Can not get a refund for $499 item that was returned.
In april I ordered a $25 item. but was also charged & sent a $499 for an item I did not order. I disputed w my cc. In August the 499 was on my cc again. I talked w this company and they agreed to pay the postage to have the item returned. but the charge was not removed from my cc. my cc is saying they can not remove from my cc until they get the money returned from this company. which they say they do not have either. I have tried emailing and calling and with no luck. this is now affecting my *** score and way to much of my time. my *** cc has not been helpful w this issue either. I have called them every 2 wks and do not get a straight answer from them.

When this happens, we are unable to refund the order until the chargeback is resolved. It appears that one of our Customer Service Representatives did not see the chargeback and set up the pick-up of the 3-Month Food Supply to be returned to our warehouse. Even once we receive the product, we are unable to process a refund while the chargeback case is "open". That is how most businesses operate. I did check with our Accounting Team and they advised that we did "win" the dispute since we were able to show the product was received by you. That is why you saw the funds get deducted back from your account.

I have clicked the unsubscribe more times than I can remember. Still I get these personal type emails from Frank B, Jeff R, Cade C and 4Patriot like we are old friends. Which we are not!! Friends don't do what I have described above. My email is my private domain. Not Patriot's.
Had I known that I would be inundated with this constant barrage of emails and my privacy invaded and ignored for the sake of selling and the AIMIGHTY DOLLAR. I NEVER EVER would have ordered the food kit, it was NOT worth it!!
It was not a deal. It was a way for Jeff and Patriot to build up their customer base at the price of the customer giving up their rights to email privacy.

I ordered 5 bottles of the digestive freedom plus product back in 2017. I used 1.5 bottles and did not notice any results of the issue I ordered them for. Forgot they were on the shelve until November 2019. at that time I contacted the company and explain that I had 3 bottles not open. After telling my story, the customer service representative told me to return the 3 bottles and call the company with the tracking number and I would be receiving a check for the full amount that I payed back in 2017. I did as instructed and I received the check before they got the return products. I order the Patriot Greens 5 pack at least 2 times a year .I give them Excellent Service and Products.

On Sunday Oct. 27 at 5 PM, I purchased two "Powercell" solar batteries for $59.90 but was confirmed by email for a "Patriot Power Generator 1500 - Plus Bonuses" for over $2,177 instead. I tried to reach someone at the company phone late Sunday, but was informed the business was closed.
I contacted the credit card company to cancel the transaction before payment was processed, but was told they could not, and was asked to file a dispute after attempting to get a refund during business hours.
I called 4Patriot at 8:40 am on the following Monday and asked for a refund. I was told the order was already shipped and they would attempt to provide a refund. Later that day, I received an email offering just a $497 refund. No other refund was offered. Reference order #XXXXXXX

Sometimes UPS is able to do this, and sometimes they can't. ***, one of our customer service reps, gave you a partial refund of $497 as a courtesy while we waited to hear back from UPS. On 10/27/2019 *** refunded the rest of your order, a total of $1,654.77.
It appears that the package will be returned to us. If you do get the delivery, please refuse the package.

I have six power cells now and will be ordering more for Christmas Present. We keep one in each car, one in our storm shelter and I have one at work.Never have they failed me and always work beautifully. The instructions do say to charge the cells mostly by USB which is included with them and not to use solar all the time.

I ordered 4 patriot power cells, worked ok for about two weeks, and they just stopped working. Had them in sunny places, now they won't turn on .. nice idea if they'd worked

Tried to order 1 flashlight ordered 4 instead. No cart to tell me what I ordered or a screen to confirm order. Didn't return because I didn't know how. Tried to call but was on hold a long time so I hung up. Just telling everyone they are crooked..
On 28 *** 2019 I attempted to order one of their Sun *** $67 to try out from their website. I tried to exit from the order but was unable to.
Not only would the site not let me exit or back up to cancel my info and order it left me in the window to order 3 Sun ***. I actually was even unable to place my order for 1. I changed to a different app to escape their site. I received in the mail shortly there after a package containing 4 Sun *** with a packing slip with a price of $197. Also included was a bag of dried Corn Chowder (8 servings) with no packing slip for that item.I went to my bank to get a copy of this transaction and found they had withdrawn from my account an additional $67 apparently for this dried soup mix? I don't want this or any other product from this company and am ready to return it for my total amount of $264 as soon as they will comply I will return this merchandise.

Charging my bank account $99.95 per month and now they are saying it is for 5 months. They have now $514.90, I want a full refund and shipping label
On 12/11/2018 I ordered from food 4 Patriots for a total of $14.95 and $99.95 and was told that I would be billed another payment of $99.95 for the next 3 months. At this point they have collected $514.90 and saying that I will be billed another payment. This is bait and switch and against the law.

I made a purchase from a company called Prime Patriot. On the day the debit was made to my account (/01/19) - my account was debit $14.95 from 4Patriot.

It's a computer generated letter! They did not address the problem at ALL ! I received the same letter 3 times from them,only it started out ***. They also charged my CC for 14.95! 04/24/2019 Mr. He said he has received his product, Friday April 19th, 2019.
I had a correspondence to me which was from 4Patriots.com. I put in an order for their overstocked meals in***ruary and have not received any meals.
On***. 21st of this year I via*** a site for survival meal from 4Patriots.com. It stated they were overloaded on survival meals and they could just give them away they had so many. The first order was for a *** hour survival kit for 14.95 which covered the shipping and handeling. Then I received another correspondence from them again saying how they just had an abundance of the meals. The second one I then ordered was 1 week food kit for 67.00 with a 72 hour food kit free. I have emailed with them stating they would get back to me within 72 hours. I have done that twice. I have tried also calling the number that they gave me for problems and orders. 1-***. When answered you can either talk to a customer service person or a person taking orders. I f you choose customer service all you get is to hold on line with music. I have done this three times and was on hold up to an hour. If you try talking to the person taking orders they say all they can do is take orders . They will not take your complaint. They will however give you the telephone number that you are calling them from and tell you you have to talk to customer service. The two orders I have paid for are *** and ***.
I no longer wish to deal with these people and just would like my total refund back.

I have ordered the Patriot Power Generator 1500 for future use. I also upgraded to the platinum upgrade. All items appear to be of good quality. As for now, I haven't needed to use it, but hurricane season will be here soon, and I want to be ready.
Also, I have ordered some food kits. I haven't eaten any yet, but plan to do so soon. Too many other customers speaking high praise of it to be ignored.
I have always been well taken care of by customer service. Sometimes you have to wait to get a call in, especially if it's later in the day, but that's normal for any business.
At this point, I plan to order some more items. Just waiting to get for the funds to build up.
Recommendation: I would suggest anyone give them a try.
I ordered an item and entered my debit card number, then a screen pop up said wait, and offered another purchase with a click here button.
When I clicked the button, I was automatically checked out for 3 months survival food. I immediately began to call and email requesting to cancel the orders. I also called my bank, but they could not guarantee that the transaction would not process outside the business hours. My account was debited Friday night.
Despite continued attempts to resolve this through customer service, I have been unable to do so.
I am on a fixed income and now am unable to pay my bills or buy my medications for the rest of the month.
Cancel both orders and refund money immediately.

I ordered the 4 week supply of food. I was charged $197 for it plus I was charged $14.95 for the 72 hr supply. My credit card was charged immediately. I then received an email saying that the order was delayed, and weird statements in the email that some people think they aren't a legitimate Company. I then looked online and saw the many complaints regarding this Company involving poor food quality, never receiving the product, never answering the phone, and never answering emails. I also saw where the spokesperson for the Company is not a real individual. I have called and been on hold for over 20 min with strange 'reviews' popping up while on hold.
I want a Refund of $211.95 of my 2 Orders. One for $197 & one for $14.95.

While I did Not actually speak to anyone on the phone (I was on hold for 20 minutes and had to leave), I did email the Company requesting Refunds of my orders. I was Refunded the two amounts for the two orders I was charged.
Bought the food for emergencies - hurricanes here in FL - or anything that might come up. Haven't tried it yet so can't comment. Well packaged and easily storable. Didn't get my free add-ons though.
On 3/11/19 I ordered a 2-Pack HaloXT Multi-Use Flashlights for $63.95 The package arrived on 3/14/19 but only contained ONE flashlight.

The automated email suggested I call customer support on the phone. I called customer service on 3/14/19 but they were "closed". I again called customer service, and a recording said everyone was in a "training session" and could not come to the phone. I again called a short while later, and the same recording said everyone was in training. I called again on 3/15/19 and some smooth talking man said on a recording said to press 2 for customer service. I pressed 2, and a recording came on the line and said that due to a high volume of calls, there would be a longer than expected wait time. Yeah, I wonder why. As I type this, I've been on hold for 25-minutes. This is absolutely unacceptable. They talk a smooth game, but when they get your money, good luck getting all of the product, or contacting them to complain and resolve the issue.
I either want them to send me the other flashlight that I ordered, or REFUND my money for the cost of a product that did not arrive. They only sent 1 of 2 flashlights that I ordered. I only want a refund on the product I did not get.

Ordered a product on March 5th 2019, credit card was promptly charged. Called the next day to ask a question as well as ask an estimated date of shipping since I did not receive a shipping email, was on hold for 2 1/2 hours no answer. Sent an email. Called the 7th with same results, 2 hours on hold no answer. called the 8th, same results, on hold for 1 1/2 hours. no answer to email. when calling the 1-800 number, they prompt you to press 1 to place an order or 2 for existing orders/customer service. I called back and pressed 1 this time, getting a live person within minutes. Told her my issue and she informed me that she can not help me as she can only take orders. Told her I wanted to speak to her supervisor before I call the Revdex.com and was told "sir im not doing this today" and hung up on me. Called back pressing 1 for sales and again, got a live person within minutes. told another person my issue and I was just hung up on and she said all she can do is leave a note for customer service to call back, so I asked her to please do so. monday morning the 11th, tried one more time calling as soon as they opened and pressing 2 for current orders/customer service. was on hold for 1 hour no answer.
This company is quick to take your hard earned money, and has available representatives to take orders, but will not answer emails nor their customer service line once they have your money and your order. A quick search online shows I am not the only customer they have done this to, some waiting months with still no product or contact back.
I just want Revdex.com to investigate this company on their business practices. They take your money but will not contact you in any way nor have a way to communicate to the company. If you would like to place an order with them, you can get a representative no problem, but thats all they can do, take your money. Once they have your money/order, there is no way to communicate with them as emails and phone calls go unanswered.
