My experience with customer support with Viralstyle was fantastic Gabrielle, my support representative was prompt, efficient and effective To be honest, I'm pretty sure that Gabrielle waited longer for me to get the necessary information she needed than I waited for her to complete her task and resolve my support need; once I provided her with the info, my issue was resolved in LITERALLY less than minutes I really have never had a more prompt resolution turn around time! I ordered a shirt for my daughter I didn't realize that the shirts are of a fitted size When she received the shirt she realized the shirt was to small I returned the shirt for a refund All went well except for the USPS, who screwed up the return not once but three times Viral Style was more than understanding with my issue, especially Gabriela She understood my frustration This was not a problem with Viral Style Viral Style issue me my refund in a timely manner Thank You so much for your understanding I greatly appreciated your patients
