I purchased the veneers they called me and gave me the address so that I could send a check or money order for *** in that was included first class mail and shipping and handling as well with the promise to revive the item purchased to be delivered in a few days it's been over 2 weeks,I have not received the item or any email or anything from this people,and it's infuriating the item was for my mom and it just makes me mad because I feel that I've been robbed and fooled by some *** people taking advantage of good hard working citizens, I am a *** with all my heart and with everything I had ,we don't deserve this please I don't care about the *** but the action it's just a shame and the *** is aware that this company is doing this getting rich and robbing people please someone do something about this thank you,have a blessed day

so I bought some reading glasses from this website. it said it was a secure site. I never recieved these and apparently they got lost or something because the tracking number I looked up says it is still in ***. I was supposed to receive it 5 to 7 days after the order which was on ***. it didn't even ship until the ***. I emailed them quite a bit asking for info but it took them a long time to respond and the shipping website said to contact the business not the shippers if I never received the package. so, I am assuming they are *** and loose stuff often. I am frustrated and annoyed. they must be a *** company or something because they offered no info, until days after I contacted them to ask questions. I just want to complain and make known how *** they are of a business, if they are even legit.

Refund for my time and trouble i would like the product for free. i want my $*** back. put it back on the card i used to buy it. its probably broken by know anyhow, lost god knows where under who knows what. they are glasses so its a relatively small package and probably got lost under a bunch of other packages.
In ***, I ordered a pair of *** Glasses from the above mentioned site. The order number was ***. A couple a days later, I received an emailed from them saying they were out of stock and a refund would be issued in a few days. As of yet, I have not received the refund.
I have emailed them multiple times with no reply. I have called their listed number, which is disconnected. I took the matter to my bank, where the item was charged and they could not find any resolution or receive any answer from them either.
It is now *** and this is still no response from them. I would like to see what can be done to resolve this issue with your help.

Refund Since I have not received the item after 4 months, I would like a refund. If the company can not comply or be reached on this matter, then I would like for the Revdex.com to take the required action that is necessary in this matter. Business was not able to fill my order. On *** they agreed to refund my money. To date they have not done so. No response to my emails or calls.
Ordered a *** Lightbar from As Seen On TV & Beyond on ***, order #***, product #***, $***, shipping $***, paid a total of $***. Received a conformation email that the order was placed. Funds were debited from my account on ***. Received an email to (***) from them on *** stating "Our shipment arrived and it was missing this item. We do not have it coming in stock at this time so I will cancel your order immediately. Your payment will be refunded. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for the refund to show back up on your card." The message came from their customer service department(***). I sent them an email on *** notifying them that I had not received my refund and asked them to advise. Received no response. I called them (***) on *** at 8:35 p.m. EST and again on *** at 11:30 a.m. EST, left a message on their answering machine both times, did not receive a return call. I am filing this claim as a matter of principle. No refund and no response is not acceptable.
Encourage the business to refund my money as they stated they would. I do appreciate your help in this matter all over $***. Truly, this does not make any business sense.

I ordered 2 car canes.It ran me $***.I never received the product and they haven't sent me my money back even though they said they would.
Back in ***, I ordered 2 car canes and they said that it would take a couple of weeks. I never got it. I sent them an e-mail just before ***. They told me that it just came in and that they would send it out tomorrow.A few days later, they sent me an e-mail and told me that my order didn't come in and that they would refund my money. They told me that it would take 3-5 business days. I'm still waiting. I e-mailed them several times and no response. I called them and they tell me that all the lines are busy and then after 5 mins., they want my name and phone number and they never called back. I would like my money. It'll be the last time that I'll deal with them.

They did no have it in stock so they were issuing me a refund. I was to allow 2 to 5 business days for it to show up on my credit card. I have never received the refund. I made a online purchase from As Seen On TV & Beyond on *** (Order Number: ***). The Item ID: ***) - *** Glasses for $*** Quantity of 2 for a Total paid to As Seen On TV & Beyond for $*** charged to my *** Card thru my Bank which shows on my online bank account as a valid charge!
On *** I received an email stating my order had been cancelled and a refund for $*** will be refunded to my charge card in 3-5 days. It has now been (8) Business days and as of *** there is no credit refund to my *** Card. The ONLY reason they gave in a statement was: "We had a shipment come in, but it did not include your item/items". They did not state this item is "NO LONGER AVAILABLE" and they are showing numerous TV commercials showing these *** glasses ARE available to order online.
1st, I would like to see As Seen On TV & Beyond process valid PAID orders and NOT to just CANCEL an order with a statement that it did not come in on a particular shipment! I have had numerous businesses state, "Your order has been Back Ordered" and this business could have stated that instead of cancelling my entire order! 2nd, I would like to see As Seen On TV & Beyond process refunded as they stated in the cancellation email I received in 3-5 days

noted that these people are *** and let America know this too. You do not do business this way. When they say their shipment was coming in they know that it is not coming in. If I had know this was not a direct order I would have gone elsewhere or found the actual company. Poor customer service.
