As was stated to the customer already, we told them we were about to move and that this would be slowing us down considerably To make matters worse, once we moved the house was nowhere near being finished It took a few more weeks before we could re set up our office and get the
internet working The order is in process and the collages should be ready to ship in a few days The customer is also not recalling that it too quite some time to get us the photo picks Had we received those right away, we may have been able to get these shipped before we moved
I apologize that these photos have not gotten to you as fast as you like, but there are a few problems with the complaint. First, they have already shipped, so you should have them soon. 2nd, it is not entirely true that you have not ever gotten through to us. My email shows that
you did receive at least one response. Thirdly, since you ordered through the website, we do NOT get paid until we ship the order, so we have taken nothing from you yet. And finally, in case you did not watch the news over the last few months, the *** area has been hit by massive amounts of rain that have forced us to work away from home way more than we are used to, so we have not been here to get a lot of the orders out. We have done the best we can, but at times we were almost a thousand miles away trying to get out of the rain so we could keep our revenue going to keep orders flowing. I hope you enjoy your posters, but as you see, we were never trying to keep your product from you
I save EVERY email I get from my customers since I only have one email from *** and it was just from a few days ago We tell every customer that they have to go online and pick their photos and then email us the numbers Once we have these we make and print the order

The customer should have received this order. It went out the day after we were made aware of the complaint.
Ms.[redacted] needs to remove this complaint. She received this order a short time ago and we have proof of shipment. Please take this down.
HEre is a simple question. If we have proof of shipping and you just verified it, then why are you not contacting the post office. Our customer service has been fine. IF I am not mistake, you even admitted to receiving the collage already. Call the post office and have them investigate your package. We did our job as promised.

contacted 8/31/15 via email and told my order wasn't sent because they have been in the middle of a move (a 3 month move). I was told I would be emailed proof of the photos that day and then they would be sent. As of 9/12/15 I have not received the proof nor the prints. My compliant has yet to be resolved.

I have made multiple attempts to call you and no one ever answers the phone and your voice mail box is always full. I was not aware that I needed to send you numbers for anything. I was told the day of purchase that you would pick the best pictures that were taken from that afternoon game to make the collage. I will let the others who ordered that day who still haven't received their orders they should do the same.

It is 9/27/16 and I have not received any order. I haven't received a proof email or any other type of correspondence about my order. So no, I'm not satisfied with this resolution.

This is the same reply I have gotten every time from this company. I have attached a picture of when we sent the order to the company. We originally ordered the pictures on 6\21\15, it was going to be a collage so we had to wait for him to get all the pictures uploaded to his site before we could choose which ones we wanted. All the pictures were available on 6/24/2015 and we placed our order to him on 6/29/2015 as the picture shows. So I really don't see how that is too long to get an order placed!! Once we have the pictures in hand or a refund, I will drop the complaint and not until then.

Purchased photos May 17, 2015 at a softball tournament. 3 months later, have still not received my photos. Credit card has been charged.
