Best costumer service and follow through from this company! My first ordered sweater was stolen from my mailbox, Steffan Mwith Viral Style promptly gave me the option to reprint the sweater at no charge or give me a refund! I opted for the refund since I had to order another one to get here in timeI was refunded my money the same day!
After nearly a month, the tshirt I ordered has not been receivedThe campaign closed just a day or after my orderWhy the printing and shipping of a tshirt from Fl to Pa takes that long is beyond me!! I demanded a refund of my money, which I was told, and confirmation email received, that I was gettingI sincerely hope my refund doesnt take a monthNEVER AGAIN will I do business with this company!!!!!!!!
I ordered a sweatshirt for my grandson but when it arrived the lettering was not good There were blank spaces in some of the letters I sent an email to ViralStyle who requested a picture After that was done I received another email stating I should return the item for a full refund I did this and received another email stating the item had been received AND they were crediting my charge account for a full refund All of this was done in weeks time My only regret was that since this was a time printing I could not get a new sweatshirt I have ordered from them before and would recommend them to anyone Sincerely, Sandra B St Paul, MN
The website was easy to use and my product arrived very quickly When I received my product I had a few questions becaue there were small differences from the original picture that had displayed onlineI am from New Zealand and had ordered a jersey with the logo of our rugby team on it but some of the finer details in our intricate fern hadnt shown up in the printWithout hesitation they sent me another one with their apologies and at no extra cost to me I was very happy with the service I received
I love the website for simplicity, pleasing and very easy to useIt has a lot of tools to create and manage my productsI am learning as I go along, but the live-chat and email correspondence services are very helpful I give this company's customer service an A, especially Frankie F., who really took his time to help me solve my issuesHe shows care to my problem and really go through with his words with follow ups and resolutions My issues were wrong product being sent (mistake in order fulfillment) and inconsistency with material (different brands were being used for different color with different sizing standard, choices of the material of the shirts limited)My issue with material I learned later that it is not in their total control or mineThe company model is like a broker for various printers, which may not be in your local area They have a list of information on the shirts being used, but sometimes due to stock, you may get a different oneYou get to monitor the creation and selling progress of the tshirts, but not after they are being sent out to print as far as changing delivery timeThe first two campaigns I set up was processed and sent out to customers quite fast, within 7-daysBut the last one took a bit longer On this note, Frankie helped me checked on the printer regarding my order and hope to nudge them on delivery (the orders were time sensitive)My customers got the shirts just in time :) Viralstyle got excellent customer service and communicationGreat website and dashboard features But if you would like total control of the materials or in a hurry to get the items then it may not be the best choice for you or go with a local printer where you can be hands on
My target date was 11/21/and I should have received my item by December I have yet to receive it and it was promised to me several times through phone calls and e-mails it would be here by Christmas That gift will not be under the tree I have asked for a full refund I have tried to reach them recently and cannot get anyone on the support line and my e-mails have become unanswered
