I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12622538, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. We had received the response from Barclay and are not satisfied with their response. They did not specifically address the fact that the vendor in question did not have any signed agreement at the initial time of services which Barclay seemed to indicate in their initial dispute disposition letter prompting this complaint. Thus, we feel that Barclay is now perhaps vicariously liable with this charge for not properly advocating on our behalves and presenting the facts.

I received a letter from Barclaycard after filing a complaint withe the Revdex.com in JanuaryI was notified by Karma credit that they had closed my Williams Sonoma account ending inwith out any noticeI called in once I received Email from Karma The customer service agent I talked to assured me my account was not closedAbout week later it showed up as closedMy credit score droppedI called spoke with one manger and customer service agent who told me that they did not have send out a letterI received a letter February 8,stating a letter was sent outI feel it is a convenient excuse to blame it on the U.S mail or the customerI have receive all of their bills and notices with no problems.I would be interested to see the letter that was sent with the computer's REAL TIME of this letter [with no alteration of dates].I have another question why was the issue not addressed about why I was told more than once that they did not have too inform me Also they record all their phone correspondences with customers so they listen to the tapes.I feel that they are aware of what was donei would rather that they not try to cover up.Translate Desired Resolution / OutcomeDesired Resolution:Contact by the businessselectDesired Outcome:to give me apology2,Own up to the mistakeSend the letter with the computer real timeAnswer why I was put on hold while they investigate but never once never offered to resent this letter or even mentioned that there a l letter sentIn fact a letter was never mentioned but I was only told that they did not have too inform meMy credit score was dropped and they had no concerni recently receive a E-mail stating they take customer service seriously
