Hello, American Eagle Outfitters has evaluated your claim and stands behind our team’s decision to refuse the return in question for the following reasonsThe date of manufacture is sewn into all of our clothing, indicating that these jeans were from our collectionWe do not hold inventory from past seasons in our stores or our warehouses, so it is not possible that these jeans would have been included in a current orderAlso, when reviewing the photos that were sent to our social media team regarding this matter, we determined that the tags are not affixed to the jeans in accordance with where American Eagle Outfitters tags their denim, nor do we use this specific type of plastic fastener to attach the tags to our jeansWe do consider this fraud and or abuse of our return policy and will not accept this return

And really what does that have to do with anythingI had no knowledge of the title loan until October 17'The loan was taken out without my knowledge as I mentioned in my complaintI know that at the time the loan was taken out that the law stated that *** could take out the loan legally, without my consentThe law has changed since then to protect people like meI just really think the ethical thing for Loan max to do would be to forgive the loanThere is absolutely no way we would be able to catch upAnd like I said, it wont pass smog and is pretty much uselessWe just want this 'nightmare' over with some we can move onWe just want the title so that we can have it to wed away or 'part it put' legallyWe have been through some rough times and we're just getting back on our feetAnd having this 'mark' on my credit report just seems unfairI will be calling the office to offer a fair settlementHappy New Year!
