Atlas Butler Heating And Cooling

Just completed a scheduled service with Atlas Butler service tech., Winston S, on my Heat Pump. Winston called prior to his arrival to ensure I was ready to have my unit serviced, and gave me an estimated arrival time. He arrived within 5 minutes of his stated arrival time, he was early. He was polite, professional, thorough in his service call. He finished within 5 minutes of his estimated service time, again early. He was very meticulous and methodical in his routine. He is a fine example of a Customer Service Technician for his company.

Tech was on time. He explained what was involved in the AC maintenance and also took the time to review how my equipment worked.

Richard A. from Atlas Butler saved the day. Temp inside my house was over 90 degrees due to a malfunctioning AC unit. Sleeping in that heat was not an easy task. Richard came out same day and got everything working again. My family and my sleep thank you!

The Service Rep, Veron B. is a very polite young man and was very helpful with questions answered and was not pushy. If we decide to do the business with Atlas Butler, it will be because of this young man. Thank you

Atlas B utler personnel, in particular Bernard, were prompt, very courteous and knowledgeable. Bernard took the time to explain things to me and coordinated with another Atlas Butler rep to visit and evaluate our condo's issues.

Atlas Butler install our AC/furnace 6 years ago with a 7 year warrantee. AC had issue for first time after 6 year of service. Kyle from Atlas Butler arrive on time, was friendly, knowledgeable, and quickly fixed an AC leak. All at no charge because of warrantee. Great and honest service.

I had work done today on my heat pump and air handler by Atlas Butler Service Specialist: Kyle F. I found him to be knowledgeable, able to answer all of my questions, and make good suggestions. He was very professional in his work. I would highly recommend him.
