I needed an ice maker water line, called A1 and they were able to schedule a technician.
Chris, my technician upon arrival introduced himself, surveyed the worked requested, then he explained the work that he would be performing. Very personable and efficient young man. When work was completed, he checked to make sure everything was working properly.
I was very pleased and will surely recommend A-1 Sewer & Drain.

The plumber texted me well ahead of time and provided his name. The van was clearly marked and he was in uniform. He was very professional and took extreme care in repairing my sink. Price was also good for the work/parts involved.

We have great faith in A-1 as we have used them for years. Our most recent service began with an outside faucet fixture which broke off. After turning off the water I called for help. The first available technician was in Hampton - a 45 minute drive from our residence and he would arrive no later than 9 p.m. In the meantime both Chris, the technician, and the answering service called to see how we were fairing with no water source. We declined the late night service and very early this morning Chris arrived and worked for over an hour making the repairs. His is immaculate in his appearance, professional, very service oriented when explaining what he had done and what was reflexed in the bill. We will certainly continue to call A-1 for all of our plumbing needs!

I called A1 Plumbing late in the evening and they responded very quickly. The plumber, "Chris" was very courteous and professional. Because of his attitude and expertise, I will definitely call them again.

My name is Garry *** I called A-1 Sewer & Drain company to replace my hotwater heater. The young men did a professional job and were very honest. Dewrel, the plumber kept me informed on what was taking place while installing the new hotwater heater. I'm glad that I called A-1 Sewer & Drain company to take care of my problem. At this point, I would call this company again, if I need their help.

We live in an 80+ year old house and the problems that come along with old plumbing. Every time we had guests, the sewer line kept backing up. It seemed like a constant battle to keep up with it and make sure we dont flush too much, or shower too long or run the dishwasher and the washer at the same time etc. The last time it backed up, we first called a well known national company. They could not find the outside clean out so they removed my toilet and snaked the line through the bathroom and pulled up roots and just nasty stuff all over my bathroom floor. They suggested I get my line replaced and came back with a camera to show me the line and then quoted me a ridiculous price to replace it. I needed a second opinion so I called A-1.They agreed that the old line should be replaced if I want a long term solution to my problem and gave me a quote to replace the line that was much more reasonable (and they found the clean-out in the yard that *** couldn't). A-1s price was so reasonable that they also gave me a quote to replace my water main as well and I accepted. We ran into a bit of a snag as there are tree roots where they were supposed to put the city clean-out, but they worked hard to get the new location approved. The ditch was open for a few days while waiting for inspection, but as soon as I called the office and let them know that the city had left the inspection notice , A1 came right out and finished up and filled in the ditch. Every worker I encountered was courteous and patient with answering my barrage of questions. We've called them back for smaller jobs since then and we've been consistently happy with the quality of service we've experienced. I highly recommend.

A-1 came today to snake out my drain for the sewer line and did a great job. Very professional and had the job done in 15 minutes on a Saturday. Price was very reasonable. Garrett was great this was not his normal route he was just helping out today hes from the Norfolk location he was awesome.
