Unfortunately, "Did nothing" is not an option under Service performed. A plumber simply came in, noticed an o-ring needed to be replaced, told me he didn't have the part on his truck, told me he would sell me another faucet, then put things back together and the leak persists.

I had to contact the faucet manufacturer directly while he was still here to get a replacement part number and order it myself.

Completely worthless experience and I wholeheartedly do not recommend them.

Our hot water heater went out on a day we had very little time to be around. A-1 Sewer and Drain did an outstanding job with very professional installation from James and at a great price based on calling around. No nonsense and great support. Will definitely call them first for future needs.

I called A1 Sewer & Drain for problems with my hot water heater. From start to finish, every interaction with them - whether by phone or in person - every interaction was friendly, courteous and professional. A two-man team, headed by Buck, arrived at my door right on schedule. Due to the pandemic, they wore face masks and shoe coverings and maintained appropriate physical distancing. I knew in advance that my old water tank would need to be replaced and they came prepared with a new tank. After examining the old tank, they noted a couple of issues that were not up to code. They immediately informed me, explained what needed to be done and what the costs would be then requested my approval for proceeding. I especially liked the fact that they kept me well-informed throughout the process. They worked diligently, efficiently and answered every one of my questions. Their problem-solving skills were impressive and their work was excellent. Before leaving they carefully cleaned the area where they had been. Buck and his partner were respectful, informative and professional throughout the entire process. I received the invoice, as well as "before and after" photos via email - and all this before they had even left the driveway. I would (& will) highly recommend them to all my friends. If you're looking for any plumbing services, A1 Sewer & Drain are the people to call.

Jermey was very efficient and knowledgeable about how to solve our plumbing problems. He went over and above to help me understand the problem. Rating is excellent for service and for Jeremy's dedication to his job. We have used the services of A-1 Sewer and Drain Plumbing Services for 30+years.

My technician was Jacob. He was very prompt and courteous. He quickly determined the problem and fixed it within the first hour. He and his assistant were most helpful. I will be using A-1 again in the near future. My only suggestion would be for the techs to wear paper foot coverings and to be provided with shop vac or other tools for water removal.

Great customer service! Had a small leaky pipe in the interior living room wall but it turn out that a ruptured hot water heater in the attic was the problem. The A1 Service Rep quickly identified the problem, recommended the best course of action, and helped us reduce our cost. I called to ask if they install dishwashers. A price was given to me 195.00 with no additional rate.The person in the office asked me if I owned the house. I told her yes. When the plummer arrived he stated he was told by his company that there was no dishwasher previously installed. When the work was completed ( removal and installing if the dishwasher) I was told the price was 270.00. This price was not given to me by the office. I called the office to verify the quoted price that was given to me. I was told by someone in the office that they needed to listen to the recording of the conversation and will return the call . The office manager returned the call and stated that someone name Samatha scheduled the appointment.The office manager stated that she was unable to find the recording because Samatha told her that the phone was disconnected and she had to call me back therefore there was no recording (a lie). The office manager was dishonest rude and overpowering when explained to her that there was no additional rate quoted. She argued with me regarding what Samatha had stated on the quote and never once wanted to listen to me, until I told her I had her on recording. End results was to pay the quoted price! The Plummer was great! The office manager can make a person not want to do business with A-1 sewage and drain.

Pat did a great job, very clean and professional service. I called about 9 am and they were out at 1250, completed and out the door by 130. I will definitely use this service again.

So glad we called this company! On time! Every employee we spoke to or came into contact with was super nice and friendly. We received text updates as our appointment time drew near. Brent, the master plumber, was really good. He was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and explained things every step of the way. He had our sewage line unclogged with a few tricks of the trade that only comes with experience. He was an amazingly hard worker. We are so happy with how well he handled the COVID-19 safety protocol! He was masked, gloved, wiped down the tablet that processed our payment, wiped down my credit card before he handed it back to me, he thought of everything. Great training was clearly evident but he gets all the credit for carrying through with the safety protocol. We have never used this company before but we will surely call them again. Best of all, the price we paid was exactly the hourly price they quoted us before they even stepped on the job.
