I am rejecting this response because:I went to the store and after seeing the bras to be washed and in that bad condition, store refused to take it backNow how do I get my money back? Please don't ask me to head to the store neither im gonna pack it ans go to the UPS or any shipping partner store to returnHope u will find a resolution now and don't make us feel that brand is not worthy to even try out even in stores ( as we not gonna order anything online for sure now )

We received your latest rejection to your Revdex.com complaint number ***. In each response from Victoria's Secret, a request has been made for the complete item numbers (which includes color and size) for the items returned. Additionally, the customer name and address and/or order numbers from the original purchase have been requested. The color, sizes, and purchaser information have not been provided. The above information is necessary to do further research on the returns. At this point, we considered this complaint closed due to lack of pertinent information. A copy of the original response from November 18, is provided below
I think it is sad this business made the customer jump through hoops to obtain an amicable resolutionI emailed them first attempting to resolve myself and they were not willing to assist but after filing a Revdex.com complaint all of a sudden they agree to a resolution I presented in the first email prior to filing the complaintWhile I agree this matter has been resolved I am upset that the customer has to go through so much to get this company to corporateAt one point they even claimed to have resolved it by sending a gift card to another customer instead of taking the time to pay attention to the details realizing their mistake Anyways after kicking screaming and having to argue this issue is finally resolved I do not recommend this company for their products or customer service and cannot shop on good faith here in the future
