There is a website dedicated to educating guests on their AMC Stubs card, as well as each associate being trained in how to use them. I have e-mailed the guest and provided her with instructions and the links to how to access the information in the future.

I am rejecting this response because: Below is the email I received from AMC. The 2 passes being sent, but not received, was an apology for the poor experience I encountered. This however, doesn't answer why my credit card was overcharged for which I am waiting for an explanation. The last 4 digits of my credit card was requested on 9/19 to investigate this and I provided again to [redacted] on 9/21. [redacted], Thanks for responding back and I’m very sorry for any disappointment. Although we cannot undo what happened to you during your last visit, we would like to show you that [redacted] is capable of providing you a high-quality experience. I would like to offer two Guest Passes to come back and watch a movie on us. These passes are good for any show, at any time, at any AMC Theatre. Can you confirm that this is your mailing address? Began process for paper check refund on 07/10/2017. Process takes 3-5 weeks to send. Offered guest 2 passes to come back at a later date in the meantime.
01/27/17 LLG - 5,000 points were added to the AMC Stubs account on 01/18/17. This issue can be considered resolved.
Researched guest account and verified two purchases were made to renew account. Unfortunately account didn't upgrade. Currently I am unable to upgrade the account but will escalate this to my AMC Stubs team to force upgrade the account. Will provide status to guest once upgraded.

Reached out to guest to verify specific issue with gift cards. Currently in contact with our Gift Card rep as of 03/08/2017 to discover root cause of issue. Will send the guest 5 movie passes and 2 small popcorn and drink coupons for inconvenience. Will update guest with more info once it...

Reached out to guest via email. Apologized for lack of service at our Tennessee location. Will forward report to theatre to use as feedback to improve operations. Will send guest 2 passes to try us out again for better experience.
