I ordered a hoodie from them on December 5th and it said I would receive the Hoodie by December 24th. Well I never received it, and the shipping label wasn't even created until December 29th. It is now January 15th and it still hasn't even been shipped. Contacted several times and I get no response. Terrible company, total thieves. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!

Ordered a T-shirt but there was a bit of delay in delivery, but was quickly sorted out. Thank you for a great response to my query. I will only be able to take a photo of me in my t-shirt, when our grandchild is born, once that happens I will post a photo.

I ordered a sweatshirt on December 3rd. The campaign end date was December 13th. It is now January 6th, 24 days after the campaign ended, and the sweatshirt has not been been shipped. In an email with customer support, they said "Domestic orders will arrive between 10-21 days from the end of the campaign, international orders take 21-25 days. If your order hasn't arrived inside the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team."

I contacted customer support again and their canned response was "Due to the popularity of your item(s), it is taking a bit longer than anticipated to print. We received such massive order that our fulfillment dept. is working overtime to meet the demand. Your items are still going to be shipped to you and we will do so ASAP."

Come to find out they don't have a fulfillment department because in a later email the csr said, "We can not guarantee an exact date because we do not deal with any off the shipping. We are the customer service dept and all off the items are printed at print shops all over the US. Once they create printing they will create a shipping label and when that is done you will receive confirmation email with a USPS tracking number. Sorry for any inconvenience at this time."

They did not offer any type retribution like expedited shipping, refund, discount for future purchases, or anything, so I will most likely be cancelling the order, and will no longer order from this company again.

I recommend against ordering from this company, or do your due diligence as I should have before ordering from an unknown company.

order was shipped promptly and was of good quality. There was an error in charging but this company responded quickly and got it corrected with out any hassle. I wont hesitate to do business again!
