All American came out and installed an air scrubber for me. The office staff was great! Marisa, Carmen and Shelley were very helpful in getting me scheduled right away and the techs Alex and Ruben were amazing as well!! I would recommend this company for the customer service alone!

Mike Z was great took care of the leak in bathroom faucet , however the cost of the service was exorbitant I live on fixed income and for a 5-20 dollar cartridge install I was charged over 500 dollars

Our heater gave out late Saturday night. Called All American Plumbing and they promptly sent Bret P to review the issues. Bret was able to quickly identify the issue and fix it. Excellent customer service and excellent field representatives. Couldn't be happier with Bret and All American Plumbing. Highly recommend them.

I had a leaky toilet tank and called All American. We have dealt with them in the past and had excellent outcomes. Shelly took my information and had Marissa call me and set an appointment time. She said if there was a cancellation, she might be able to get me in earlier. She did! Jose A. came out, checked the situation, and offered me two different options. I chose one of them, and he immediately fixed the problem (with a one year warranty). In the meantime he offered to check all my water fixtures for free. He reminded me about draining my hot water tank (it had been a while), so I did that while he repaired my toilet. I couldn't have asked for a better company to deal with. I give them all an outstanding rating. Jose A. is maybe the best plumber in the world?

I had a Sunday problem with my water heater and Michael Z was the person who came to my rescue. He installed a new water heater and went out of his way to explain things to me. He also figured out why my new water softener didn't work. On a scale from 1-10 with 10 being excellent - he gets a 10! Thank you so much.

Michael Z knew exactly what to do to fix my outdoor faucet leak. He was professional, courteous and helpful giving me advice.

Jose from All American plumbing heating and air did a excellent job on my plumbing. The washing machine drain pipe was not draining due to 50 years of hard water. Jose replaced some of the pipe and cleared the rest.
Jose was very professional and courteous and even cleaned up before he left the job.
I would highly recommend All American plumbing.

It is also a five star rating from me! Art was helpful, honest and knowledgeable. Got my drains running and gave me some simple suggestions. I will certainly call them again with any problems!??????????

David did a very conscientious job.

Alex was very Professional and knew exactly how to service our units. At the end he went over everything that he found and said they would be back in the summer to recheck our a/c under a load, but other than that all units were in good working order.

The technician was very helpful and did his absolute best to make sure the job was done and was done right. The plumbing was cleared out and he provided tips on how to avoid the issue again and tips on how to ensure that the plumbing system remains healthy and efficient.

I had a water heater installed by All American 3 years ago and started having problems with the pilot going out, they came out 3 different times with no resolution, now I am having to re-lite it about twice a week, call them again, I explained all the bad service I had previously received from them but this time I got someone that provide good info and explanation of what MIGHT be the problem, they did maintenance on the water heater and now we will see if that fixed the problem. I was very happy with the service I received from the service tech.

Michael Z was an excellent technician who gave me prices on everything I wanted to have looked at before doing any work. Very helpful and would recommend.

The service technician Leo was extremely friendly and efficient. He explained everything to me in complete detail so that I could understand exactly what was wrong with the system. It was corrected immediately for a fair and reasonable price. I've already recommended them to two different people just today. I liked them so much that I signed up for their yearly service program so I don't have to worry about calling them out every 6 months.

Had a service call on 9/2 at *** Dakota St, ***. Everything went fine, air fixed, Leo great.
