Review: I ordered 2 dresses under the Buy 1 Get 1 Free Deal they recently had. My package arrived and was stolen someone signed for it and left my building this happened on August [redacted]. I contacted [redacted] because it was clear that this was there fault due to the driver being so careless. I provided [redacted] with all of VON VONNI's information and my order info. I stayed on hold while the representative spoke with them. I have been calling Von Vonni for 3 days and no one has picked up the phone. As a company how do you have your customers on hold for 15 to 20 minutes! Thats absolutely ridiculous. I emailed them twice no reply and the 2nd number they provide on the page where you can email them is disconnected. This company is so suspicious. [redacted] has done there part in contacting this company to explain what happen, it is now Von Vonni turn to provide me with information on how to fix this problem. If its clear that this package was stolen why is it such a hassle to send me another one? I cant even get a hold of anyone in this company to reach a resolution. The first rep I spoke to, well actually the ONLY rep I spoke to explained to me that the sooner [redacted] contacted them the sooner this would be resolved. This was a lie because its been about a week since this happened and I have no answers. I will NEVER order from this company again. The customer service is horrible, I've never dealt with a company like this before. I been calling for 3 days all day. Can someone at least pick up the phone? or If you do not want to answer your phones at least give me my money back.Desired Settlement: The 2 dresses I was suppose to receive delivered to me express. After trying to contact this company for about almost 2 weeks. I finally get a response on Sept [redacted] I was contacted by Von Vonni stating it usually takes up to two weeks for a "Lost Package resolution". This was their exact words in the email. Then the email ended with "we will follow up with [redacted] in regards to this matter". I responded letting them know I didn't have that much time because this was for a wedding. I responded that same day they didnt respond till the [redacted] of Sept saying they apologized but they will work as quickly as possible to solve the issue and told me I should expect a email the next day. The [redacted] they emailed me stating they were going to forward this matter to the refund department, and once the cancellation has been processed, My funds will be returned between 7-10 business days. Once again I got that email the [redacted] of September. Today is October [redacted]. Its been pass 10 business days and I have not gotten my money back or contacted by von vonni. I ordered from them on the [redacted] of August. My package was stolen the [redacted]. I reported this issue to them I believe the [redacted] or the [redacted] of August, Ive written them on Facebook and Twitter and kept being told it takes 2 weeks to resolve issues like this. Its now been a MONTH and this still has not been resolved. I've called them numerous times and no one answers, and if your on hold and let 20 mins go by they hang up! They respond to emails weeks or days later basically whenever they feel like it. This company has horrible customer service I will never waste my time with them again. This has been such a headache for me.

I have 2 separate orders ([redacted] on Aug ** and [redacted] on Sep**) which have not been delivered yet. I want these dresses delivered, as well as a credit or partial refund for such inexcusable delays.
To give more context:
I've emailed technical support and called customer support several times, to no avail. The first time, on Sept *, support claimed there were warehouse issues, and that the dresses would be sent out within a week. I contained support again on Sept **, after not hearing any word, and received no response. After not receiving any word after another week, I tried calling their customer support line, which has been disconnected: ###-###-####. I then called their customer care line, ###-###-####. Every time I call, I'm immediately put on hold, then stay on hold for 20 minutes, and then their phone disconnects.
Normally it wouldn't be a big deal, and I'd just dispute the charge on my credit card. Unfortunately, some of these dresses are bridesmaid dresses. Some bridesmaids have gotten their dresses, and some haven't.
So now I'm stuck with half of the bridemaids having outfits, and the other half not being able to get them, and not being able to get in contact with Von Vonni support.
I'm trying to not to be a Bridezilla, but now I either need to strong-arm Von Vonni into delivering the rest of the dresses ASAP, or make everyone shell out even more money so we can all buy matching dresses elsewhere. For as much as they advertise being the perfect bridesmaid dress, and emphasize ordering at the same time to make sure all the dresses are the same color, they're terrible!Desired Settlement: Prompt delivery of missing orders, credit or partial refund for such inexcusable delays, and an apology.

I have not been able to reach anyone on their customer service line, despite waiting an hour on several occasions and no one has returned my emails despite the fact that I have confirmations from the company that my emails were received.Desired Settlement: I would like my mothers credit card to me credited for the return.

Review: I placed an order on 9/*/13 for two of their dresses. I was charged for my order the next day (9/*/13) but was never emailed that my order had shipped. I contacted the company through email on 9/**/13 regarding this and received an email back saying "The warehouse is experiencing a technical glitch in the system used to generate tracking numbers for customer's orders to be shipped. Our IT department is working as quickly as possible to fix the problem. We expect your order to ship by the end of day today. You will be notified via email as soon as your tracking number has been updated into our system. We apologize for the delay." My order still has not been shipped. I sent another email 9/**/13, asking for a refund and I have not received any response. I was charged 3 weeks ago for items I have no received and at this point I'd rather have my money back than receive them.Desired Settlement: I just want the money back that I was charged for products I've never received.

Review: To whom it may concern: I have contacted Von Vonni via email/phone for the past three months requesting a refund for merchandise I ordered, charged against my PayPal account but never received. Also, I attempted reaching Von Vonni via both numbers listed on their website. When I called the ###-###-####, it rings then get a busy signal. I called the ###-###-#### and was on hold with music for about 20 minutes when the line was dropped. I asked for someone in their customer service department to please get back to me as soon as possible regarding the status with no response other than those noted below. I would like my refund to be processed immediately as this is getting absolutely ridiculous and I'm at the point of losing my patience. Review: I ordered a product from Von Vonni on 9/**/2013. I received email confirmation of the order indicating that they would email me with tracking information as soon as the item shipped. They never sent this email and I never received the item. They did charge me for the product and I paid via debit card.
I have tried 6 times to contact this business to get an update on my product and a shipping date.
4 times I tried to contact them via phone at the customer service number provided on their website, and another number that was on my order confirmation. One number is an automated message in Spanish and the other placed me on hold for 20 min each time and then hung up on me with no opportunity to leave a message.
I tried to contact them via email 3 times, twice by sending emails to [redacted] and once using the "contact us" link on their website. On 10/* I received an automated confirmation email stating that their customer service would look over my email and reply in 2 business days. On 10/**, after my second email, I got the same automated response. They never contacted me about the status of my order as I requested in the emails.Desired Settlement: I would either like my product before 12/**/13 when I need it for a wedding, and if they cannot provide that service, I would like a refund.

Review: I order the products on September [redacted]. I received a confirmation email and everything. I have paid for 10-14 business day shipping. It has now been about 22 business days and I have still yet to receive my order. On September [redacted], the day after I order the dress, my credit card was charge so I assumed that meant they had been shipped, as it does for most companies. Apparently that is not the case. I have email and received no response, as well as spent hours on hold, never an answer. Also after about a half hour on hold, the phone conveniently disconnects. I have called at various times and days, and nothing. Also my account with the website keeps getting deleted, so I cannot log on to check the status or file anymore complaints. Every time I want to submit another complaint I have to start over and make a whole new account.
I have ordered form them in the past with no problems, so this is very frustrating, and after reading complaints online I feel as though I am never going to receive the products and would really like my money back!Desired Settlement: Mostly I would like to receive my order, but if that is not attainable, then I would like my credit card refunded.
Review: On Aug **,2013 I purchased 2 transformer dresses at 50% off from Von Vonni totaling $120. I was sent an email stating that I would be notified when the items were shipped. My charge card was charged the very next day. I shop online frequently and know that it is common practice for companies to charge for items after shipping occurs.
Since my card was charge, I expected delivery within the week. The week past. I called the phone number provided 2 times, was put on hold and then hung up on. Then I called daily and no one answers the phone, sometimes from other phone numbers.
On September *,2013 I emailed them with concerns about a lost delivery because companies do not charge unless the items have shipped. The same day they answered, "The warehouse is experiencing a technical glitch in the system used to generate tracking numbers for customer's orders to be shipped. Our IT department is working as quickly as possible to fix the problem. We expect your order to ship by the end of this week. You will be notified via email as soon as your tracking number has been updated into our system. We apologize for the delay."
My response was a bit harsh, I was considering purchasing 8 more of these dresses, and also let them know that I was aware of a new sale that offered the dresses at $29 and asked "Will you honor your sale price of $29.00 ?" Two days later I got an email stating the $29 sale was extended. This sale stated it was FINAL. The previous sale when I purchased my dresses - did not say FINAL SALE.
Because I work in the mailing industry and the tracking number is issued by UPS or USPS or FedEx, not the mailer..., I know when someone is trying to put one over on m. My response "This is a response that I fully did not expect to receive from Von Vonni. This obviously is not a delivery issue - it is a shipment issue. As I see it, a computerized tracking number for delivery has nothing to do with lengthy shipment processing time." There was no response.
Links in my emails to the site no longer worked from that day forward. The only way I can log into the site is if I search Von Vonni in google and then log in.
I sent another email Sept **, stating that when I log into the site it states the order is still "processing". The response was "Your request (#[redacted]) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff." On Sept **, 2013 I received an email from VonVonni responding to the ticket. "[redacted] (VonVonni Support) Sep ** 11:34 (EDT) Hello, Your order will be shipped by the end of day today. We apologize for the delay.
On September [redacted] I sent an email stating that the website had not updated to shipped and I did not receive an email informing me that it was sent. Pls check and respond. NO Answer.
On September [redacted] I sent the email again, stating I was paying interest on my charge card for this order. NO Answer.
On September [redacted], in the morning I sent another inquiry with no response. Late in the day I sent an email to Cancel my order. NO Answer.
October *, 2013 I forwarded the previous email ... to Cancel my order. NO Answer.

Seems like Fraud.
The only reason I have a shipping date is because they responded to a complaint email (probably an error). This company should be investigated for charging customers for products before the shipping date - and the shipping date should be IN PRINT on the FIRST invoice they send out to customers and on the website during the order process. FTC site says that it is illegal to charge for products before shipping.Desired Settlement: I want my credit card to be credited for $120 immediately with interest. This company should be investigated for charging customers for products before the shipping date - and the shipping date should be in print on the FIRST invoice they send out to customers and on the website during the order process. FTC site says that is illegal to charge before shipment. Their online practices should be audited - as they offer items at reduced rates, when in fact they do not have a supply of the items, charge people, do not communicate with truth - then cut off their communication all together. Seems like Fraud.

I have not heard from Von Vonni Online LLC. I contacted my credit card company 30 days after the promised date of delivery and told them of my concerns. The bank refunded my money and will take care of the issue.

Review: I placed an order on the VonVonni.com online store on September [redacted] and received a confirmation email stating: "Order [redacted] (placed on September *, 2013 8:52:52 PM PDT))" as well as "Once your package ships we will send an email with a link to track your order." After I didn't hear anything for another couple of weeks, I began trying to contact the company. I called their customer service line two times and couldn't get through after 20-30 minutes both times. I tried another number listed on their site, which had an automated message saying it had been disconnected. I also sent two emails inquiring about the order (requests #[redacted] and #[redacted] on September ** and September **) and receipt of these inquiries were received both times ("Your request (#...) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff). Yet, no response of any kind.
I've done some searching into the reputation of the company and it seems that I am not the only one who is having these types of problems. A couple of days ago, I filed a complaint with Groupon (I used a Groupon to place the order as well as paid additional money from my paypal account), and am waiting to hear back from them. If I don't hear from Von Vonni within the next few days, I might have no choice but to file a claim with paypal.Desired Settlement: I still would love to receive the merchandise I paid for, so the best case scenario is that I receive them within the next couple of weeks. Ideally, I would like my items shipped / delivered no later than two weeks from now (October **).

Review: I was billed twice for the same orders on 8/**/2013 during a telephone order with a customer service representative. I placed an order with her, ([redacted]) once she realized it was shipping to the wrong address she placed the order again ([redacted] in the amount of $112.10 and did not cancel or refund order [redacted] in the amount of $115.14 The difference in the price is due to the different state tax in NY and FLA. She assured me verbally it would be taken care of. Well it wasn't. I spoke to her twice since then and left emails, she kept assuring me the refund was going thru but would take about 5 days. It never did. Another time I spoke to them they said their refunds department were having technical difficulties. Last time I could get a hold of them (Friday the [redacted] of Sept) via email they told me they would email me Monday the [redacted] with my refund confirmation and shipment details of my other merchandise I have never received. I never got an email, no refund, no shipping confirmations. They are not answering emails now and are not answering their phone. There have numerous complaints on their Facebook and Twitter pages from customers not receiving their merchandise and not being able to contact the company.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund in the amount of $115.14 for order [redacted] ASAP. Review: On August **, 2013 I purchased a dress directly through VonVonni.com. I paid through PayPal and was never given an order number. I emailed to request the order number and was not given a direct answer; I had to request the number again and it was finally given to me. When I looked on their website my order had not shipped or was not scheduled to ship. I emailed the company again, they said there was a "delay" and they apologized. I waited a few days and inquired again. Still nothing. Then I asked for then to respond to me within 24 hours with an estimated ship date. They did not do this. I wrote a follow up email requesting my money back to which they replied my order was scheduled to ship "this Monday" (9/**/2013). They did not refund my money and the order did not ship yesterday. I just tried emailing again to get my money back. The bottom line is that this company continues to put me off to try to reconcile whatever is happening on their end that is NOT getting the product to me. I want my money or the product immediately so that I can be done with this scam.Desired Settlement: Ship me the product or refund my money. IMMEDIATELY.

Review: I placed an order with the company on September *, 2013 for a transformer top, long dress and a necklace. My order # is: [redacted]. My [redacted] card was charged in full on September *, 2013 for $57.00. As of today, I have not received any product. At the end of September, I was able to access my account and it said my order was "processing". It has now been over 2 months since I placed and paid for this order.
I have attempted to contact the company by phone numerous times, either being on hold for very long periods of time and then disconnected, or the line just being busy. I have sent out 3 emails to the support email address, on 9/**, 10/** and again on 11/*. I did receive an automated response for the first two of my emails saying that my request has been received and is being reviewed by their support staff. I did not receive any confirmation that my last email was even received.
I have also tried to get into their website for the past couple of weeks and am unable to even find it now. It appears that only their support site is open, but it will not let me into my account when I enter my email and password.Desired Settlement: I would really like to get my items, but if that is not possible, then at least a full refund back to my credit card. Review: I ordered merchandise on September *, 2013. I received an email that my item is being processed. I have not received my item and it is now September **. There were no items on back order. I have sent several emails to the customer support email and received no response. I have called every day for 2 weeks being on hold for 30min or more hoping to get someone on the phone. The message says the hours of operation is M-F from 10-6. My debt card was debited within 2 days of ordering and I don't have the merchandise.Also on their site on facebook there are several complaints of the same issue all from the month of September where people have not received their merchandise.Desired Settlement: I would like my merchandise OR my refund of $59.50.

[redacted] was able to get Von Vonni to reverse the charge to my account for the full amount of the purchase price. What is still disturbing though, is the fact that Von Vonni has yet to contact its customers - myself included - or make a public statement about their bad business practices. Truly unethical behavior.

Review: I ordered 4 items from Von Vonni on Sept [redacted], 2013. The money was debited from my acct on Sept **, 2013. Today is Oct **, 2013 and I have not received my items that I ordered and paid for. I have sent 2 emails and that have not received a response. I have also called their customer support phone number multiple times. The automated answering machine puts you on hold immediately. Every time I have called I have stayed on hold until the phone call is disconnected on their end after 20 minutes. Thank you in advance for your support in this matter. My complaint is over the non-delivery of a dress from Von Vonni online that I purchased on September [redacted], 7:29:01 PM PDT, 2013 (order # [redacted]). The company has not been responding to my recent e-mails, and I still do not know when I am expected to receive my order. I wonder if this company is fraudulent, as many other customers are reporting the same problem as me.
On a side note, my first issue is that of incomplete pricing information: the total price I was quoted was not specified to be in USD, which made it easily confused with CAD. Here is part of the billing statement Von Vonni sent me via e-mail:

As is shown, I was quoted a total of $38.95, but in actuality, my credit card was charged $41.96 CAD (on September [redacted], 2013). Not disclosing the specific currency leaves an ambiguous figure that is not 100% clear to customers. Von Vonni should have indicated that the total cost was in USD, so that I could not have mistaken it for CAD.
However, the heart of the matter is that I have yet to receive the order itself, and the company is not communicating effectively with me.
On September [redacted], 22:37 (EDT), I sent Von Vonni an e-mail requesting an update on the status of my order (in response to the receipt of an erroneous return request). On September [redacted], 11:47 (EDT), a “Support Agent” replied that the return request was an error and that my order was still being processed:

On September [redacted], 01:43 (EDT), I sent an e-mail to Von Vonni Support, asking when my order was expected to be processed. On September [redacted], 09:54 (EDT), [redacted] from Von Vonni Support replied that my order was expected to ship by the middle of that week: "We expect your
order to ship by the middle of this week. You will be notified via email as soon as your tracking number has been updated into our system".
On September [redacted], 21:23 (EDT), I sent Von Vonni Support an e-mail, informing them that I had not received e-mail notification regarding my order, and that I assumed the shipment was delayed. I also explained how I mistook the total cost as CAD instead of USD (which resulted in me paying $3.01CAD on top of their total billing price), and suggested that they put USD after the total purchasing price on online orders. They did not respond to my e-mail.
On October [redacted], 17:56 (EDT) I sent Von Vonni Support another e-mail, requesting an update on when I was expected to receive my order #[redacted]. I also indicated that if I was not provided with a reasonable time frame for when I was expected to receive my order, or if I did not receive my order within a reasonable time frame that was provided, I would seek outside assistance to facilitate our interactions. In closure, I informed them that if I did not hear back from them within 7 business days (ie. by October [redacted]), I would send them another e-mail and consider next steps. They did not respond to my e-mail.
On October [redacted], 0:10 (EDT), I sent Von Vonni Support a final e-mail, indicating that I would attempt to phone them, and that if I still could not reach them, I would have no other choice than to seek assistance from you, the Revdex.com, and whoever else was needed. I am still waiting to hear back from Von Vonni online, who has failed to ship my order during the week of September [redacted], as they indicated, and who has not updated me on the status of my order since September [redacted].
Please help me resolve this issue with Von Vonni online, as they are not responding to my e-mails.

They should also inform me when I am expected to receive my order.
If I do not receive my order by October [redacted], I would like Von Vonni to send me my order free of charge, for:
1) failing to ship my order during the week of September [redacted], as indicated;
2) not updating me on the status of my order;
3) not replying to my e-mails since September [redacted];
4) and for causing me unnecessary stress and effort in seeking outside assistance.
*Alternatively, I would accept an additional long transformer dress of my colour choice, free of charge, to be included with my original order, as compensation for my trouble.

Furthermore, I phoned Von Vonni (tel#: ###-###-####) twice on October [redacted] and once on October [redacted]; Each time, I was greeted by an automated machine that put me on hold for 20 minutes before the call was automatically disconnected. On October [redacted], I filed a dispute against Von Vonni through my credit card company.

Review: I ordered a dress from Von Vonni on 9/**/13. The Von Vonni charged my [redacted] account $33.95 but never shipped my item. When I call the customer service number I am put on hold for up to 30 minutes only to be hung up on. When I email them with my order number I receive no response.Desired Settlement: Refund the full amount charged.
