Our refund policy states that we will refund any part of the order that we cannot fill She spent $ She got at the event Normally w posters sell for $ Since we cannot fulfill the rest of the order due to a harddrive crash we will refund $ That is $more than what we would do normally

I first filed a complaint on 1/3/and received an email from axion sports, *** *** on 1/3/15 stating that my missing 3rd poster would be sent right awayMy address is not that far from the address used by axion sports, therefore if the company was being truthful and really sent my poster right away I would have received it by nowI called the company on 1/9/and asked about my missing poster and was told that it had not been mailed yetI am a dissatisfied customer and this company is not trying to make the situation betterIf the company really cared about their customers then my poster would have already been sentWhy is it that I am waiting on a product from 11/23/and I already paid $Regards,*** ***

This is going to go like this You are a LIAR!!! I have a signed contract from you that we honored to a TYou were NEVER promised a frame and I can get testimony from the few hundred other people that were at this event If this complaint does not get removed immediately,
my attorney said we will sue you for slander and defamation I have the signed contract as proof of what you ordered and that is enough to defend us Bu days end a lawsuit will be in process if you do not recant your complaint

I was not aware of this problem with your order, so I will make sure it is in tomorrows mail

I understood the other party had about days to respondIt has been two full weeks with no response from anyone

Unfortunately this customers son was not on the field when our photographers were there so the only shots we have of him are on the sideline. Ms.Glover needs to email me her mailing address and I will issue a refund. If we are back in the area this coming season, maybe we can try again

Normally I try to respond to these customers and be understanding to their situation but I am not going to let a customer call me out and call this a fly-by-night operation when we have been in business for close to years and the small number of complains that we have compared to the number of
customers that we successfully service does not make us Fly by NightI do not like any customer to not receive their order but we deal with thousands of people every year and things happen that get in the way from time to time that cause us to have mistakes that we are very good about fixing once we know about themAnd this order has already shipped and the customer knows that so this is just a cheap shot at us that was not necessary

We try honor customer orders and we have replied to every email they have sent us Here are the problems though One, most communication has been during the Holiday season when everything is screwy anyways, yet we HAVE responded to each email when we have been in the office
Secondly, the customer is not being honest about the collage they ordered Our receipt has the same thing on it that theirs does and we delivered exactly what they ordered I will gladly send the one missing poster but there will be no refund issued and the claim must be removed

This order has been created and is supposed to ship today Please let us know when it is received

Can you read my response? Where did I admit to receiving a package or my missing collage from you? I stated that there is no proof that I ever received my missing collageI just see my zip code while a few thousand people have as wellI am not dropping my complaintYou are rude, and un professional and I will never ever conduct business with you ever againYou have been playing games since the beginning and so have your employeesYour ignore emails and phone calls and act like it takes months to even attempt to mail something, all the while I have only received my missing poster not my collagePlease make sure you are reading my response carefully

Axion Sports was selling team and individual pictures during the *** *** *** Softball Tournament in Chattanooga, TN on June 9th through 12th The pictures that they had taken and put out for display looked pretty good but there were none of my daughters team so we prepaid, BAD IDEA!!! We gave them the game times and field locations where she would be playing that day The first game came and went and no one showed up to take pictures! I walked over to the Axion tent during the second game and asked them why no one was taking pictures I had to tell them AGAIN, who she was and what field she was on, which was clearly listed already on their schedule AND the field was located directly behind the tent They did get out there, finally, and took some shots but it took them a while to post them We selected the photos and were told that it would take a couple of weeks to get them to us After weeks or so we contacted them again (through email of course because there is no voicemail) and were told that they had been busy but that they would get right on it and send them to us It's now August 17th and we STILL HAVE NOT received the pictures My husband sent another, not so nice, email in hopes that they will either send us the pictures or will give us a refund I have never had to deal with such an unprofessional business!! IT IS A SHAME THAT THEY ARE ABLE TO GET BY WITH RIPPING PEOPLE OFF like they do!! We may be out our $45.00, BUT, I can guarantee you that we will spread the word to let people know how bad they are!!
