sent.
I just emailed this customer the other day and thought we had forward motion on this order. Order is in process and we will be calling him to get payment for the additional part of the order this week.

Our refund policy states that we will refund any part of the order that we cannot fill. She spent $45. She got 2 at the event. Normally w posters sell for $25. Since we cannot fulfill the rest of the order due to a harddrive crash we will refund $25. That is $5 more...
than what we would do normally.

Their statement is a lie. I have not received my missing product. I would advise them to track their package number because I never received anything and I just checked my mail. This company is ridiculous and display terrible unprofessional customer service. I have been waiting for a missing poster for months.
We have been doing this for twelve years and EVERY customer has been told that they have to pick them selves. The contract that YOU signed even says you have to submit photo numbers to us. You can say that my last response will not satisfy you, but I will offer nothing else because that is a fair response and should have been handled that way in the first place, I will await you picks and then we will make you order for you.

This complaint is not completely valid. Ms.[redacted] NEVER submitted her numbers to us via our website so the order was never comlpeteted, Most of the teams in this event had no numbers on the front of their jerseys, so we cannot pick for them. We were only emailed three times and...
the first email was responded to, but after looking into it, it was returned for some reason ( I have proof of this ) Seems there was an electronic glitch. This was neither parties fault. The 2nd email was just a few days ago and we were out of state working and then came home to a snow storm, so we are playing catch up and the 3rd email was just yesterday. We get over 100 emails a day and when we are bogged down by circumstances that we do not control things fall behind. I can not and will not issue a refund on this order because we took the required photos at the event. Ms.[redacted] will need to go to our site and browse the games and from there pick her photos. We have delivered most , if not all the other orders from this event and all t hose customers submitted the numbers as needed. We need Ms.[redacted] to do the same and if there are any other outstanding orders, they need to do the same. We just got an email from one of the board members the other day and he had been out of town and he very nicely let us know that he was going to be submitting his numbers to us soon. He did not ask for a refund because we had done nothing wrong.. So please send us your photo picks and we will happily make this and send it to you right away.

So you feel like others are experiencing the same thing and you leave a Revdex.com complaint. I made sure at the tournament, that we rold EVERY customer about delivery times and that we were getting ready to move. PLUS, the contract clearly says delivery is 2 to 3 weeks EXCEPT during the busy...
season, which is now. To get a complaint from a customer from an event that is this recent is just rediculous. This order will be delivered soon, but I WILL NOT issue a refund and this customer needs to read the contract that THEY SIGNED and remove this complaint because it is false. You will have your order soon.
I was not aware that this order was missed. We just emailed a proof of the finished product to [redacted] and will ship it after the Holidays.

In regards to the [redacted] tracking number it displays in transit, the delivery status has not been updated since December 19, 2014 at 1126 pm. Therefore I am confused as to how the company can say that my collage has been delivered when the website does not verify that information. This is really ridiculous that I have not received my collage since November 2014, this is the worst customer service I have ever received in my life.

While I can sympathize with this customers situation, I cannot accept their lies about it. We have responded many times to their e-mails and we have mailed their product and they know this. We even provided tracking information from the post office where it showed the package was...
delivered. I will be accommodating and remake the order and resend it, but ONLY when this posting is removed since I have all the proof showing that we shipped and it was marked as delivered by the Postal Service.
I am not sure why you do not have this order. I just checked our system and the pictures are there and completed. I will print them and send them right away and they should get there this week.
Our volleyball team ordered and paid for team photo over 3 months ago. We never received our pictures. Their voicemail is always full and they randomly reply to my emails with excuses and stopped answering when I requested a full refund. I have even supplied copy of our original receipt. They are running a scam!!!
This order is already completed and the customers should have it in the next day or two.
I have already contacted this customer and told her we were going to send her a refund because the hard drive crashed and was not fixeable.

[My full name and mailing address is clearly printed on the cash payment receipt which was sent in several prior email messages directly to Axiom when I requested a refund.
Additionally I clearly recall seeing the guy's teenage son reluctantly go over to the soccer field with his camera while my son was on the field and him taking photos. The teen photographer had to be told more than one time to go take pictures, clearly he was either bored or fatigued. It was a full weekend tournament. I also took photos with my camera at the same time!]

Took league photos in March and as of June have not received most orders.
We were suppose to have orders back by end of April. Received a few orders printed off home printer and horrible quality. Remaining photos due to customers never delivered.
Customize action posters never delivered.
Will not answer emails, calls.
Horrible customer service and horrible products when you do receive some of the pictures back.
We have an entire sports league that hasnt received photos he has taken.
