Service call with a positive result.- requested service on my daughters whole house AC. This is an older system and has been dependable. The tech called me and did a good job of diagnosing the problem over the phone so that when he arrived he was able to confirm the problem was a bad transformer. He had the part on his truck and in relatively short order she was back in service. Tech was personable and knowledgeable about his trade. This took the stress out of the
transaction .

Atlas Butler did an amazing Job getting my A/C fixed the same day! Richard, The Service man was very knowledgeable and polite and found the issue and ALSO gave me some really good tips on using my system.

I have been a customer of Atlas Butler for at least 7 years. They have always been great in customer service. I bought a new furnace and central A/C from them in 2011. The new system has been more efficient and lowered our utility bills. It runs well. Most recently, I bought a whole house dehumidifier which they installed this week. Bill P. And Brian H. were the team who installed the dehumidifier to my central A/C. They were very courteous and showed me how to operate the device. It didn't take them as much time to install as they originally told me, which was a nice surprise. I bought the whole house dehumidifier because I have gone through 3 of the stand alone dehumidifiers in just a few years. The new one came with a much longer warranty and works much more efficiently.

I called Atlas Butler when our air conditioner quit during this summer's heat. They responded within a few hours. The technician was thorough, knowledgeable, polite. I depend on Atlas Butler for yearly inspections and advice. I recommend them most highly.

Atlas Butler goes above and beyond in providing great service. They were super fast in getting the part I needed when my a/c stopped working. The specialist they sent to replace the part, Kevin S, was professional, meticulous and did an outstanding job to get the a/c back up and working. I would recommend Atlas Butler for any heating (my furnace is with them also) or cooling needs.

Atlas Butler has been my go to for heating/cooling for years. Their customer service is excellent and their technicians are exceptional - timely, personable and thorough. We have been with Atlas Butler for many years relative to our HVAC needs and more recently for the provision of plumbing services. The experience has consistently been very positive. The only issue we want to address is the scheduling of spring and fall service checks. Other than the past two years we have been called in April or September to schedule the respective service checks. We request that this policy be reinstituted as we have had to call and our 2017 spring service was just done on 06/27/17 which is late.

On June 5, 2017 Atlas Butler technician came to my house because my ac unit was not working. I was told that the repair would cost approximately $1100 but he could not guarantee that the problem would be fixed and strongly suggested that I not put the money into repairing the ac unit but to purchase a new one. I explained that I was not in a financial position to purchase a new one but again was told that he did not feel it would be in my best interest to invest $1100 and maybe more to fix the unit and that I should have a salesperson come out because I could get a new unit in the $4000 range. I agreed to have a salesperson come out the next day and was quoted $5665 for a new unit. When questioned that the price was high, was offered a discount of $800 because I was a previous customer (would have thought that would have been offered without having to ask). Still thought the price was high and told Atlas Butler that we would get comparison quote. On June 8, 2017 had another ac company come out to assess the situation. I was told that it was a blown capacitor and part and labor would be $200 to repair. I asked the other company if the unit needed to be replaced and his professional opinion was that other than the capacitor everything else looked fine. The unit was fixed and is running fine. I contacted Atlas Butler and placed three phone calls before I received a telephone call back. I explained the situation and requested that the $89.00 service call fee be refunded since I felt that the company was trying to scam into purchasing a unit (that was not needed to be replaced). I was told the $89.00 was non-refundable and basically I was out of luck. Atlas Butler did not act in good faith and was extremely disappointed in their lack of professionalism
On 6/5/17 at 3:15pm *** contacted Atlas Butler regarding his 15 year old air conditioner not working. *** was advised when scheduling the diagnostic fee/trip charge is $89.00 Atlas Butler certified technician Tanner S arrived at *** at 4:27pm on 6/5/17 . I have attached the invoice showing the diagnostic completed by Tanner showed a bad dual capacitor- fan motor has tension when pushed quoted 517.00 for new dual cap but explained the potential issue with the fan motor. Also quoted 1108.00 for motor and capacitor. Mr. declined repairs requested to speak with a comfort advisor on 06/06/17 at 12:30pm the air conditioner was not running upon departure. Mr. stated the other company that he had complete the repairs replaced the capacitor. Atlas Butler’s technician diagnosed the issue correctly also advising the client of potential issues with the fan motor. Atlas Butler will not refund the diagnostic was completed.

I am very pleased with the service we received from Atlas Butler. Our air conditioner stopped working and they were very responsive. The other company we called could not come to our house for about 1.5 weeks but Atlas Butler was out the next day. Mike analyzed our system and determined that it'd be best to replace our 23 year-old unit. He also gave me many great tips regarding HVAC and took time to thoroughly answer all of my questions.
That night, Mark came to our house at 10pm to help us determine what unit was best for us. Two days later Austin and one other nice gentleman came to our house and installed our new unit. They were efficient, courteous, and you couldn't even tell they were here after they had left other than our house now had a well functioning air conditioner. It was a very easy process with Atlas Butler and I would highly recommend all of the individuals we worked with as well as Atlas Butler.

I recently contacted Atlas Butler for a problem I was experiencing with my basement. I was treated very respectfully from the time the Service Professionals arrived until they departed. I have contacted Atlas Butler in the past to have my ductwork cleaned and was very satisfied with the completed job. I would definitely contact Atlas Butler for any of my future needs and also recommend them to friends and family.

I just had my annual AC service call from Atlas Butler. The Service Specialist sent today was Michael G and he was outstanding. Very thorough and professional, he went into our narrow crawl space to tighten various duct spots in an effort to reduce noise that occurs when the AC or furnace comes on.
I have been a customer of Atlas Butler for decades and I plan to request Michael for our fall furnace inspection.

They were prompt and very friendly; from the initial appointment set-up until the problem was resolved. A tech was at my house with 12 hours, and an hour after he arrived the issue was diagnosed & fixed. The tech was thorough, patient & kind. He answered all of my questions, and explained everything. This was my first experience with Atlas Butler, and my first impression was a good one!

6/18/17 Our AC went out on a Saturday and Atlas Butler was in our home that evening ahead of schedule! John S. our service tech was prompt and friendly. He was professional looking and acting. He was very knowledgeable. He explained the issue with our AC and made the necessary repairs. He made recommendations without any sales pressures. Because of John S. and his professionalism, we will continue to do business with Atlas Butler and recommend them to others. Thank you for your excellent service.
