Review: I have tried contacting this company MULTIPLE times-via email and calling. Emails do not get responses, and when I call, I am just put on hold for 25 minutes and then the call ends abruptly. I ordered a dress over 3 weeks ago and it has not shipped. My credit card has been charged though. I also have 9 bridesmaids who have ordered the dress (a couple days after I did) and I do not want them to deal with this. I just need to know if I should look elsewhere and kiss that money goodbye, or if they are going to respond and give me a proper delivery timeline. I don't understand why it is so hard to reply to an email.Desired Settlement: Deliver my dress and my bridesmaids' dresses in a timely fashion! If they cannot do this, let the customer know so we can request a refund and look elsewhere!

Review: I ordered four items from Von Vonni on September [redacted]. To date I have emailed and called them dozens of times and have not received a response in the past month. I was guaranteed delivery by Sept [redacted] by an employee named [redacted], but it's been more than a month and I've received nothing.

Most recently,On October [redacted] they updated my order as complete and updated my account with a ups tracking number. However, that tracking number is just for a label that was created- nothing been shipped and it's been more than 3 weeks!!

I called and emailed and haven't heard anything again.Desired Settlement: I want the 4 items I ordered. Please deliver as its been nearly EIGHT WEEKS since they were ordered and PAID FOR.

Review: I ordered a bridesmaid dress on Sept **, 2013. I have sent 3 e-mails, filled out an online contact form, and have called the "customer service" number SEVERAL times, just to be on hold for over 30 minutes. I have received NO responses whatsoever. My card WAS charged the $120, but I have received no dress and no updates.Desired Settlement: AND A FREE ORDER!!! They claim that "someone will respond in under 24 hours". This is absolutely incorrect.

Review: I place an order (Order # [redacted]) on September *, 2013 and I have yet to receive my shipment. My order was paid in full immediately after the purchase was made online. I have contacted customer service and the designer numerous time but still have not received a status on my order.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for all of the items that I purchased except for the Navy Transformer dress ( SKU: [redacted]). Review: I placed an order with Von Vonni Online on 8/**/13 and have yet to receive my product. I've tried calling and while other reviews say they only have 2 people in customer service I still think they should have an answering system not just a hang up after 20mins.

I emailed 2 weeks ago asking about the products and was told they would be shipped by the end of the week. STILL NO PRODUCTS!Desired Settlement: I would like my dresses and order by the end of next week. October **, 2013.

Review: Placed an order for a dress on Sept **, 2013 and have NOT received the product. Researched online and discovered nearly 30 people have the same complaint. I've called them countless times, no one answers and eventually it hangs up after approximately 30 minutes. They haven't returned any emails either. This is the same for the other customers. My credit card has been charged, also.Desired Settlement: I don't want to deal with this company anymore. They aren't proving to be honorable and I'd rather have a refund.

Review: I made a purchase on 8/**/13 on their website and received my items but several of the items did not fit. I was told via Customer Support on 8/**/13 that I may return all of my items to their office at [redacted]. After shipping the items and not receiving my refund after two weeks, I e-mailed the vendor on 9/*/13 about the status. They replied saying there was a technical glitch on their return system and will process my refund after the glitch is resolved. After this correspondence, I again did not hear back and e-mailed subsequently on 9/**/13. On 9/**/13, a representative named [redacted] responded via e-mail saying I would receive my refund within two business days. After this, on 9/**/13 and 10/*/13 I e-mailed again for a status update. It has been over a month and a half and I still have not received my refund credit on my credit card. They have not provided a satisfactory response as to the delay in processing and their hotline number has gone unanswered after more than a dozen calls.Desired Settlement: Refund me for the products that I returned as I have complied with their return policy.

Review: Hi, It's been much days since I placed my order and I didnt'receive yet. I'm disappointed because I have not received any reply and only told me that it is working. Our IT department is working as quickly as possible to fix the problem. We expect your order to ship by the middle of this week. You will be notified via email as soon as your tracking number has been updated into our system. We apologize for the delay. I want a refund, bacause I dont want loose money. Review: I placed an order for 2 dresses and a top with this company after emailing them to see if they could deliver to Ireland. This was back in early September 2013. Despite numerous phone calls and emails to this company I have never received the items or a refund. I once got a reply stating that they were having issues with fulfilling my order as items were out of stock but that they would offer another dress for free and my understanding was that this would be on top of items already purchased. But this has never happened. After a few months and using complaints company to try and reach them I gave up and put it down to stupidity as such on my part for trusting them. However I am now so angry with them because over the past couple of weeks they have sent emails to me about a sale they are having and I just couldn't believe they were trying to gain custom again when they haven't even fulfilled their orders for customers previously. I have tried to reply to these emails to voice my complaint but they just return to me as failed to send. I also contacted [redacted] to see if they could help because vonvonni has put a link to their website through the emails that they have sent recently. But they are unable to help as my original order was placed directly with Von Vonni. I am just frustrated that a company thinks they can behave in such an appalling manner. If they put as much time and effort into being an honest and caring company they would achieve so much more success.Desired Settlement: Preferably an apology from the company and my order delivered. If the items that I ordered are not available replace them with something else. I have already stated this to them previosly. Any colours preferably darker colours, and definately not pink of any shade. Or if nothing available at least a full refund.

Emails sent from [redacted] with links to [redacted] or [redacted] to purchase from. When I have tried to contact them through any of the email addresses the emails come back as failed to send. I believe that they must be trying to sell now through [redacted], I think they are webstores or such-like that businesses can use?

Review: I purchased a dress from their website, through Groupon. I placed the order on June [redacted]. I received a confirmation of the order at that time. Then, I did not hear from them for weeks. I attempted to contact their customer service line. The phone keeps you on hold, then after 10 minutes hangs up on you. This happened 3 times, so I contacted them on July [redacted] via email to inquire about order status. On July [redacted] they replied that the product had been out of stock due to high demand but would be shipping "that week". There was never any communication from the business that the order would not be fulfilled as described on June [redacted] or until I inquired of them. Still no further information or product. So I again contacted them via email on July [redacted]. I have not received any response from this email. This was a relatively expensive product - they collected the money promptly but have done nothing to deliver the product to date or to assure me that it will be delivered.Desired Settlement: I would like to get the product, as purchased, and be reimbursed for the delay and time spent attempting to resolve this issue.

As a result of an over whelming response to the Living Social deal, we sold more dresses than anticipated which caused back-orders. Which in turn caused an over whelming amount of customer service emails and phone calls, we are a small company, and were not able to respond to all our customers as fast as we would have like.

The customer service line provided on the website is useless, I've been on hold for 20+minutes everytime - no one ever answers. I sent an email on 9/*/13 and got a reply that the warehouse was experiencing a computer glitch and they would ship the dress by the end of the week, I never got an "order shipped" email. After attempting to call again (no answer) and 2 follow-up emails on 9/**-** - I'm forced to resort to go through the Revdex.com in hopes that this will help mediate the transaction or at the very least, help to get some answers. Clearly, this is terrible business conduct and I can't help but feel like this business is a scam. I hope I'm wrong though, so if Von Vonni is indeed a legitimate company, I urge you to reach out to everyone with outstanding orders and explain your situation, reimburse any outstanding orders you cannot fulfill in a reasonable amount of time, and shut down temporarily until you can better manage your orders and inventory.Desired Settlement: As I am ordering this dress for a upcoming wedding in October, I would like to receive this dress as soon as possible. If they cannot fulfilll this order by 10/**/13 LATEST, I want a full refund.

Although I never heard from anybody at Von Vonni, I did finally receive my order (originally placed on 8/**/13) on 10/*/13. While I'm not thrilled about the company's negligence with communication and their ability to fulfill order in a more timely manner, I DID ultimately receive what I ordered in good condition.

Review: On September *, 2013, I placed order # [redacted] on [redacted]. Luckily, this was a small purchase of $13.95.

Previously, I have placed 1 past order with this company without incident. It took 2-3 weeks to be delivered to my APO address. After 6 weeks, I still had not received my order. Online, it said it was "processing", so I emailed for a status update, request # [redacted]. After not hearing back from customer service , I tried calling. I was immediately placed on hold for 22 minutes until the call dropped. This happened every time I tried to call.

My last attempt to contact them was on November [redacted]2013 , informing them I would be filing a fraudulent complaint. Of course, I have received no reply, and now their website is down.

Review: I have purchased several items from this site on different occasions. I received the first two purchases but they had sent the wrong items. Emails and phone calls to them to replace the items have not been successful. I did not hear from them via email and when I called, the number has been cancelled. Review: I placed 2 separate orders.

The first order contained a long transformer dress which was backlisted. Fine, I can wait. I reached out to customer service THREE MONTHS LATER wondering where it was. "Sorry it is still backlisted." fine, do you know how long before I can anticipate the order? "check in another 6-8 weeks". I contact customer service once again and they respond back with "sorry it is still backlisted". fine, can I order a different color? "sorry we do not handle this". when I attempted to contact customer service once again they closed the "service order" as completed. ITS NOT COMPLETE AND I STILL HAVENT GOTTEN THIS DRESS!! $99 DOWN THE DRAIN!!!!

The second order contained a long transformer dress + 2 shirts. when the package arrived, I received the two shirts, but the dress was the wrong style (i ordered a print and received a solid-colored dress). when I contacted customer service they told me that I needed to mail the dress back and they would send the correct one. so I printed out the label they provided and sent it on its way. 3 months later, I still did not receive the dress. so I contacted customer service. "oh we see you returned the dress" (1st - I wanted an exchange for the correct dress I ordered. 2nd - I never got the refund on my credit card). when I explained my situation, they responded with "sorry, it shows that the item was returned". when I asked for either the dress I ordered shipped to me or my money refunded, they closed my service request order as "completed" once again. ANOTHER $99 DOWN THE DRAIN

Repeated communication with customer service after 3 months, 6, months, 9 months. STILL NO DRESSES. THEY STOLE MY MONEY.Desired Settlement: I want my money back and I do not care for future transactions with this business.

Review: I placed an order for a dress on May [redacted] and my credit card was billed the $41.34 for the item. I waited seeveral weeks and the item was never received. I called and was told that they were moving to a new warehouse and that some items were delayed in shipping so I waited again. I called several times after that and was only given apologies, but no dress. I even sent an email to their customer support line and was told that my item would be shipped out priority mail that day (June [redacted]). I still never received that item. Subsequently on June [redacted] I requested a refund because I got tired of waiting and being given excuses. I still have not received a refund or the item. I have also left messages for a "manager" to call me back and I still have not received a call.

Review: I ordered an item on 9/**/2013. Today is 11/*/2013, and I still have not received the item. The order is #[redacted]. For the past three weeks, I have tried numerous times to contact the company, including: a phone number that has been disconnected, a phone number that puts me on hold for 20 minutes and then hangs up, the customer support email address, support request tickets through the website, and sending a message to their Facebook page. No one has ever contacted me back. My credit card was charged for the full amount within 2 days of the order.Desired Settlement: I would like my item delivered immediately.
