Unable to Cancel & make contact
I have tried several times to get in contact with this company to cancel, No one answers and no one returns you calls, I have received one third of my order even after emailing, calling to cancel.
Also the bombard your email with daily emails, I get about 4 or 5 a day. You cant unsubscribe or mark as spam they just keep coming.
PLEASE DONT GET CAUGHT UP IN THIS COMPANY !

How many does 3 month feed?
It never says in the kits how many it feeds .. 3 month ..does it feed one or two people?

Do your Due Diligence Before Making Purchase
Decided to make a purchase from 4patriots 3 month food supply #1. 3 week wait time took over a month. 2, they over sell without having the product on hand. 3, Bombard you with unsolicited emails. 4, customer service responds with computer emails that don't have anything to do with your order. 5, damaged items in order. 6, Incomplete order, customer service doesn't respond to missing items they just send computer generated I'm sorry emails and not address what's actually missing. Playing off the patriot theme do you due diligence before placing order.

I purchased a 4 week supply of food from this merchant and it is supposed to have 184 servings; mine only has 152. Also, if I was very disappointed in what was in this kit - lots of rice and mac and cheese, really I thought this was supposed to be meals not side dishes. I have tried to contact them by email (8/12 and 8/14) and by phone today. I was on hold for 30 minutes, then I took the option to be called back and not lose my place in line. After 2 hours I figured that they were not going to call back so I called them. This time I stayed on hold for 2 1/2 hours before giving up. Seriously, I know they say that they are busier than usual at this time but that is not even doing business. When I finally did get a call back it was from an unknown number (I have the 4Patriots customer service number in my phone) so I didn't answer. They left a message and my option was to call the same number that I had called earlier and stay on hold forever. I once again called and took the option to get a call back. This time I will answer any unknown call that comes in. I really just wanted them to provide me with the missing meals.

I couldn't find this post earlier so I made a separate post but I wanted to make sure that I give credit where credit is due. I did receive a phone call today from a very nice young lady and she seemed to understand my frustration with not being able to get a simple matter resolved because of long waits on the phone. She said that they are addressing this concern so hopefully this will improve in the future. As far as the matter that I called about she made a great effort to address and correct that problem. I am supposed to be getting some more dehydrated food packets in 7-10 days and if all goes as planned I will be satisfied with how this was taken care of. Thank you once again for reaching out to me and for your concern and understanding.

Very disappointed in the food that was sent for "survival". It was a small amount of rice, pasta, pancake mix and oatmeal with a little cheese flavoring. There were also two packs of dried bananas and powdered milk. No real meat or protein or significant Vegetables to speak of. Only two packets of "Fireside stew" had some real dehydrated veggies and chicken fat. The Oatmeal had an abundance of Sugar. Overall, It is not anything close to the value of the $197. spent. It would be better for folks to take that money and buy a couple of large bags of rice, beans, four and sugar and you would be better off.
When I called the customer service to let them know I was extremely disappointed They offered to refund my money if I mail it back. This was after trying to justify high carbohydrate meals in an emergency. The truth is that in an emergency one needs good nutrition and vitamins and protein to sustain energy, not a bunch of sugar. I mentioned that the cost to return the heavy item will end up costing me nearly 1/2 of what the cost is. So it is not even worth it.
When I told the agent this she offered $30 dollars refund.
So, They have certainly lost a customer.
My advice to anyone looking for true survival food is to get *** and not buy from 4 Patriots. It is not a good investment.

Purchased two each 72-hour food packs from 4 Patriots. There is no manufacture date or expiration date readable or visible anywhere on the package.

Called twice for customer support. Second time I called I requested that a supervisor or manager (or owner) call me back to help answer my question.
Why do I have to break into my 72-hour meal pack to search for a manufacture or expiration date? Especially with emergency food of this nature, there must be a date of manufacture and/or date of expiration (or Best By date?) visible and readable on the outside packaging.
Not getting any call back or response or answer to my question.

Need a call back from an owner or manager of 4 Patriots with an answer to my question about the manufacture date or expiration date of the 72-hour food packs that I received from them. Thanks!!

The manufacture dates are on the individual meal pouches, as the pouches inside your 72-hour kit bag may have been manufactured on different dates. We do not have an Exp. Date on our food as it will last at least 25 years from the manufacture date.

I had ordered the 4patriots solar generator, only to call and cancel within a hours. Never received my money back
Hi ordered solar generator, cancelled within hours, never received confirmation of order, so I assumed it was cancelled, I have the receipt showing I cancelled it.
Than I saw the charges on my card. Called them many times could not get through, wrote them many times and no response. Finally got through, they said they got my cancellation, than they called me and had no answer, so they sent it out anywhere.
Said I just need to send back to get money back... few weeks later I got a notice that their just shipping it out now. You could imagine how angry to find they lied. Finally got generator, tools many days to get them to send shipping stuff. Finally got it shipped back and I still do not have a refund or acknowledgement they picked up the generator. I was told that as soon as *** or *** pucks up device I would be refunded... 2 weeks later they won't return my emails or phone calls for my money refund. Please help I'm out of work and can not afford this. They have tied up my money and I had to borrow to feed mr family. Best Regards Dr

They were delivered today as evidenced by tracking information below:

The issues are as I emailed customer service immediately to report:

1. I DID NOT get what I ordered.... nor what they advertised on their website! I received majority pancakes, oatmeal and rice for hundreds of dollars! There isn't even amounts of lunches/dinners!!! It's not sustainable for 4 weeks to eat pancakes and oatmeal 3x a day!

***ALSO, the solar heater kettle was not IN THE BOX... packing slip shows it was???? It was not!!!!!

2. GMO's: They advertise GMO free..... NONE OF MINE are non GMO....for example modified food starch is NEVER NONGMO, soy, corn and several other ingredients in these are also very much not gmo free!

*** While this is not a huge issue as it is emergency food (better than nothing..) in comparison to the main issues of the products being upto 8 years old already, not sealed correctly, damaged and many items not received... it is a point to mention!

3. Dates: these items are dated back to 2012! This makes them 8 years old already! That's disgusting and an issue since I'm paying 2020 prices and most of the packages aren't vacuum sealed or air tight... so likely spoiled already! (See #4 below)

4. SEVERAL IF NOT MOST are not sealed and or vacuum sealed! Literally, only 4 out of two tubs are vacuum sealed... this means I need majority in both boxes replaced!

Also, at least four meals are leaking bullion it smells like everywhere.. there is a white powder in both boxes and smells horrible!!!!

I emailed this company as soon as I opened the boxes (also tried unsuccessfully to call) and received a reply from "***" whom basically made a bunch of excuses and told me I had to pay to ship this mess back?

I ordered this food from this company believing the things they advertised! Me being required to ship it back is NOT ACCEPTABLE! The items are old, unsealed and damaged and incomplete....

I used what little precious few dollars I had to order this food and TRUSTED YOUR COMPANY!!!! My God how wrong I was!!!!!

Bottom line either pick this stuff up and either replace it with current year food dates all sealed to last or refund me 100%!

To recap (and I have photos to prove....and sent them to *** (customer service rep) as well in my reply...) I've attached 1 photo below...

Here are a few examples of what was in my boxes.... but does not at all include all the items issues.... again
MAJORITY ARE NOT SEALED!
ALL ARE OLD ALREADY!!!! Upto 8 years old already!!!!! UNEXCEPTIONABLE! I paid for 2020 new food to store for upto 25 years!!!!!
WHAT I RECEIVED IS short meals, missing the solar heater thing and Many damaged And leaking!!!!

Bottom line for them to either pick this stuff up and replace it with current year (or at least 2019) packaging food dates.... all airtight sealed (vacuum sealed) or just refund me 100% and not require me to pay to ship back! (Send pick up slip) This is their company's errors not mine!!!

Thank you for reaching out. I see you emailed us and *** was waiting on a response from you with some photos of the damage you speak of. Please let me address some of your concerns.

Firstly, no food we are sending out was manufactured in 2012. Right now we are making food fresh and sending it out as soon as we can to keep up with the demand we are experiencing. I believe you may be reading the lot code. For example, the food we shipped for our July 4th special, which is what you ordered, was all manufactured in April and May.

We did run out of Sun Kettles for the special, so we stated on our check out page and in your confirmation email that the Sun Kettles would be shipping out later, on 7/22 when we expect to receive more.

Nowhere do we advertise that our food in GMO free. I am not sure where you saw that. But, if you see that anywhere, please email me with the link to the pages that states that. The only non-GMO survival food we offer is our Survival Food Bars.

Our food pouches are not vacuum sealed. Rather, they are sealed with heat and we use mylar packaging and oxygen absorbers to preserve freshness.

Regarding not receiving all of our usual recipes included in our 4- week kit... This unprecedented time has created an incredible demand for long-lasting, shelf-stable food, and order volumes are at all-time highs. In an effort to get food to customers like you as quickly as possible, some substitutions need to be made, due to shortages of raw materials, and even challenges at our food production facility, which was recently disrupted by an earthquake in the Salt Lake City area. To avoid delays that could stretch for weeks or even months, we've substituted items on hand for some we would typically include. In every case, we substitute items of equivalent or higher value, calorie content and servings. Though we're working hard to get all our recipes back in stock, waiting for each one to come in would have delayed your order.

Sometimes when we are packaging in our warehouse, powder from our food recipes does stick to the outside of the food pouches, so you may smell maple when you open your tote. This does not mean the packages are not sealed.

Please let me know if you received any packages that are truly unsealed or damaged; where you can see holes or any part that is not sealed. We will replace them immediately.

I have stated my requested resolution in my complaint which is to either replace all or full refund and(their company paying for shipping back.

I have replied to *** numerous time AND sent several pictures! Her latest reply was Saturday basically apologizing for misunderstanding at THATS IT?! I've never been contacted by phone just made to do these back & forth emails that are useless!

The responder above is playing CYA as their replies contradicts many *** has replied to (regarding GMO's mainly... which again IS NOT MY BIGGEST CONCERN...) The dates and the packaging, leaking products are!!!! ..

The bottom line is I DO NOT TRUST THIS FOOD AT THIS POINT!!!!! The dates are clearly packaging dates.... they are calling them lot codes... BUT these "LOT CODES" are all reversed date numbers ALSO KNOWN AS "CLOSED OR CODED DATES" not lot dates as the responder is claiming! They all rang from 2012-2018!! SEE PICTURE example ATTACHED.... they are all different dates! Now if in fact they AREN'T dates, then WHERE ARE THE DATES AS ALL FOOD PRODUCTS require them or how else would one know when they have passed their safeness right??

Regarding sealing, these bags are not air tight in anyway, which again isn't that what makes storing food for 25 years possible? If air is in these bags MOLD CAN GROW!! Either your oxygen absorbers are bad or there are leaks! The powder is EVERYWHERE BTW not just some rogue dust from packing area... it smells like Chicken bullion! There are also food fragments..

The meals ARE NOT Enough to last (dinner/lunch/breakfast) AND they aren't even consistent between tubs (months!) it app ads one was REALLY SHORTED and both are MAJORITY OATMEAL, pancakes & dried rice??? Where are the lunches and dinners?? Two packs of soup and some Mac & cheese ARE NOT MEALS!!!!

YOUR COMPANY CLAIMS A 100% RETURN GUARANTEE FOR UPTO A YEAR? I requested one the SAME DAY I RECEIVED THIS MESS? What's the problem? I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY TO SHIP IT BACK EITHER.. it's DEFECTIVE!

Also funny enough NOONE HAS address the fact the order is SHORT THE SOLAR KETTLE EITHER EVER!!!!!

Again, my faith and trust is GONE! The reply above, absolutely NO PHONE CALLS just emails claiming I haven't sent photos, replied ect is ridiculous AS I HAVE AND CAN PROVIDE THEM TO ANYONE THATS NEEDS THEM!!!! Please just save us all time and headaches and send a return shipping ticket AND REFUND ME!!!

Is a few hundred bucks really worth all of this drama? Isn't that what a 100% guarantee is suppose to PROTECT ME FROM??? This is just repulsive business practice at this point!!! I am being berated with non stop excuses on both here and via emails and I just want what you guaranteed either the quality food you advertised (THIS STUFF IS NOT) OR A FULL REFUND! Why is that so hard?

I accept that they have refunded the money I have paid to date (verified in my account today) and I will print the labels and ship the items back to them. I do not however agree to their threats to go after me accusing me of stating lies. The pictures attached to this claim as well as the others I have are proof of who is not being honest. Further, I fully intended on amending my reviews both on here as well as the site they mentioned as a courtesy for them honoring their return and paying to ship the items back, however, threats are unacceptable and unappreciated and will be noted and updated on the reviews. Again, I have proof and would prefer to put this issue to bed, however, I don't take threats lightly and will be consulting with legal counsel myself if necessary!

Defective flashlight - cannot charge it so it can not be used properly.
On 5/21/20 I purchased 8 flashlights. Order XXXXX. One of the flashlights was defective and is considered useless because the bottom area where one would plug in the charger is broken. I sent an email through their website on 6/14/20 to voice my concerns but never heard back from them. A few days later I called customer service and spoke to one of their representatives. I explained the issue and she promised to send a replacement. I offered to mail back the broken one but she said that it would not be necessary. I also found that several of their charging wires were defective and voiced my concerns about them as well. About 10 days ago I received the replacement charging wires but not the replacement flashlight. I also did not receive any confirmation that they would, in fact, be sending me one.

I called the same number yesterday (7/6/20) to see where the replacement was since this was a gift, but was on hold for over 1/2 hour without anyone picking up, and I was using two different phones, just in the hopes to get through. This was at 9AM so it couldn't be that they were swamped with calls since this is when they open up. I had to hang up at this point as I knew no one would ever answer the phone.

To give them one more chance, I sent another email yesterday as a follow-up and explained that if I did not hear back from them immediately, I would file a complaint. Since I did not get any response, I am now filing this report as I find that this company may be heavy on the advertising but severely lacking in customer service as well as not standing by their word of a 100% guarantee. Thank you.

Desired Outcome

I just want a replacement and if they would like the defective one back, they should include a return prepaid shipping label and I will mail it back.

I accept the response but I feel that a customer should not have to jump through hoops nor have to contact the Revdex.com in order to have their problem resolved. Thank you for responding and I will look for the replacement flashlight within 3-5 business days.

My 4Patriots device charger hasn't worked since I received it. I phoned them on it and they sent me a cord that works fine on everything else like the original cord does, but the charger still does not work. I've since sent them an email, but haven't heard from them. Do not trust this company. I purchased two of these paperweights and would like either a pair that work or my money back!

Ordered a 4 pack of *** flashlights which I never received. However was charged *** on my credit card. No answer when I call.
Placed an order for a four pack of *** flashlights, confirmation number XXXXXXX and received an email. Never received anything else. My credit card was charged *** on 6/20/2020 and is now due to be paid. Called the 1-800 number only to be put on hold for 45 mins with listening to some awful music. Called multiple times with the same issues. If delays are the problem then don't bill me until you ship items ordered!!

I ordered a survival shake kit from 4 patriots. The shake kit was leaking and I emailed them the day I received the product from them (6.22.20)
purchase date was 6.18.2020. I received the merchandise on 6.22.20 and it was completely damaged. I originally tried the customer service number but no one answered so I emailed them on the date I received it. 6.22.20 and there has been no response as of 6.29.20. I am disputing this also with my credit card company as I took pictures of the damaged product ($99).

Ordered meal replacement bars and unhappy with sand like grit in bars. Have repeatedly tried to contact them and get only form responses
Order placed June X XXXX, Order Confirmation #XXXXXXX. Received June 13, opened and sampled one food bar. Bar so gritty it was not at all as advertised and the same day, I wrote to ask if I had perhaps received a bad box or if they were all supposed to have gritty texture. Received first 'canned' reply which includes the following text:

Thank you for contacting us. Please note this is an automatic response to your email to confirm we have received it. You will get a response from one of our knowledgeable and friendly Customer Service Representatives shortly.
Having a timely response is very important to us. However, due to a surge in demand for our products related to COVID-19, it is taking longer for us to reply to our emails. We promise to make things right regarding your issue. Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal.

After not getting any response, I wrote to them twice more, each time getting a canned reply telling me how busy they are. I feel that no one can be so busy that they cannot reply to an email from a customer who has spent over 200.00 on their products, based on trusting their advertisement. I paid for their food bars with*** Visa card, online, ordering from their website. For those of us who are living on Social Security, and who placed trust in them based both on their ads and their touting their 'veteran owned' status, 200.00 is not an insignificant amount and being ignored makes this seem like a business with no interest in customers after the money is in the bank!

I will return the product- it will be interesting to see if the company actually does refund my money, since there has been a total lack of honesty in their dealings with me thus far. But I will indeed return the two cases of food bars and if they do issue a refund, I will not pursue this any further.

Unable to cancel order.
I attempted to cancel order #XXXXX, which was placed on 6/16/20 on the same day. I noticed when I called to cancel and selected #1 (which is to place a new order), a rep immediately answered my call, however she would not help me cancel the order. I had to call the same number back and select #2, which I get a recording telling me that due to COVID-19, 4Patriots was too busy to take the call and that I would have to wait. I also received the same response when I e-mailed customer service. It's clear your company is using COVID-19 to make it difficult for people who do not want their products. This is a shameful business practice. I still have not received any response to cancel my order. Thank you.

I apologize you had issues with your order. We use a 3rd party call center to help place orders over the phone, but they are not trained to make changes to orders. Our internal Customer Service Team does that. They are who you reach when you press 2. We are not using COVID as an excuse to not help our customers. We are a small American-owned company who has been overwhelmed by orders and therefore customer contacts since COVID hit the country.

I can highly recommend this small American Company, Food4Patriots, to All who are trying to prepare for the upcoming ups and downs in this Country. I recently ordered some of their Survival Food, and there was a discrepancy in my order. Due to this Small American Company's sudden rise in demand for their services, it took a short while to get a hold of them to advise them of the discrepancy in my order. Sometimes we often do not think about the processing of demands in relation to a company's size. COVID19 and new staffing hired to deal with the inundation of orders slowed the process a bit. Victoria went out of her way to act quickly to rectify my discrepancy, and delivered on every promise made. It is hard to find true Customer Service in these trying times, but I can say as an experienced person in working with many businesses that Food4Patriots supplies fast and satisfactory service in these demanding times. Just a little bit of patience is required by Us! Thank you Victoria and Food4Patriots for serving the United States of America!

I did not receive my order and I contacted the seller and they said that I had when I had not. I asked for a resolution and have not heard anything.
I ordered the 72 hour emergency food kit buy one get one. I received my confirmation that I ordered and then nothing. I did not hear anything not a tracking number or anything. I went to the site and they said do not contact them as they were so far behind that they were sending out orders in the order they were received. So I waited still nothing then I contacted them with my initial email and stated that I had not received the package. Nor had I received any notification of shipment. They responded with an email saying that I had received the order and I sent another email stating what I just stated to you and that I would like it resolved and I still have not heard from them. My bank was debited for the order on May 5, 2020.

Patriot power cell, solar panels do no work at all
Bought a pack of of 4 patriot power cells with solar panels in them, so the power cell
can be charged by the day light and the sun ($100.00) . one of the four unit was defected and will not charge even by electricity. called immediately to inform the seller. with no question seller offer to replace defected unit. I asked for credit instead, seller insisted replacement and also gave me $25.00 credit, plus sent me a small package of food, I guess value of about $10.00 - $15.00. The following day I put the units outside for most of the day, to charge them by the day light and sun. To my complete surprise, the unit did not get charged at all. So I realized that they sell garbage.! I have sent 2 e-mails to seller, to inform them and ask them what are they
going to do about selling this inferior product. it is over 3 weeks and I never received any respond from them.

Desired Outcome

there is no use to ask for replacement, since the solar part is not working. it is pure misrepresented and deceiving . all 4 unit are not delivering what they claim, it is simply a fraud !

I am so sorry to hear that one of your Power Cells did not work correctly, and from what I understand, the replacement Cell did not work either? Our Power Cells are one of our best-selling and customer favorite products. They are not trash... They do work as intended. I am using mine now...

However, I have refunded you for all 4 of your Patriot Power Cells, $83.41. Please allow 7 business days for these funds to become available to you on your bank statement. Do not worry about sending the Cells back to us, but please follow your local battery recycling laws to dispose of them.
