*** called in and stated the consumer bins were delivered 4/5/2018, the complaint has been resolved and the consumer has direct contact information should any future problems arises

I return to shop from parts store to find customer vehicle in the shop one of my technicians had already removed the part and he should it to me and I showed it to her we both saw it had moisture on it. it is an electrical part. I replaced the part with another part that we already had on site at...
the shop. I did make a brief make a road test and returned the vehicle to its owner she sat here threw the whole process sorry if it did not work out for her. Your chain of events are wrong I do not like unsatisfied customer contact me at you any time and we will give you a full refund.
I was sent a new message from Revdex.com with a response from Advanced Disposal. I was unable to open this link but was able to open the previous correspondence. This was my response that I provided on 08/22/2017. "I am rejecting this response because: Advanced Disposal did NOT pick up my cans as they claim. The reason I know this is that I made the 35 minute drive with my truck and dropped off both my cans and my father's can to their office on August 7th. (see attached pictures) No one ever came to my home on August 11th as I was home all day and evening. This is simply the way that Advanced Disposal does business. They lie! I want to be reimburse for my travel to and from advanced disposal along with the storage fees up unit August 7th. I will continue to make every effort possible to inform all Lower Salford Twp. residence of our experience in hopes the will switch to a more reliable trash service. I have also filed a complaint to the Township Office. Once I receive my reimbursement, my complaint with the Revdex.com office will be satisfied" I have not received a response to this message from the provider. Advanced Disposal has resolved complaint ID [redacted]. Advanced Disposal has recently changed yearly bill cycles to the calendar year January through December. In an effort to standardize all of our yearly billed account we invoiced all of our customers the remaining balances from their current bill...
period. In Mr. [redacted]'s case the invoice is from August 2016 through December 2016. In an effort to explain the invoice to our customers, we did have a message advising of the new billing period invoicing practices. All of our invoices are due upon receipt. We do allow thirty days for payments to be received. We also offer a yearly paid in advance discount that Mr. [redacted] would also be able to take advantage of. Mr. [redacted]'s account will not be suspended however payment for the remaining of the year would need to be posted on his account by the end of August 2016. The drivers on board computer shows he was there at 10:30 A.M. There was no can out at that time. He was running sooner than usual because he had an extra loader on the back of the truck. When the recycle truck got there to pick up the recycling all that was there was recycling. He said there was no...
trash there. He said the trash truck had already gone through. So if he had missed it then it would have still been sitting there.As far as a credit, we were there and tried to pick up your trash and we will be picking up 2 weeks worth the next week so a credit does not apply.

We advised [redacted] that we could remove the containers but there would be a $50.00 charge for the trash collection. [redacted] refused to pay the additional fee, We discussed removing the trash cans but without the one time fee, We could remove the containers but we would leave the trash.
