I have ordered 8 to 10 items from 4 Patriots and have been satisfied with all of them. Quick delivery,great products,all as advertised. Will be buying more items in the future.

Each monthly edition contained useful information on how best to provide for and protect your family in time of natural or man made disaster. I recommend without reservation the products, services, and information available from 4Patriots, LLC.
It is great peace of mind to know we have food set aside that is ready for any emergency.I am an ARC instructor and being prepared is smartest thing you can do.Thank you Patriot Supply for all you do.

Thanks for contacting us. Orders are typically received about 3-5 days after ordering from us. However, yours was a little delayed and I am reporting this to our warehouses to find out why this happened.

I have requested more than once for them to stop sending me their pop-up email ads that come on my screen over and over again. They say they will in 5 days but it doesn't happen.

It has been way more than the 5 days they said it would take to stop these disruptive ads.
No further contact by the busi I didn't mind the emails but these new pop up ads are very disruptive. They need to stop sending this pop up ads to me computer screen where they are in the way. This happens sometimes several times a day and I use my computer for work and this is not excusable that the do not get them stopped. They may have fine products, but this has turned me off. Thanks for any help you can obtain

I have looked into this issue further for you. It appears you have set up the option to receive notifications by text from our *** Headquarters *** We can't remove you from this but you can.
One option is to clean your cache on whatever devices you are using. Another option is to go to the following link I have listed below.

If you have a username and password for PushCrew you can edit the push notifications in there.
Also, I want to mention when you go to the *** Headquarters *** on certain devices, you are offered push notifications. When you go to this site, which I have listed below, a pop-up box should appear at the top of your screen. It will state, "The website *** would like to notify you of new posts and offers." Click on Don't Allow. This will stop the notifications as well.

On Feb. 4, 2018 I ordered on-line a Patriot 1500 Generator for $997.00. Icancelled the order the next day and was told the generator had been shipped,but that Icpuld refuse delivery not the generator would be returned to the manufacture.
I have made three calls to inquirer about my refund. On each occasion Was told that the refund has been processed and a e-mail would be sent to me concerning the refund. Have never received an e-mail or a refund. Pleasehelp! Thank you,***

Hello,
Mr. did call in to tell us he changed his mind on his solar powered generator purchase. We refunded him once we rerouted the shipment, and it was returned to the warehouse. This refund was on 2/27/18. Mr. called on 3/1/18 to ask why he did not receive the refund back to his account. We let him know that it takes 3-7 business days for a refund to post back to his banking account. Attached is the proof of the refund.

I ordered 3 items on Jan. 15. 2 full wks 10 bus days went by and they haven't even mailed any of the items. They refused to refund.
On January 15 I placed an order with this company for emergency food when I saw an ad that said they were "overstocked" and it was on sale. As I was checking out they bombarded me to buy more and more. They wouldn't even let me finish the order, they kept begging and saying they were overstocked and were almost giving away the food packs. So I bought another food pack. Then they said I had to have an emergency water pack, so I ordered that. They said they accidentally had too much and had to almost give everything away. It has been 10 business days, 2 full weeks since I placed the order and they did not mail any of these items yet. I requested a refund because I am going on an extended vacation, and I won't be here. They refused.
I want a complete refund. You say if they ever arrive I can refuse shipment or return the items, but I am leaving to go out of state for an extended vacation in a week and you haven't even mailed the items I ordered and paid for 10 business days (2 weeks) ago. You should NOT charge a customer before you ship items. Most companies don't.

I will be giving feedback to our customer service agents who mistakenly saw your orders as shipped, and therefore did not give you a full refund. I went ahead and processed full refunds on the 1 week food supply and survival spring orders.

I have ordered survival food from 4Patriots twice, and have been very pleased both times with the promptness of shipment, and especially the yummy freeze dried food that can last for 25 years, if unopened and uneaten, of course!
After tasting a few of the survival brand foods and finding them less than satisfactory, I was extremely impressed with the Food4Patriots. We tested the chile in one brand and the Potatoe Soup in this brand. No on the chile and yes, yum on the Potatoe.
