Great same day service! Leo is very professional and respectful. He brings booties and something to cover his work area. He left everything in working order without disturbing my pets or my environment. Leo has a very pleasant demeanor. All American Plumbing responded quickly and gave me same day appointment. My wife and I entered our home to find water overflowing from one restroom shower drain on a Saturday morning. I searched Google and tried three plumbing companies before I called All American. Shelly was very assuring to us that they could get someone out quickly. They sent Stephen out in less than two hours. He came directly from another job he was on to help us. He assessed the problem and began sinking and found tree roots in the 40 foot drain to the street. He cut through enough to get the flow going. He explained us the needed treatment and options. This job has a year warranty which include two more visits it the problem reoccurs. Stephen was our hero and a great customer service attitude. We will use them again!

Michael Z and Margarido came out to inspect a bad leak under our kitchen sink area. It turned out that the problem was with the garbage disposal, which had given us problems in the past. I arrived home from work on a rainy afternoon to discover that they were both finishing up the installation of a new disposal, which my wife had approved. The service was prompt and efficient, which we have come to expect from All-American Plumbing Heating & Air. Their attitudes and respect for both the work and their customers is also something worthy of note. Another positive service call from one of our go to service professionals.

Our water heater broke, so we called All-American Plumbing to come and check it out. Their office staff are great we called and sent some techs the following day. Micheal and Benito came to check our water heater and explained to my dad what was wrong with it. Even though my dad decided not to fix it he really appreciated the explanation they gave my dad on what was going on with that water heater. We recommend this place...thanks All- American.

I had a garbage disposer replaced by Michael Z today. He used a carpet to enter and exit my home, wore shoe covers and placed another carpet over the work area. He was very professional and nice, not creepy or scary at all. Very considerate.
