I got emailed immediately after I signed up my dog so I could visit my friend in Utah. Everything came in a timely manner and looked professionally done. I also downloaded the emotional service pets paperwork from the airline so I wanted to be 100% sure there would be no issues since I was flying alone and not a fan of flying. I did like that they provided an option to have a therapist fill out the airline paperwork. If I fly out again next year I will definitely use this service again.

Can't speak highly enough for American Service Pets. They made the process so simple to get our dog registered as an emotional support animal. They have gone above and beyond to get us everything we need. We had to move unexpectedly after registering him, and our mail didn't forward in time. Not only did they re-send all our paperwork, they included a vest and registration card TOTALLY FREE! I have told all my pet-parent friends to use them to get their pet registered as well. Thank you ASP!!

Very pleased wit the services received. Everything was timely and accurate. Called a few month later to ask to change some information in the letters. All was provided to me with no questions asked and no charge.

Awesome service! I have had no issues using this service! I travel a lot and just moved into new apartments and I have no issues with my service dog documents, thanks to their help! I got all documents expedited even, as I had to travel the next day.

I first received help from American Service Pets last year. I have had a great experience with them from the beginning. They helped me with my ESA and I have had no issues from any housing complex or flight that I have had (college student with an ESA).

American Service Pets helped me to register my cat as my emotional support animal. Their customer service answered all of my questions prior to registering and afterwards as well. I highly recommend their services to everyone in need of registering their furry companion. The company representatives are caring and sensitive to their customer’s needs. They do not treat their customers as another number.

I have used American Service Pets for the last two years, and am planning on using their services again in October. They provide exactly what I need to fly with my dog, and all the forms are airline appropriate, and the paperwork provided to me was never questioned by the airline. Their prices are fair, as well. I have no worries when I use them, and they immediately respond when I have a question. Like I stated above, I’m happy with their service, and even the info emails I get from them are helpful and informative.

Because of this pandemic I’ve experienced a lot of stress and anxiety. So I decided to get a pet for emotional support and was led to this business for legitimate paperwork for having your dog registered as a emotional support or service animal. I didn’t have any hiccups or problems with doing so. They were a tremendous help and the documents were legitimate and hard copies were mailed as well. I appreciate American Service Pets for their help and assistance. I definitely would recommend their services to anyone.

After reading a lot of the negative reviews I really have to laugh and question the legitimacy of the people posting them. One claimed that Texas wouldn’t accept their letter well that’s false I live in Texas and had zero issues and I’m renting through a management company AND my ESA is on the breed restriction list, ZERO ISSUES!!!
Others calling this service a scam, WRONG!! Answer the questionnaire truthfully and they will help you through the process.
I highly recommend American Service Pets if you need legitimate letter and don’t have the time to go through PCP route.

American Service Pets was extremely helpful and quickly responded to my requests for documentation needed to travel with my ESA pup Olive. Everything was in perfect order and I sailed through ticketing and boarding on *** and *** airlines.
