"As Seen On TV Pros" Company is a fraud. The charges your credit card for your order the same day you place the order, then emails you a confirmation email for your order, then you hear nothing more from them. Twelve days after the order, I emailed their Customer Service twice for status of the order, and both emails come back as "Failed." Called the listed 866 and 877 Customer Service phone numbers; and the 866 number is dead, and the 877 number is a medical equipment company, not "As Seen On TV Pros." This company still has an entire catalog of items for ordering still listed on the internet. In short it is a rip-off company waiting for more victims to be scammed. If I could leave zero stars, I would.

This company is ***. Items will not show up. They have fake social media links, and they scam people out of their money. When asked for a refund- it seems it was initiated, but we will wait to see if it hits my account. I imagine they can find a loophole for scamming if they give refunds to those who fight for it.

Desired Outcome

Other (requires explanation) This *** needs to be fixed. If they never send product, they are at least falsely advertising.

Shortly after placing this order, the customer contacted us to inquire about delivery times. When we let them know that delivery times were running longer than usual at this time, they proceeded to spew profanities and racial slurs at the cs rep. It was at this point, that we cancelled the order and parted ways. That type of behavior is simply not acceptable in the workplace and will not be tolerated from our customers. If the customer has any questions, we would appreciate them doing it through a third party such as the Revdex.com.

I ordered to products and never received them. They charged my credit card. I called and no one returned my call. I emailed them back and no one credited my credit card. I called my credit card company and they did very little.

This was cancelled and refunded back on June 16th.

I did not get a product I ordered.
I ordered the *** My Flexible Mirror(order #***) on 5/6/2020, and I'am still waiting for the product. I have emailed them many times with no reply and I have called them many times with one result(they told me it was coming, that was 5 weeks ago).

I want the money returned to my credit card asap.

They sent a fake product, but advertised the original in the box for sale. I added a note that I only wanted this if it was the original Cop Cam.
I ordered the Original Cop Cam kit in the box with extras and they sent a fake that does not work in a plastic bag. No box, not kit, no instructions. I even added that I only wanted the one they advertised as the original. They have cheated me out of my $. I want my money refunded immediately and a return form sent so I can mail it back to them.

I ordered a 2 in one 1 leg relief wedge on May 22, 2020 with shipping within 3-7 business day and have not received the item.

Placed an order on 4/18/2020. Have not received my order.

The company responded directly to me and has cancelled the order and issued a refund. I checked with my bank and the refund has been processed. I am satisfied with the results and this complaint can be closed. Thank you.

I ordered a product from them on 4/1/2020. They took my money on 4/3/2020. I have not yet received my product.
They took my money on 4/3/2020, they will not return emails or phone calls. I have asked for my money back through emails and on their message machine and they have not made any kind of return contact. They might think that $*** is not a big deal but I am on a fixed income.

I ordered two pair of flip up tac sunglasses from As Seen on TV on April 8, 2020. I have not received my merchandise. Have contacted the company.
I ordered two pair of flip up tac sunglasses from the As Seen on TV Company on April 8, 2020. The money was taken from my account, $*** each, on two separate days; April 8, and again on April 9, 2020. Two weeks later, I did not receive the glasses or hear from the company. I sent an email out on April 17th and another on April 21 inquiring when delivery would be. I was not contacted back either time. I called on April 22. I called three times and left messages. I finally got an employee. She said she looked up the order and that my merchandise was back-ordered. She said it would be in the next week, week of April 27, and shipped out the following week. She further stated that the merchandise can't be tracked until it is actually shipped. I made another phone call today, May 18, 2020 and left another message. As of today, May 18, 2020, I still don't have my merchandise, nor has anyone from the company contacted me via email or by phone to tell me if it's still back-ordered, cancelled, in transit, etc.
I would still like my merchandise. I don't know what else to do but enlist your help.

I finally heard back from the company after I filed the complaint with you. I was told that the company was out of the merchandise and I would get a full refund for both orders. The company did refund the full amount of money back into my account. So I consider the problem solved. Thank you so much for reaching out on my behalf. I ordered 2 leg cushions from *** & would get 2 back wedges free. I only received the 2 leg cushions. I can't get a refund for the cushions.
On 4/16/2020 I ordered 2 *** leg cushions. The TV ad said that with every leg cushion ordered I would receive a back wedge cushion. I went online and placed the order. It was charged to my *** card. I received the 2 cushions but no back wedges. I contacted As seen on TV - Pros around 5/7/2020 and was told that there was no ad for this package. I again contacted As seen on TV on 5/14/2020 and told them that I would like to return the 2 cushions and they told me that there would be no refund on these products because the product was functional and had arrived in a timely manner. If they don't want to supply the back wedge, that is fine but I definitely would like to return the 2 cushions for a refund.

We don't carry the back wedge in our store that this customer wants so I can't supply that. We also don't advertise on our website. My assumption is that you would have to buy directly from the *** company to get that item and not a retailer. Per our return policy, the customer is welcome to return the product for a refund to the return address on the package as long as the product has been used.

We haven't used the 2 leg pillows that we received but still feel that we should be allowed a refund for them. They are still in the boxes so they can be resold. I ordered this in good faith but apparently this company doesn't care about its customers as being demonstrated in their not refunding our money.

A return is not a problem. Just send it back to return address. Make sure to put your order number on a piece of paper in the package so we know whom the return belongs to. Make sure to return the merchandise in resaleable condition.

I accept my refund but the way they handle processing consumer refund request is very bad. They reply to consumer in a very negative and absue language. When the consumer request a staus of the item that they paid for; They act as this is something the consumer shouldn't ask them. The purchase was more than a month old and I didn't hear anything from them. They just have a bad way of doing business.

I placed an online order on 4/9. Reached out via email twice for a tracking number order hasn't shipped yet. Not sure when it will.
Placed an online order on 4/9. Emailed their customer service on 4/19 for a tracking number- no response. Emailed again on 4/20 for a tracking number- no response. Called their customer service number on 4/23 left a message asking someone to call me back with a tracking number- no return call. I submitted a request on 4/23 on their website for an update on my order- received a response back on 4/23 from Jack- Jack said my item had missed their recent shipment but it was expected to arrive to their facility later that week and then it would be shipped. I responded on 4/27 to see if my order had shipped yet- received a response from Cassie on 4/27 stating the previous shipment they were expecting has continued to be delayed due to COVID19. They had confirmation that it was en-route and they would be receiving it this week or next. Once received they would ship it or I could cancel my order. I responded on 4/28 to cancel my order- no response. I responded again on 4/29 to cancel my order- no response. I responded again on 4/30 stating that I thought it was suspicious they are no longer responding and I believe they are pulling a scam. I wanted my order canceled asap and an immediate refund in the amount of $***.

I ordered a *** trimmer, shaver, & cutter. I ordered this package about 2 Sunday's ago. I sent them online messages & phone calls/messages. They refuse to let me know the status of my order. It was suppose to take 48 hrs for the order. I ordered the package on the 13th. I understand that it could take longer because of the COVID-19 epidemic. I want my order, the status of when it comes & will come, or my money back. I will not be doing service with this business again, regardless.
