There is a website dedicated to educating guests on their AMC Stubs card, as well as each associate being trained in how to use themI have e-mailed the guest and provided her with instructions and the links to how to access the information in the future

I filed a complaint against AMC Theaters in July, I received an email from AMC on July In that email, I was told I would receive a $refund and that it would be 3-weeks before I would receive the refund It has been more than five weeks and I have still not received my refund Should I start another complaint as this matter is still unresolved Thank you[redacted] ***

Researched guest account and verified two purchases were made to renew accountUnfortunately account didn't upgradeCurrently I am unable to upgrade the account but will escalate this to my AMC Stubs team to force upgrade the accountWill provide status to guest once upgraded
