Your complaint to the Revdex.com regarding a sale price adjustment on a purchase at a Victoria’s Secret Store was forwarded to me for review. I appreciate the time that you spent speaking with me on June and June about the complaint
I
understand the disappointment you experienced when you were unable to receive a sale price adjustment at the *** *** Victoria’s Secret Store. We generally can issue a one-time price adjustment when an original receipt is presented within days of the original purchaseYou do not have to bring the item with you to the store to receive the price adjustment; the original receipt is sufficient
I discussed the matter with a Store Manager at the *** *** Victoria’s Secret Store I learned that in some cases, one store is unable to issue a price adjustment for an item purchased at a different store, if the particular item and sales promotion were not offered at the store you visit for the adjustment Without the garment’s item number and specific dates that you visited each store, it is difficult to definitively explain why the adjustment could not be processed at the *** *** store
Please accept our apology for any inconvenience this may have caused. As an invitation to shop with Victoria’s Secret again, I am sending you a $Gift Card. It will arrive in - business days and will have no expiration date. The card can be used for store, online, or phone purchases

review of the transaction, we have determined that the package did not contain
