It looks like we responded to the customer's email on the 27th to cancel the order. The order was cancelled and refunded.

Ordered Magnifying Eyewear on April 5, account debited on April 7. No delivery. Have called and emailed. They are totally unresponsive.

I've had order two of the blue dog chew brush in the first week of this month and a week later I called them and they said that my order is on back order that they will be delivered when the next shipment comes in. This past Monday I called them again and they said that my order was shipped that morning and that I should have it by Friday morning and I've still haven't received it yet so I again called them and I got a message saying that this number can not be called from my location. Now I've called them in the past but now I'm getting this message

here's too many fake places that takes advantages of *** in which us *** can't afford to be taken advantaged of so if there's a way that these people who scams people on the internet if there's a way that the website moderator could verify these as being correct and honest then these people won't be able to take advantage of anyone else.I want my order.

I ordered a *** mug from their website on 2/11/20, this has never been received. A week later, an account was made under my name at my bank.
I ordered through their As Seen On TV website, the item has never been received. No correspondence, the phone numbers don't work. Scam! Then to make it worse, someone from the company opened an account online with my information.

The company emailed me that they had cancelled my order and refunded my credit card. The refund has now posted on my credit card.

I placed an online order with this company. They sent an automated e-mail confirmation, took my money and that is the last I have heard of them.
On Wednesday *** I placed order number *** for 7 *** 20oz ramblers for a total of $*** with As Seen on TV Pros. Shortly after I received an automated email confirming my order. 10 days later after numerous, unanswered e-mails and phone calls I have not heard from this company nor can I get a hold of anyone to find out where my money or products are.

I would like my money refunded immediately.

Website stated items usually ship within 48 hours. My account was charged immediately after purchase. On ***, 8 days after placing the order, I still did not have a shipping confirmation. I emailed *** and asked them to send me a tracking number and expected delivery date, or issue a refund.

At 11:24PM, the retailer created a USPS shipping label, and I receive a shipping confirmation email, but no other communication in response to my email to customer service.

On *** at 3pm, the tracking information still said only that a label had been created. Clearly the retailer was trying to pacify me so they would not have to issue a refund. I called *** at 3pm the ***. It played music for five minutes exactly and then a recorded message asked me to leave a voicemail. I did leave a voicemail stating I was calling to cancel my order. I called back immediately to see if anyone would answer, and again, after five minutes of music, a recording. I have never received a call back from that voicemail.

I also emailed *** at 3:09pm on *** and asked to cancel my order and receive a refund. I received no response to the email.

On *** at 6:51pm, the retailer dropped off my package at USPS, again, only because I inquired and requested a cancelation/refund. The retailer clearly is not responding to my request to cancel, and avoiding issuing a refund and losing money due to their horrible, questionable fraudulent, business practices.

If I had never contacted them, I believe they would never have sent me my items, and would have stolen my money. I still have not received the package, and if there are additional problems, I will continue to fight with this *** retailer.

Desired Outcome

If the package arrives in time before I travel for the holidays (items are gifts), and they are the correct items, no further contact is desired. If the items do not arrive in time, or are not the requested items, I want a prepaid return label, contact with an executive, and immediate refund.

Never order from this website! Of course they take the order and charge you, but later when you call, everything is "temporarily out of stock".
Items listed for sale were allowed to be processed as an order and the order amount was immediately changed to my payment method, but nothing was ever shipped and they do not provide a way to track shipping. A customer service rep looked up my order and said everything on the order (7 items) were "temporarily out of stock". Every single item, each a different item.

I called their customer service phone number and requested a rep to process a cancellation of my order and a refund to my original payment method.

It has been 11 days since I placed an order. I have not heard back as to when the product did or will ship. No response to my inquiry.
I have called customers service and no one answers. I have e mailed customer service and no answer.

On *** I requested a cancellation for my order of Popsockets for a total cost of $*** because they company claimed they would ship within 48 hours but were "unexpectedly out of stock". I was told via email my order was cancelled and a full refund would be given. A few weeks later I attempted to order from them again, as the item was in stock. After over a week, I emailed on *** asking about the status. I was given the same excuse immediately and so I requested a cancellation again, sensing the item was never in stock and would not come. I was given a response on *** saying my order was cancelled and the $*** order would be refunded in 3-5 business days. It is now *** and I have not received a refund for that order, or the previous order from *** (as just discovered in my business checking account). I contacted them and have not gotten a response. In seeing other reviews with the Revdex.com, I feel that I have been scammed too by this company.

On *** I ordered 40 *** from this company on there site it states orders ship within 48 hours. After no receiving shipping notification 7 days later I contacted them. The first time I was told they where going to be overnighted for the delay. Never received anything. Called back. Was told by the lady who answered the phone she hates when he says that. Promising over night shipping. And that they would be out the following day. Never got a shipping update or package. Called back again it out of stock they said that's why it was delayed. So why was I told it was shipped twice before. Called back a week Later and was told it was actually packaged up and is going out Friday *** checked the tracking all weekend nothing no movement in tracking. I called back Monday *** I was told she was not sure why it want shipped. Let her call the wearhouse. She gets back on the phone and tells me he said they are going to over night it to you. I was like your kidding me I already heard that once and I still haven't received it and you said your self you hate when he says that. So you know it's a lie. She didn't say anything and I asked to speak to a supervisor apparently she is the supervisor and the guy at the wearhouse is the manager. A two person *** business. I asked for a refund and she said they where getting over nightied. I am never getting my product or my money back.
