All American plumbing heating and air sent Jose A out to my house to look for a leak. He was very thorough, professional and cleaned up after himself. He explained everything in great detail. He was a pleasure to work with.

We called All American Plumbing because last weekend our washing machines backed up the laundry water. The technician that came was very professional in his job and knew what he needed to do and explained to us in detail the situation that we were in. My ice maker connection was leaking and flooding my kitchen couldn't turn of valve
Called on a Sunday and Jose came out. He was very efficient and courteous and fixed the problem. It was expensive but thank you very much.

Lamont showed up on time as expected. Our AC had quit the night before about 4-5 o'clock. I turned the system off for a few minutes and the house was 82 degrees in the kitchen. He checked everything out and either the unit iced up or PG&E turned off my AC unit. He cleaned the filter and it's woking fine.
