I am rejecting this response because:The business is not making any actual attempt to resolve the issue. They keep making the same nonsense excuses about "conversion rates" without addressing the actual problem of the fraudulent offer made by email. They are clearly dealing in bad faith are just wasting my time with these pointless responses.

I am rejecting this response because: it does not address the complaint. The question is not about the total lifetime miles received. It is about a survey from February 17 that was 100% complete and nothing was received for completing the survey. This company continues to Make an offer, gather data and fails to provide the promised miles. They fail to respond to inquires and deflect the question on why the promised miles are not provided. Their response originally received is typical and completely not relevant to the question.

I am rejecting this response because: for one, within minutes I wrote to the Revdex.com asking them to allow me to change my previous response. I had just woken up and was thinking of the complaint I filed the night before with [redacted]. I did not "unsubscribe" from [redacted]. This is a blatant lie on the part of SSI employees. All of my accounts with their services have been cancelled by this company in response to the many complaints I have filed against them, as I have done nothing wrong. They know this. They at very least owe me the money I had in each of those accounts, which is nine from [redacted], nineteen in [redacted], and I had another ten on the way from a diary survey through [redacted]. I do not believe they are within their legal rights to close my account because I have utilized the Revdex.com. They are only giving some ridiculous nonsense story about not knowing why my accounts have been closed to buy themselves time until the time frames of the Revdex.com system have run out, so that they can appear to have tried their hardest to work on the issue. They are SCAMMING ME

user spent a significant amount of time in the survey before getting screened out, they reward the member with extra credit as goodwill.From 2/1/2016 to 5/13/2016, Andy Kroll has received $6.40 in total for 52 surveys he screened out of. Within the same period, he has received a total of $42 for 42 surveys he completed. However, Opinion Outpost has a lot to work on with their customer service as well as how they treat those who do these surveys. We shouldn't be misled, lied to or in a lot of cases, completely ignored. That is not good or ethical business practices. Had I not stood up and demanded action be taken and filed this complaint, I doubt very seriously if Opinion Outpost would have responded. There are far too many complaints where they don't respond at all.
