I ordered a MyoChair from Autonomous on May 18 and they kept postponing the shipping date on my item. Due to the delay, I have decided to cancel the order before they shipped out the chair. However, the only way to cancel an order is to contact live chat support, which takes forever to reach. I have been waiting in a queue for 3 hours and they decided to disconnect me and ask me to reconnect again. This happened multip*** times throughout two days. I still could not reach their customer service. They could easily add a button to cancel orders that are not shipped out yet. Instead, they make it as hard as possib*** for consumers to cancel their orders. This company has very questionab*** business practice and I would not recommend anyone to buy from them.

I have ordered a desk on May 4 2020. After 3 weeks of waiting they let me know that they are out of stock and gave me an option to select another color that can be shipped soon or cancel the order. In response, I asked them whether I can buy different item (an upgraded version of my initial order) for a few additional dollars. I sent this response on May 20 2020. I never heard back from anyone till then. I now want to cancel the order but there is no customer care available to even do that.

Ordered an Ergo chair and Smart Desk 2 on March 13th, received both items by March 17th. Chair and desk are good quality - been using for 3 months now.
Referral program works as well - received credits for friends who purchased using my link.
Did not need to interact with customer service, so have no data on that.
Would recommend their products.

I ordered an ergo chair from Autonomous last month since I started working from home. However, it took so long to process my order so I made my decision to just cancel my order because it is almost a month and still no update on my order. They mailed me and said that it will take about 3-5 days to settle my refund. It is already passed that time frame and still not getting my refund which is worth $294 . I tried to contact them in so many ways as possible,but instead of addressing the issue, all they do is sending me these automated emails. I am so disappointed about their customer service because this is my first time encountering this kind of matter (my bad for trusting them to begin with). This company is probably a scammer for charging you right after you place your order and not give you your refund if you cancel your order. BTW, they mailed me 2 days ago and said that my order is ready to be
shipped. I was so mad because I already cancelled the order but still sending me a chair. What should I do to refund my money?

Great Product, I have had mine fore about 4 - 5 months now. I didn't have a delivery problem as others are saying. The chair went together easy. Its very comfortable. the cloth seat pan and the mesh back will keep you cool for those long setting periods. I have several friends that have gaming chairs, and this one is more comfortable than any of them. I would recommend.
Low prices for really high quality stuff. My entire home office uses Autonomous products
I love my Autonomous Elevated Desk. Prior to having this ergonomic setup I was having terrible pain in my neck that radiated into my fingers. My pain is gone after a month of using this setup and the desk looks awesome and is so much more functional than my cluttered original. I called Autonomous for assistance and they were quite responsive and helpful. My experience was quite positive and I would purchase from them again.
great products. I bought a sit/stand desk and arrived on time and is a great product. When this quarantine started, I ordered a monitor arm. it took longer to deliver, but they sent emails telling me of the reasons for delay and ultimately switching carriers.
Ordered my chair, got it in less than 10 days. Very easy to assemble. Very happy with my purchase!
We ordered two standing desks from Autonomous. There was a slight mix up with the shipping but that was easily fixed with a phone call. All the representatives were nice and pleasant to work with. The desks are very good quality and were very easy to assemble.
The rocking stool is exactly what I need for my reiki practice—it adjusts high enough and soeasily this I can move it as needed during a session without disrupting the client.
It also arrived within a few days of my order.
I highly recommend it.
I ordered a suitcase and was very pleased with the quality. It was perfect as it is hard shelled and I am able to wipe down with Clorox wipes due to covid when I leave an airport. Delivery was as expected. Will purchase again.
My Autonomous desk has made my WFH experience so much better! I also do a bit of gaming and I've found that I really enjoy playing when standing. The desk itself looks and feels great, the motor is very quiet when moving up and down, and the setup only took roughly 25mins.
