Hello, When fulfilling orders, we utilize inventory from both of our warehouses and all stores in the U.SAt the time your order was placed all selected items were availableUnfortunately there are external factors that may affect the order fulfillment processFor example, our system may show a store has the product, but the product may be sold to a customer in the store before the order is received and worked by that particular storeIf that happens, the order is cancelled by that store and goes back into the system for sourcing to the next storeThe order fulfillment system will continue to source the order to various stores until a store is located that has the product, but the maximum times it may be sourced is fiveIf the product is not found at that point, it is cancelled from the orderAgain, I’m very sorry for your experience regarding this order
