For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I have received nothing but double talk from the call center that pretends to be “The Officr of the President.” I have twice emailed *** ** *** and she has not had the courtesy to respondNow they tell the Revdex.com that they are sending a letterYet no letter has been receivedMore double talk by BarclaysIt is a simple issueMy credit score is excellentFor some unknown reason Barclays is collecting copies of Americans Social Security CardsI have refused to provide them mine (as others have also) and they continue to pursue the argument they need my social security cardRidiculous!! No other bank has ever ask for my social security card and my credit file is years longI’m insisting the card be issued based on my credit history not whether I’ll turn over my government issued private social security card

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The business stated in their letter that they have successfully converted the card to Visa Signature, however this is not accurateAs of this point the card is stuck in a "pending" status, and no Visa Signature Card has been sentI have been messaging to Barclays for about month now, since I saw the Signature sign appear, however Barclay's regular customer support tells me it has been assigned to an account manager for completion, who has not completed the conversionBarclays regular support refuses to tell me the name or any contact information of the account manager in charge of the conversion, or provide a date as to when the Signature card will be sent to me, or be available for my accountAt this point, since it has been pending for over a month, im guessing MrDaniel assigned it to someone who did not complete the processIf Barclays follows through and finishes the conversion, I will change my answer to accepted.

I have received a letter from Barclay stating they have no record of my calling, which I find "convenient" that they don't keep records of their correspondence; since I also received a phone call from them when I called them the 3rd time to remove my nameSeems strange that they had the phone reference from that call, but now since I contacted the Revdex.com they don't show any correspondenceThey have said they will remove my name, but may take daysAs long as they hold to that, I am satisfied; as that was my goalThank you!
