I had a terrible experience with this company and would not recommend themThe sales person was pushy and told me I had three days to cancel my order if I changed my mindThe order was placed on a Ipad mini and was to be emailed to meI never received a copyI called the office right away the next day to cancelThey told me I needed to call my sales personThe sales person told me he needed to call me back, but didn't return my call or answer when I tried calling him back several times that dayIt took three days and several calls to him and the main office before they would cancel my orderWhen my statement came that month there was still $on my card, when I called them they told me it was a cancellation fee
The $project price is clearly listed on the work order and signed off on by the customer They were very happy with the price at the time of purchase, and they were never given any quote of $by the salesman The UBA TUBA granite that was installed is the same UBA TUBA that we stock at all times If the customer was looking at colors at different shops they may have had things mislabeled or mismarked, but the sample that was shown to the customer from our shop matches the granite that was installed Again, there is nothing wrong with this installation or sale in any way We would love to be able to help the customer if there was any way that we could, but unfortunately there is nothing that we can address or help out with this timeWe do not "lie" to our customers, and we do not appreciate being accused of anything of the sort
We received an estimate for new carpet for our home (1400+ sq/ft of carpet) for $5,from Carpets sales representative Justin on 7/23/ We decided to move forward with the estimate I (Jason) called Justin on 8/6/to request that we move forward with the purchase as long as they could get it installed yet that week(They advertise next day installation) Justin said he had to make sure they had the carpet in stock before he could confirmHe called me back later that afternoon saying, yes, they did have the carpet instock, and they could install it on Thursday, 8/9/Justin said we had to pay 1/of the $up front for them to schedule the installationI provided Justin my credit card number over the phone, and authorized a $payment with the understanding/agreement that the carpet would be installed on 8/9/ I had to take off work in order to ensure I was available during the installationI was also told by Justin that I needed to clear all but piec

We have been in contact with the customer since receiving the complaint, and although this may be a carpet manufacturing related issue we are going to replace the carpet fully to satisfy the customer This order was installed over years ago, and this is the first that we have heard of the complaint We may have been able to remedy the issue if we had known about it earlier? Unfortunately, claims over year old do not cover labor We would be willing to provide and replace the carpet for only the labor costAlthough we don't think this was the right forum to reach us, we are still looking forward to working with the customer to resolve this disputeThanks-
Carpets has horrible customer service It took weeks to get our product Our hardwood floors were not delivered on time so we had to reschedule the install Carpet was wrong style but since they don't leave samples we could not prove it Furniture was supposed to be moved for free and they tried to charge us New carpet was cut and patched by installer so now we have a patched carpet We called to voice our displeasure and they treated us like it was no big deal
We ordered and had granite counter tops installed in our kitchen There were multiple issues with installationWhen contractor pulled old backsplash off he destroyed walls so he was unable to put new back splash on, we did not get promised size of counter top, there was a large seam in the middle of the counter top(Which we were told would not be noticeable) and two pieces on the same counter did not match upWe were told it would all be replacedJim the granite manager told us our sales person was not experienced leading to many miscommunications Now, we've been promised new counter tops and no one will call us back(We have made many calls to Chad, Jim, Amanda and left messages and texts and nothing in return)I asked to speak to owner and was told he does not take calls

On Aug29, the said company installed new countertop in my home While installing the counter top the installer ruined my existing back splash , which was not being replaced at present time Because of this I now have to install new back splash on one wall The installer also scratched my new stainless steel stove The negligence of their installers was entirely the reason for these mishaps, resulting in my having to invest in new back splash and ordering a new panel for my stove I contacted their customer service on the same day of the installation and advised them of the problemsI have had to leave messages on five different occasions to try and resolve this issue A manager finally came out two weeks ago and looked at the problems He agreed that these things should not have occurredAs to date they will not return by call to see how they are going to correct the problems Whenever I call now they always tell me the manager has just left on three different occasio

We called customer service and sent pictures several times. An installer has not been back to fix the seams in the carpet causing a safety issue as someone could trip. We have looked into your complaint and spoke with our granite manager about your project After reviewing all the paperwork, pictures, and information we are not sure why there is a complaint or how else we can help you Jamie is our Granite Manager and a professional in that field, and he has been in contact with you numerous times to explain and clarify any questions He has been out to your home to assess the situation and show you samples of the product that you chose We have a signed work order stating that is the product that you wanted We have a signed granite checklist stating that there is color variance in all stone (amongst a list of other things)There is no such thing as "scrap granite", and you were given the same materials as any customerWe have a signed installation checklist approving all work done on day of install Again, if there were any issue with the actual installation we would be able to remedy the problem, but from what we hear the complaint is on the stone color at times This is not an installation issue Of course we want to have happy customers, and that is why we had our granite manager come out to your home to address any concerns While there he explained everything to ***, applied enhancer, and explained that the choice of lighting above the stone was not the best option He gave recommendations on how to soften the light and also left the bottle of enhancer in case you wanted to apply more in the future At the time of his visit he thought that any concern was “put to rest” and he and [redacted] shook hands on good terms Our granite manager is in charge of the entire granite department, and he handles all customer relations regarding granite He has done everything possible to help you in any way, but there is nothing more that can be done to ease your mind I am sorry if you feel that we have wronged you in any way, but I promise that is not the case We have given you an excellent price on a great product, installed that exact product in a quality manner, and followed up with any concerns you had We have thousands of happy customers every year, and we take great pride in our business Customer service is very important to us, so if you have any further questions about your granite please contact our granite manager to find an answer We cannot install different product as it would be the same as is already installed, and we cannot give compensation for a quality installation of beautiful stone We wish you all the best Attachments are included:
