Although Mrs [redacted] and our agreement was for a set price for carpeting a portion of her home, she believed, incorrectly, that she was overcharged by $She made this allegation despite the fact that she told us, among other things, that she obtained bids from other companies and ours was the lowestNonetheless, in an effort to try to satisfy her we offered to provide her an additional $of carpeting or $400, even though we had completely satisfied our contractual obligationsBut, after we made the offer to appease her by doing exactly what she requested, i.e., offering $or an equivalent amount of carpeting, she refused and told us she would sue usWe were left breathless
651carpets is the only place I'll ever get carpeting from in the future. I can't even explain how satisfied I am. Amazing staff, friendly installers, very quick. Absolutely love this place!

Let’s begin with the issues of my specific case: On March 3, I paid $14,via credit card to for carpet, hardwood floor, and granite countertops I was told to schedule with Max within one week of my order I scheduled installation of carpet, hardwood and granite all at the same time On March 16, the granite counter tops were installed, however not before any issues The installers came to my home without enough product therefore I incurred an extra seam in my granite countertops About two weeks later I notice chips and pitting in the granite This chips and pitting are not natural to the stone, this is only natural to a sub-par productI was also to have a 4-inch granite backsplash installed at the same time, which was not doneI contact Robert, sales representative, via text messages and phone calls to both his personal and work cell phone I received no answer As of August 24, 2018, we still have not yet received the backsplashI began calling cu
We are sorry to hear that the customer is not satisfied, but we installed the exact granite that the customer chose and signed off on. The installation looks wonderful, and the customer received the product that was requested. Our salesman and Granite Manager (Jamie) would never "push"... any customer into any color selection. The customer wanted 2cm UBA TUBA, and that is exactly what was installed. We also do not sell any 3cm granite product (we only sell 2cm), so it would have been impossible to show a 3cm sample of any product. The customer may have been confused while shopping at other granite sources? There was also never any "lie" about moving our granite store. We have a separate granite division of our company, and all the granite from our original warehouse is being moved to the new site. Jamie has been on site at the customer's home and he reported that the installation was done flawlessly and looks terrific! There is nothing that can be done for this complaint... there are no installation issues, and the product chosen was delivered/installed fully. We have attached the signed contract/work order that shows the selections made.

We decided to go with 651CARPETS for completing our entire lower level of our townhome Went with carpet in the living room, and LVP throughout the rest of the downstairs We were actually charged for the completed project and I had my first bill before even being called with scheduling a time or starting Should have realized that was a problem from the get go We were called the night before the first of two days scheduled for the project and were told someone would be there from 8-to start My wife took a day off for that day, as I would for the next When no one showed up or called by 11am, she called and was informed they were just going to rush through it and do it all the next day Huh? Because they demanded payment in full prior to completing a job, before quality could be assuredThey presented to install carpet and expected payment before the job was finishedWhen I was uncomfortable with this and making phone calls to speak to someone about this, the installers left my homeIn an initial attempt at resolving this case, Carpets agreed to use a remnant they had to complete my staircase and try to match, as closely as they could, my existing carpetsAfter thinking about this in the comfort of my home and knowing I would prefer to have new carpets throughout my house, I decided to call them and see if the original order could, again, be honoredWhen I agreed to go along with paying before they completed the job and then wished to honor my original order, they added additional trip charges not required should they just carpet my staircase for the $they already collectedFurther, when I asked about removing items from walls and closets and why this would be needed, they stated they will be sliding carpets down my walls and cannot assure me my house will not sustain some damageNone of this instills confidence to say the leastThey ask how they can resolve this case? They can refund me the $they currently have and allow me to obtain carpet from another provider as they aren't willing to guarantee quality and have changed the details of the contract by adding additional charges despite my stating I would like my original contract honoredI continue to have reservations about paying for a job in full when it has not yet been completed but was willing to bend in order to receive the desired carpet In addition, although I may be a "time consuming customer" I believe much of the public would behave in a similar fashion should they find themselves out $with no product and no service obtained Business Response / [redacted] (2000, 36, 2014/12/01) */ Hi [redacted] , I just wanted to say thank you for assisting me with the carpet install from carpetsThey placed the carpet last week and did a BEAUTIFUL job and I'm extremely pleased with the purchase and the installers that showed upThey were very polite and instilled confidence and did great workThank you again for helping me and Happy Thanksgiving! I am rejecting this response because:The owner is NOT telling the truth The sink had rust upon installation that was covered in dust.I have spent way too much time with a company that is dishonest. Please post my information for other consumers to read so they realize what they would be dealing with should they choose to do business with his company
I had a positive experience with Carpets from sales through installation Install was to be completed in two days prior to the Thanksgiving Holiday Not only was it done before the holiday but they sent in extra installers and completed install in one day I thought the price was fair and carpet was of good quality I would endorse Carpets to friends and neighbors Troy

I purchased granite counter tops with their salesman Robert [redacted] on Friday, March 16th, I was VERY CLEAR that if they could not get the counter tops installed by the end of March, I wanted a refund of the $I put down and to hold off until later in the year as I have a hectic travel schedule I was told "no problem." The required install date was written on the contract and agreed to be March 23rd March 21st I get a call from Max the installer wanting to schedule but he claims he can't install until mid to late April I told him what my agreement with Robert was and he agreed to call me back No call back I called & texted Robert the next day, no call back The following day I tried both Max and Robert Again no call backs I then called my credit card company to have the charges reversed, sensing that this company was no on the up and up produced a copy of the agreement and had to reverse the charges because, I am told, they responded and are required t

I was assured everything was going to be completed then, but never was After starting to tear out the sheet vinyl, the two man crew decided they did not want to do it, although I paid for it We would have just kept it, and just got the carpeting in the living room, but they already
Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/10/14) */ While we are sorry to hear that the customer is not totally satisfied with the granite countertops, we stand firm that they have received exactly what they were shown, signed ofor, approved, and paid forWe only sell one thickness of granite counters and our sales staff only carry one thickness of granite samplesThe customer knew this was the product that was going to be installed and that the price was reflective of thisOur signed contract shows clearly that it is "2cm" granite that was purchasedThere is no issue with quality of the product eitherWe offer a great product that is very high quality and beautifulWe have many happy customers every day we install this exact same graniteRegardless, this granite was brought into nthe home of the customer and the customer accepted the product to get installed the day of installIt was not until after the project was complete and a few days later that the customer had a complaint about the productWe helped this customer in many ways from an expedited installation date to the rock bottom pricing that was offered Our granite is not a sealed product, but we do offer this at an additional costThis is a very simple process that must be done to all granite products and is as easy as washing your windowsWe recommend buying the sealer at any home improvement store and putting it on every 6-monthsAgain, this is procedure At this point there is no way to give any discount or reimbursementWe have installed the product that was chosen and signed off on in a quality mannerIf there was an issue with the install we can come out and make any needed repairs? Again, this is the exact product that the customer chose, had in their hands, approved day of install, and paid forThank you again for your business-
