Review: On September *, 2013 at 5:18PM PDT I Ordered $136 worth of merchandise from The Von Vonni website.

On October [redacted]I emailed the Von Vonni Support group saying, " [redacted] 9/*/13 [redacted] $136.00 Processing - I have done my best to contact Von Vonni with no success. Can someone please call me or email me to explain why my order is still processing almost 2 months later? My name is [redacted] and my number is ###-###-####." A couple hours later I got an email saying, "Your request (#[redacted]) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff." Besides that message I never received a phone call or an explanation.

Today November *, 2013 I tried to call again except this time the call will not go through, their website seems to be down and I can no longer write them an email.

Review: I ordered a dress from them on September [redacted], 2013. The amount of $140.00 for the dress was debited from my account immediately and I still have not received my purchase. I have called their customer service line with no response. It rings form 20 minutes then hangs up. I have emailed them three times with no response as well. Their automated service states they will get back within 24 hrs after an email has been sent. I have sent them requests on social media as well and nobody responds to me.

I need my dress because I am a bridesmaid for one of my best friends and if I don't get the dress I won't be able to participate in the wedding. I just want my money back or the dress ASAP, but I can't get a hold of anybody.

Review: I placed my order on 9/*/13 with Von Vonni for 2 skits (TONICWHITEmedium and MNISKIRTBLUEPRINTlarge), a pair of earrings (136680jo-GE), and a necklace (13592EM-G). I received an email then on 9/*/13 confirming that Von Vonni had received my order and my order number was # [redacted]. The email also stated that once the package had shipped they would send an email with the link to track my order. My credit card was processed on 9/5/13 for a total of $36.45.

After some time of not receiving any information or an email, I emailed the customer service email address that was provided on the first email ( [redacted] ) on 10/* questioning the ETA of my order because the website stated that my order was still “processing.” I received an automatic email back stating that my email request was received (#[redacted]) and that it was being reviewed by the support staff. I never heard anything back, so on 10/** I called the customer service line (###-###-####) 2 times and both times I waited on hold for 20 minutes before I was disconnected. I then followed up with an email to the ([redacted]). I still have not received any information about my order. Today 11/**/13 I tried to log onto the website to check my order status and the website is gone and I tried the customer service phone line (###-###-####) and the phone has been disconnected.Desired Settlement: At this point I would like to know if my order will be shipped; if so I will still accept it, but if not I need my order canceled and to be reimbursed for the order amount that my credit card was charged $36.45.

Review: I purchased 3 on-line two orders with Von Vonni. The first order was placed 08/**/ 2013 for $56.71, 2nd on 09/**/2013 for $111.30 and the 3rd on 09/**/2013 for $120.84. My credit was charged and payment was received by Von Vonni, yet I have yet to receive my orders. I received a email on September **, by their support/customer care system that their was glitch in their system and that my items would be shipped within the next week. To this date I have not received them. I called the company at least 20 times regarding my orders...only to be placed on hold and listen to hold music for hours. I sent another email on September ** and October [redacted]. No response from this company.Desired Settlement: Delivery of my Order or return of my money to my credit card.

Review: I ordered on 9/* & was told on 9/** my order would be shipped at the end of that week. I still haven't received my order. I cant get through on the phone lines, and now I am not receiving response via email. Their site said that it would take 4-5 days to ship, after that initial waiting I grew concerned. I finally emailed them asking and I still haven't received my product.Desired Settlement: I would like a Refund of the monies I paid for a product I never received.

Review: I purchased a dress and a tank top on 5/**/13 (along with a third item I kept). The dress and top did not fit right, so I submitted my request in their site for a return back in June. I shipped the two items to them as well which they received in June. I have made no less than 9 email follow ups and tried calling over 5 times only to be put on hold by their system for upwards of 20 minutes or more and never has a customer service person come on the phone to help me. Some of the emails they have not responded to and others they just respond saying they will follow up with the return department, or their return system is having issues....etc., etc. (I have all the emails) It has now been 4 months and I have not received a refund for $135.00 they owe me for these two items. I have made so many efforts and in my last email even told them that I was going to contact the Revdex.com and file a complaint. They responded by stating they are experiencing a technical glitch with the refund system and they will follow up with me when they refund the items. Given that it has been 4 months and over a dozen attempts by me for this to be resolved I do not believe they will do so.Desired Settlement: Primarily I would like my refund to be processed and get my money back. In addition, I do not know what action the Revdex.com can take but the business practices of this company are unacceptable and they should have some consequences to treating their customers so poorly.

Review: I ordered a dress on September **, 2013, and was promptly charged for the item and shipping. I received a confirmation email stating the dress would be shipped in 4-5 business days. I have not received the item, or an explanation despite several attempts to call and reach them by email and facebook. I have spent several hours on hold, and I cannot log in to the site, they will not send an email to reset my password. Review: I purchased a dress from the Von Vonni website on August [redacted], 2013 and was charged in full on that date. I was informed when purchasing that it would take a couple days to process and then would receive and email as to when it was completed and sent out for delivery. When my purchase was still processing a two weeks later I called customer service and was told that my order will be completed at the latest by the following Friday. When my order was still processing on that Friday I called again, I've tried calling almost every day since and no one has picked up the service line since. So then I emailed my concerns to their support email on September [redacted]. I have not yet received a response even though they advertise a response within 24hours. As of today I checked my status and it has been noted that a shipping label has been made on October [redacted], but the product has yet to be shipped and still have yet to be able to contact customer service again.Desired Settlement: Immediate shipment of product, with arrival at destination by Friday October [redacted], 2013 at the latest.

Review: I ordered merchandise from this web site on Sept ** 2013 order#[redacted]and on Sept ** 2013 order #[redacted],company states that delivery will be made within 4 to 5 business days, no orders have been delivered ,although they immediately charged my debit card and removed the funds. When I call customer support they put you on hold for 30 mins then hang up my emails which are many have gone unanswerd, I contacted my credit card company which will now do an investigation, I now see that this company is making it a practice to defraud its customers , they are still taking orders on merchandise that they will never deliver while still taking your money, isn't this robbery? They shouldn't be allowed to continue this practice and be l able to do business I n New York or any other state.Desired Settlement: It would be nice to recieve the items that I ordered, but at this point I just want a refund I have no trust in this company or believe that they will honor there agreement to provide items for payment rendered as they did not even answer.a request from the Revdex.com .

Review: I have not received my order after three attempts to contact the company--the last two with no repsonse from the company. I ordered two dresses using ground shipping (3-7 day delivery). After two weeks, I checked the online order to see that the order was still being processed and had not been shipped. I inquired directly with the company via email, and was given the following response: --- Hello, The warehouse is experiencing a technical glitch in the system used to generate tracking numbers for customer's orders to be shipped. Our IT department is working as quickly as possible to fix the problem. We expect your order to ship by the end of this week. You will be notified via email as soon as your tracking number has been updated into our system. We apologize for the delay. --- I did not receive the product a week after that, so I checked the website again only to see that I could no longer logon to check the status of the order. I sent a follow-up email, with no response from the company. I then called the company and waited on hold for 15 minutes with no one answering the phone. This product was neither shipped nor received as promised and paid.Desired Settlement: Complete refund of amount paid and removal of my information from this company's customer database.

Review: ORDERED A PERIWINKLE DRESS IN MAY 2013 TO WEAR IN A WEDDING, BUT THEY SENT THE WRONG COLOR. COULD NOT REACH ANYONE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE TO HANDLE AN EXCHANGE, SO THE DRESS WAS RETURNED (I HAVE PROOF OF RECEIPT) AND A REFUND WAS REQUESTED. TWO MONTHS LATER, INSTEAD OF SENDING A REFUND, THEY SENT A PERIWINKLE DRESS (THIS WAS ALSO RETURNED BECAUSE IT WAS NO LONGER NEEDED). I HAVE BEEN TRYING SINCE THEN TO HAVE A REFUND EITHER ISSUED TO MY NEW DEBIT CARD OR BY CHECK. THE STORY NOW IS THAT THEY CAN'T ISSUE A DEBIT CARD REFUND BECAUSE THEY'RE EXPERIENCING A GLITCH IN THE SYSTEM AND THEY CAN'T ISSUE A CHECK BECAUSE THEY DON'T DO PAYPAL. IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO GET THROUGH ON THE PHONE AND THEY'VE STOP RESPONDING TO EMAILS. FROM WHAT I'M READING ON YOUR WEBSITE, THERE ARE AN ARMY OF ANGRY PEOPLE WITH SIMILAR PROBLEMS. Review: I received a dress with a hole in it (order number [redacted]). I was well under the "30 days no questions asked" return policy when I requested a replacement. I requested the replacement on Apr.**. After waiting for over a week for a return label, I received the return label, and Von Vonni received the return of the defective dress on May * according to UPS (tracking number [redacted] After multiple calls and emails, I have yet to receive a replacement.Desired Settlement: I would like a replacement, as well as a refund of the $19.95 I initially paid for expedited shipping.

orders where shipped out later than expected, we emailed our customers about

the delay. The warehouse informed us that everything had been shipped out! We

are a small company and recently became aware that in fact all the order had

not been shipped, we became aware of this because customer started calling. We

only have two customer service representatives who are trying to sorting out

the problem, which in turn causes a backlog on both the phones and the emails.

We will follow up with the head of the returns department in regards to issuing

the customer a refund $19.95, the cost of expedited shipping. Depending on the

customer's bank, the refund can take between 2-14 to be processed.

Review: I ordered a dress from this company on 5/*/13. My credit card was charged on 5/**/13, but no product was ever shipped. I filed my first customer service inquiry online on 5/**/13 because I had not heard from the company and had yet to receive the dress. They responded on 6/*/13 with an email stating my order had "reshipped" and should be there within 3-5 business days. On 6/**/13 I called the customer service line because I once again did not receive the dress. The associate told me she was alerting a manager and that the dress would be shipped from the warehouse that night. Another 3-5 business days and still no dress. I called customer service again and asked to speak to a manager. She claimed the manager was not there that day and informed me that the dress I ordered was now on backorder. She explained that she would have a manager contact me, which never happened. On 7/*/13 I called again and spoke to someone named [redacted]. This time the manager was on vacation, but [redacted] said she could email him and that I would get a response once he was made aware of my ridiculous ordeal. No response ever came. A few days later I attempted to call again and the customer service number had been disconnected. I went online on 7/*/13 and submitted a contact form informing the company to cancel my order and refund my money. I also requested that a manager contact me. I received a response on 7/**/13 stating my claim was forwarded to the refund department, with no explanation for their horrendous services, apology, or contact from a manager. That is the last I have heard from VonVonni and I still have not received my refund. I paid for a dress over 2 months ago and never received the dress or a refund. Their entire company is a disaster, from the warehouse and shipping department to the customer service department and they have conducted business extremely unprofessionally.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back. At this point, I would never wear a VonVonni product and will discourage anyone else from doing business with them.

Review: I am having a hard time getting in touch with this business as their website is not working and their phones and emails are not being answered...they charged my credit card two months ago when I placed two orders with them (order [redacted] for $33.95 placed on Sept [redacted] and order [redacted], for $41.95, placed on Sept [redacted]) and I have still not received any shipment from them or any notification that the order was sent.

Their Customer Service skills are inexistent and their business practice is questionable to me at this point. I am not sure how companies like this get by and stay in business, I am sure I am not the only Customer with this complaint.Desired Settlement: I would like to cancel the orders and get a full refund as I do not want to deal with this Vendor anymore.

I already filed a charge back claim with my credit card company and expecting a resolution within 14 days.

Review: I placed my order with Von Vonni on May [redacted] and on May [redacted] my card was charged immediately. The products I ordered have yet to be received. Immediately after I placed the order I received a confirmation email that indicating shipping information would be received in a separate email. After 10 days of not receiving a shipping notification email I attempted to contact the company via phone.... The automated message indicated the the office was open and to wait on the line. While on the line for 25 minutes my call was picked up then immediately disconnected. I then immediately called back and went through the same process at least two more times of 25 minute waiting period then being immediately disconnected. After unsuccessfully attempting to contact Von Vonni via phone for 2 or more days I decided to contact them via their website. After receiving no response form the email to their website I then attempted to contact them via Facebook. It was there I received a message back from someone who said that they have been experiencing high call volumes and that if I shared my order number they could help me. After waiting 3 days with no response from the person who said they could help me I again sent a Facebook message asking the status of my request. On that date (May [redacted]) I received a response saying, "Hello [redacted], according to our warehouse, all orders have been shipped and are en route" After which I asked for shipping information. The person responded the next day indicating shipping information was not available. After going back and forth with no real answers or shipping information I was given a phone number to call (which no one answered) as well as excuses like "we are getting new staff in for customer service" all while never having received my products that I have already paid for. Finally on June [redacted] I emailed via Facebook again asking the status of my order to which I was told that my order was lost and that a new one will be shipped on June [redacted] and that I would receive it with-in 3-5 days. After not receiving it within 3-5 days I attempted to call and email again via Facebook asking for a refund where I was told I would receive a full refund within 3-5 business days. Those 3-5 business days have passed.Desired Settlement: I would like all paid funds to be credited to my charge card immediately

I've been calling Von Vonni for over a week to only get disconnected, calling their customer service, at 20 minutes. I've tried sending an email to both the email that sent me my confirmation of my order and their customer support email. I have yet to receive an email back, like they promise on their customer service line "someone will get back to you in 24 hours". If they count their automated response, then they're not lying, but clearly someone didn't get back to me; a machine sent a standard email saying you're reviewing my email. After getting no touch with no one, I've even tried their facebook page and again no luck. I'm not sure if I should try their twitter account and/or just go to their showroom.

I had ordered three dresses September [redacted] at 9:48:19 PM PDT. My order number is #[redacted]. It seems I'm not alone in having trouble getting in contact and receiving my order. I looked on Revdex.com earlier this month to see if there might be an issue with this company, and it appears other customers have this same issue. I would like my order by the beginning of next month, November as I have been waiting since the beginning of September. This is now gotten a little ridiculous. I had ordered these items to see what color and length I'd like for bridesmaids dresses, but now I'm hesitant if I want to put myself through this ordeal again. I live in New Jersey, I don't see why it has taken over a month to deliver my three dresses.Desired Settlement: I would like my three dresses by the beginning of November. If I need to I will visit your showroom in NY. I think having them by next Saturday, November [redacted] isn't asking a lot since they've had this order since September [redacted].

I received a confirmation email and the funds ( $44.17) were taken out of my account on the same day. On September [redacted], I emailed the support desk to find out when my order would be shipped. I received a response from [redacted] on September [redacted] saying that the company was experiencing a technical glitch with the tracking system and that orders were expected to begin shipping in the middle of the week. Since then I have tried to call them numerous times, only to be hung up on after being on hold for some time. There are occasions where no one answers the phone. I've checked my order status online and it still says "processing". I have also sent 2 more email requests to the support desk with no response received as yet. It has been over a month and still no delivery in sight.Desired Settlement: I'd like my order delivered ASAP and shipping costs refunded

Review: I have two issues. My first order was correct but I needed to return the items. I received the return authorization and send the items via UPS with a tracking code. They arrived on September [redacted]. It is October [redacted], and after emailing once and trying to reach customer service for over an hour, there is still no sign that they have processed the return. That order number was [redacted] My second order was processed on September ** and was promptly deducted from my credit card. I emailed once to ask where the dress was and the response was that it would ship by the end of the week. Two weeks after that email I still don't have the items. That order number is [redacted].Desired Settlement: For my first issue I obviously want a refund. For the second order I want it delivered promptly or I also want a refund. The whole situation is unacceptable.
