My experience with American Service Pets was altogether positive and incredibly helpful. I found myself having to stay in a hotel for over 50 days while I waited for an apartment. The hotel did not accept pets UNTIL I found this service. (I simply could NOT be without my dog due to PTSD).

I didn’t have any trouble with my ESA letters in Texas. My landlord verified with the doctor that she had issued the letters to make sure they were legit. I even looked her up online to make sure she was real. I rejected five other online services because they were definitely scams. I felt like American Service Pets was the real deal.

I was very pleased with this service. I received all materials quickly and the cost was reasonable. Thanks to American Service Pets my 10 year old dog, Chloe, was able to move from my house into my apartment with me which made a difficult transition bearable. I am very grateful to them.

Absolutely awesome service. I got my ESA from this website and everything worked perfectly. I got an email with my letters in the first 48 hours and then copies were sent over the mail in the next couple of days. The package also included Delta documentation, which I have used 3 times already without any trouble. Also my landlord was hesitant of accepting my dog, but with the letter gotten from this website there was nothing else to fight for my landlord, since it covered all the legal terms; so it saved me big time. I can absolutely recommend this website. Seems like a shot in the dark at the beginning, but it's totally legit.

I am completely satisfied with American service pets. I have flown three separate round trips in the last 10 months without any issues whatsoever.

I used This service earlier in 2020, I has no issues with it. I was able to receive my letter & documents within a few days via email and ***. I will have to renew my letter sometime in 2021 so hopefully things go smooth again.

Quick and easy experience. I was approved and was sent my letter over email. I was able to verify that the letter came from a legitimate, licensed clinician in the area. The customer service is great! Got the letter for our apartment building and to fly with our pup.
