I bought the generator June 1 received an email from the owner on 2 asking me to reply I did which I thought was friendly then I received a generated response and just shook my head. On June 3rd I sent an email asking when they thought I might expect item to be shipped I never heard back. Then I called a few days later after that because we were having bad weather and I wanted to make sure I knew when generator would be coming but was on hold for 15 min I gave up. There wasn't even a voicemail you could leave a message in. Waiting a few more days then tried calling again 37 minutes hold NO ANSWER?!!! Called sales immediate answer? Then they transfer me to customer service to hold again for long time then I call sales again and they answer immediately then they proceeded to tell me again that I need customer service for assistance. If this is how this company operates now I would hate to imagine actually getting the product and it not functioning!!! Horrible customer service actually I thought *** was bad but I think this company is worst. It's really too bad!

Attaching 2 emails below and did a 34min 11 sec phone wait with no customer svc. This organization is doing business under multiple names. Food4Patriots, 4Patriots, Patriot Pantry. Ficticious names being used. I paid $99.00 1st instalment of 2. Will not pay for 2nd due to shortage and scamming exposed. These people need to be put behind bars. False advertising, no customer service, nothing. Food purchased from other companies.

Dear People,
Please do not charge me for the 2nd portion of the shipment listed below until you actually send me the missing 84 servings. You have had 10 days now to respond to me but you have not! I ordered another shipment from you earlier that I have not opened but I will be opening that one also to see if it has been shorted in product. I find this lack of answering very concerning and if I do not receive the missing product then you can pay for what you sent to have it shipped back to you and credit my account.
People should not have to double check orders to see if they are correct. No one should have to. I will let you know about the other order as soon as I verify it. I hope it is correct.
Please advise what you plan to do with the concern listed below. As you can see I received NONE of the Stroganoff, the Cream Alfredo Pasta, shorted on the milk, none of the Cheesy Broccoli soup and none of the Orange energy Drink. HUGE MISTAKES HERE.

I received my 4 week Survival Foot Kit and it appears that what was shown to be in this kit is not in this kit. Also your web page says 284 servings and I only have 200. Now I can understand some substitution but missing items all together is a concern for me. The container was half empty. The box had not been opened so this shortage was at time of packing.
Here is what I received: 32 servings of white rice
8 servings of Potatoes O'Brien
8 servings of Classic Bean Chili
8 servings of Farmers Market Corn chowder
24 servings of Creamy Rice & veg dinner
16 servings of Mac & Cheese
16 servings of Fireside Stew
16 servings of Powdered Milk

16 Servings of Buttermilk Pancakes
32 Serving of Cinnamon Sugar Oatmeal
As you can see I got a lot of rice and soup. It does not have any of the Stroganoff shown, any of the Cream Alfredo Pasta shown, any of the Cheesy Broccoli soup and none of the Orange energy Drink. My totals are 200 not what you show as 284 servings. Can someone help on this. I could buy a 25/lb bag of rice and a couple of cases of soup for much less. To say I am a little disappointed is an understatement here. What I would like is that you complete my order and make up for the missing meal. 84 meals is quite a shortage in my order.

Regarding missing 84 servings of food: I apologize for this. It should not have happened. I am sending you one of our 1-Week food supplies (64 servings) and one of our Grab n' Go Food Kits (28 servings) to make up for the missing servings. I am sending an additional Grab n' Go Kit as an apology for the trouble you've had and will report the missing servings to our warehouse.
Regarding substitutions to our recipes: This unprecedented time has created an incredible demand for ***-lasting, shelf-stable food, and order volumes are at all-time highs. In an effort to get food to customers like you as quickly as possible, some substitutions need to be made, due to shortages of raw materials. To avoid delays that could stretch for weeks or even months, we've substituted items on hand for some we would typically include. I can highly recommend this small American Company, Food4Patriots, to All who are trying to prepare for the upcoming ups and downs in this Country. I recently ordered some of their Survival Food, and there was a discrepancy in my order. Due to this Small American Company's sudden rise in demand for their services, it took a short while to get a hold of them to advise them of the discrepancy in my order. Sometimes we often do not think about the processing of demands in relation to a company's size. COVID19 and new staffing hired to deal with the inundation of orders slowed the process a bit. *** went out of her way to act quickly to rectify my discrepancy, and delivered on every promise made. No response from company on refund. Not as advertised.
I had an issue with my order with the contents and the fact that the it was open and I was supposed to receive free gifts with each order I made for orders I was supposed to receive credit which I never received just all-around bad service.I have contacted the company twice on how to proceed with the refund or to fix it and I have not heard back from the company. So I know you do that for products they also have poor customer service.
Refund. I try to give them a chance to make it better but they don't want to contact me.

They sent it but it was not all the products listed. Basically they sent sides not meals listed, etc. which is bait and switch. I have emailed several times to return and they have not replied except to say they will give me 5 meals later? No I want to return this. Basically macaroni and cheese and mashed potatoes is ridiculous for $630.89!!
I have tried to call several times and have been on hold for over an hour each time. They will not answer the phone! One email said they answered the question?
I want to know how to send this back and get a refund.
Items in my order 5- *** oatmeal,mac&chheese, 3- pancakes, powdered milk, pudding, 2-mashed potatoes, broccoli bake, 4- rice, 1 strawberry drink.

I see you did speak to our Customer Service Department and we have arranged to pay for the return shipping of your food supply and refund you once we receive the package back. We have had to make some substitutions to the recipes in our food kits as we deal with food supply disruptions on a raw materials during this global pandemic. However, all of the kits contain the same amount of calories or more with the substitutions.

Customer Service is horrific. Website structure is also one of the worst I have ever seen, with a shopping cart where you cannot delete items.
4/25/2020, tried to place an order for a 72 hr food kits. That generated a charge on my card for $*0*. Then suddenly I had a 2nd order and a $600 plus order!!! So in total I was charged over $800!!!!! Apparently, the shopping cart does not allow deletion or removal of items previously put in it. This I believe is intentional because it is so easy to create a shopping cart that functions properly. Then, phone calls, hang ups, over 4 hours on hold only to be told the customer service rep could not cancel my order. ***?! What kind of retail business cannot cancel an order and refund a credit card? We were told to call the credit card company and cancel the charge but everyone knows that credit card companies only accept charge cancellations from merchants not consumers so again I believe this is another intentional tactic to steal money from people. If these are not intentional behaviors on the company's part then I highly, highly recommend they obtain a new ordering and website/cart vendor that allow them to perform business basics. I am *** and I will tell everyone everywhere until I get my money back and see their website change.
Orders cancelled and my $800 refunded. Also I want the company to be able to get a fully functioning shopping cart and ability to cancel orders when customers spend 4 freaking hours calling customer service for help.

The first time you called you reached our after-hours sales department. They are not able to make changes to orders... The only way to get to them is if you press 1 for Sales when calling in. If you press 2 for Service, you will reach one of our WONDERFUL customer service representatives who are happy to assist (as I am sure you experienced with ***).
Our ordering pages do not have a shopping cart. This is how many businesses take orders. We do have a shopping cart experience on our e-commerce site, ***. The order you placed was through one of our email promotions, where you order an item, and then we give you opportunities to add other similar products to your order that you may not know we carry.
I apologize for the confusion. I do ask that you refrain from foul language when you contact us, though. Our representatives do not deserve to be spoken to that way. They are human too, and are working hard to manage this unprecedented amount of calls and emails caused by the huge spike in demand for our products due to***.

This company will bend over backwards for you. I am extremely grateful of the actions they've taken (faster than anyone else to ship out and reasonable prices). Now if they would have used the same concept as the mophie charger with had a quick charge then this product would most likely receive an A rating

I received a 4Patriot 1800 generator with a solar panel for Christmas. The second time I used it I accidentally cracked the LED display to the point where it no longer displayed anything other than what appeared to be an ink spill behind the cracked glass.
I contacted 4Patriot and explained what happened and that it was in no way the fault of the generator. I offered to pay for a replacement LED display as I have a degree in electronics and was confident I could repair it.
To my amazement 4Patriot sent me a replacement battery at no cost to me. I wondered why they would do that when I told them I caused the problem. Then I read the 1 year warranty that comes with the generator. Here is why 4Patriot replaced the entire battery:

Not a bad company but a little slow with notification of shipping when you make a purchase from them and this I have a problem with.
