Review: I am owed $300.50 for items I sold through the website Vaunte.com, I have repeatedly tried to "cash out" and deposit the money into my bank account and receive an error message. I also also repeatedly tried to contact the company with no response. My designer items are gone and I am out the money I am owed.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the $300.50 I am owed

We have reached out to the customer via our website that a check will go out to her today at the address listed on the complaint. We are experiencing some technical difficulty and have not been able to respond to her as quickly as we would have liked. Enclosed please find a copy of the check. Please let us know if this is a satisfactory solution to have this complaint closed. Thanks.
Review: I purchased online a handbag listed for sale on their website. They sent me an email confirming the sale. They immedilatey charged my debit card and all funds for the sale were taken by them from my account. After several days I followed up on the order as I had not received a shipping status email. I was then informed that the order had been cancelled and I would not be receiving the bag. I asked why they said that the seller was not ab le to send it. Not sure what that means but I asked about a refund. Days went by sent more emails no response no response. Then I started threatening that I would report them. I then received an email saying that it would be processed. Still nothing.Desired Settlement: I want what I contracted to receive. Period.

[Your Answer Here]
First they have still not done anythingsecond I bought a product they accepted my terms and they received payment in fullthey need to ship the bag or they are in breach of contract they never said it was whom supplies last or that there were any conditions whatsoever. If they need to check stock a company does so BEFORE they receive funds.! The bag in question is available through another company and so this company either purchase the bag from them and send it to me or provide me with good and valuable funds allowing me to buy it as the amount of the bag from this third party exceeds them amount j contracted for.
In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Review: Vaunte is a website where you can sell your new or used clothing, shoes, etc. I sold a pair through them. The person who bought them, received them. I had $109 coming to me. You could either take the cash or use it for credit. I accidentally at one point, hit the credit button, not knowing it couldn't be changed back. I want my money, not the credit. I have sent them several emails, but only receive an automated response back. It's like there is no live person working there. I would like my money back immediately.Desired Settlement: I just want the money that is rightfully owed to me back and I will never do business with this company again.
Review: I sold an item on VAUNTE for $69.00 on March **, 2015 and the item was delivered to the buyer but I never received my funds. I emailed on numerous occasions about never receiving my funds and about other questions but only received generic messages every time saying, "Thank you for your email! Our team is working to address your request." No one ever followed up or wrote me a real email about my concern so I started writing on VAUNTE's [redacted] page. I started leaving comments about how I didn't receive my funds and noticed a lot of other disgruntled buyers and sellers were having similar stories and some worst than my story.
Long story short VAUNTE is a sham! They do not pay people who sell on their platform and they keep all funds from every transaction on the site. I am very dissatisfied!!Desired Settlement: In the end I hope VAUNTE is shut down and their website is taken down because innocent people are loosing their money. Personally I want the money I am owed $69.00 plus interest and headache $100 dollars CASH because I do not trust this company to give me a check.
Review: Good Afternoon,
I am writing to you today in order to complain about VAUNTE. I had setup my account over a year ago, and posted a pair of designer shoes to con-sign. Since, that item had been sold on an external website, and I completely forgot to remove said item from VAUNTE. I had received an email that it had been sold to a buyer on VAUNTE, and I immediately tried calling, emailing, getting in touch with VAUNTE, to no avail. I felt terrible and didn't want the buyer to expect these, since I didn't have them in my possession anymore. I have gotten emails from them saying they received my request, and I have since gotten "strikes" on my account, for a basic oversight. I cannot get a hold of anyone and my issue has still NOT been resolved. This is the worst company to ever deal with, they deserve to be completely disbanned.Desired Settlement: I wish for them to take the item off my inventory/profile; alert the potential buyer; and delete my account immediately. I do NOT want to keep getting threatening emails from them (ie: strikes on my account). I wish nothing to do with this business moving forward. I do not have time for a company who cannot service their clients.

Review: Their "cash out" feature on the website has been down for 2 weeks and no one has been able to take money out that has sold the merchandise. It's bad enough you actually have to wait 1 month to get your money. The phone number provided doesn't have a set up voicemail and you can't reach a live person. Their "connect" feature, no one actually connects you back.Desired Settlement: $2550

Review: Vaunte is an online consignee/reseller of gently used highend designer clothing. My company, Beverly Hills Consignment resells on their sight. They (Vaunte) take a 15% commission from all our sales. When the sales funds become available for transfer Vaunte places them in the corresponding seller's "cash vault". We, as sellers, go in to our accounts and press a button to transfer our funds to the receiving account we've entered previously in our account set up.
For twenty days I have not been able to access my "cash vault" though we have $2280.00 dollars in. I have emailed Vaunte no fewer than ten times. Each time, instead of a courtesy call or simple explanation as to why, an auto return message suggesting "an IT ticket has been generated" comes back to me. I have never gotten one answer to any one of my very few questions. I have called two numbers that Vaunte is associated with. Every time, both numbers answer with a pre-recorded message and have no room left on the "tape" to leave a message asthey announce that "this box is currently full". Bottom line, I cannot reach anyone for 20 days. These monies are being held without warrant, and or explanation and this is illegal. Per our contract, Vaunte is responsible for paying its vendors (of which we are one) the moment the funds are available.Desired Settlement: Can someone please call me? We have been trustworthy and attentive sellers and will appreciate the same in return. Also, if in fact the IT is working on something I will like very much if Vaunte can please ACH the money, wire it, or simply send a check for the total amount available in our "vault".
Review: My business has been up and running for over 10 years. We started selling online over 3 years ago and it literally exploded. We sell on numerous (7) different online venues. Are business entails luxury resale. We sell high end, pre-owned designer fashion goods both in our brick and mortar location in Greenwich, Connecticut and online. We started selling with a venue called Vaunte ([redacted]) and for the first couple sales everything was fine. Our last two sales which accumulate almost $3,000, has been withheld from us. Not only have we waited the 30 days that is mandatory to recieve your funds, actually its more like a month and a half because you have to ship your item to Vaunte's headquarters first, then they ship it to the consumer. You do not directly ship it to your buyer. So you technically do not get your funds till 30 days after the consumer receives your package from you shipping it to Vaunte and then them shipping it whenever they feel like it to the consumer. After the month and half went by, I not only never received a message that my funds were available, which I always have, but when I went to withdraw them it said the page did not exist any longer. I immediately contact their support team, as I have consignors who need to be paid each month. After a few days of waiting around I got a response saying "Our team is looking into this". Now two weeks later, I not only still do not have my money, but No one has contacted me explaining what is going on or even the slightest apology for this situation. I contacted owners of the business, via [redacted] and [redacted] pages and just about anyone I could that I felt could help me get my money I am guaranteed through their services. I still wait almost two months down the line for my money till this day. The next step is getting authorities involved, which is the last thing I would ever want to do. I know mistakes happen. But nothing and I mean nothing has been done to solve this.Desired Settlement: I would like my funds that I am owed. I currently have in my Cash Vault: $1,062.50 that I cannot touch, and in a week or so will have double that. I would like the be reimbursed for all of this immediately as I have consignors I need to pay, including my own business and online fees for the store I have been running for over 10 years. I would like this handled immediately as I believe I have been more than patient.

Review: I listed a pair of shoes on their site. They were sold. 30 days after delivery I am supposed to get my money. I have written and tried to call and no one has gotten back to me. The e mails are not even working to get in touch with Vaunte. I now have sold my shoes on 4.** they were delivered on 5.* and It is now the 6.** and I have not seen any money for them.Desired Settlement: I want the money that I am owed for the shoes.

Review: My business has sold many thousands of dollars through this "marketplace" website, Vaunte.com. We have over $1,800 in orders that were delivered to the end customer, and Vaunte brokered the cash payment and currently has our funds in a "Cash Vault" which they have taken down from their website so that I do not have access to these funds. These funds are for items that we have delivered to the customer and Vaunte does not have possession of, nor did they ever have ownership of. They simply act as an escrow service for the funds paid by the buyer. They have dishonored their contract by removing my ability to withdraw the funds that exist in my "cash vault", stealing the money that is rightfully my businesses. They have refused my 7 requests sent to their emails to have this issue addressed. I have called to seek a reply and the phone number is no longer in service.Desired Settlement: I would like Vaunte to release the funds to me that are rightfully mine ASAP, by cash or immediate bank transfer.

Review: I had previously filed a complaint (Complaint ID: [redacted]) for $300.50 regarding commission for items sold through Vaunte.com. Vaunte responded to my claim by issuing a check and sending a copy to you. Although a check was "issued" by Vaunte in an effort to close this claim, I have yet to receive my money. They say it has been mailed but it has been a week and a half and I have still not received anything. I keep following up with Vaunte and they keep saying it is in the mail. I live in NYC and local mail does not take 1.5 weeks. I am skeptical that I will ever receive my money and the check was only issued to close this complaint. To make things worse, my account balance at Vaunte.com is now zero, so it looks like they don't owe me anything.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the money I am owed

Review: I recently sold sunglasses thru Vaunte online for $75. I shipped the sunglasses to the buyer after Vaunte emailed me that it has been sold and asked me to ship. I sent numerous emails about the shipping cost to be credited back to account because I used USPS and paid for shipping myself without Vaunte's providing [redacted] print label. They have not answered my emails.
But more importantly, I'm sure I won't get the money for the sunglasses based on so many sellers on Vaunte not getting their money for months. Many of them probably complained through BBT. I read the reviews on [redacted] and people said they are filing complaints through Revdex.com and that's why I came here.
The buyer is going to get the sunglasses soon. But I won't be getting any for them.
Please help me get the money and charge Vaunte for scamming and arresting them if possible.Desired Settlement: I want $75 cash or check sent to my address.

Review: I have emailed the website twice regarding my issue and they have not yet resolved the problem. I sold a designer handbag ([redacted]) on the website and shipped it out to the customer. Vaunte has still not even acknowledged that I even shipped out the designer handbag when clearly the customer has received it (tracking number works and the bag was delivered to the customer.) For them to not update the status of the handbag, I have not received money for it. I emailed customer service and they replied with an automated email. I am not getting paid the money that is owed to me ($340.00) since Vaunte keeps a small fee for it. I sold the bag for $400.00 on the website and they keep 15% ($60.00) so where is my share of the money?! The customer service is not doing their job nor are the people working for Vaunte.Desired Settlement: This business has a responsibility of giving the sellers their money. It was my own product that I decided to sell on their website. It is in their contract that I receive money if my item is sold and they get 15%. I am expecting to get a check from Vaunte for $340.00. I do not want a Vaunte credit since that was not the terms of their website. Either the money the website owes you can go into your bank account or you can receive the money through Vaunte credit. I would like my money since it was my product that I sold on their website.

Review: Vaunte is an online consignment shop. Their policy is once your item has sold, 30 days after the delivered date of your item to the buyer, you will be paid. It has been several months and I still have not received my commission amount of $233.75. I have reached out repeatedly to Vaunte customer service and I have never received a response indicating WHEN I will get paid. All I receive are promises they will expedite payment (which they clearly have not done so). I would like my commission payment immediately, as I am out my item and have not bee paid. This is not professional by any standard and customer service is completely useless.Desired Settlement: I would like my OWED commission payment of $233.75 to be reimbursed to me IMMEDIATELY. It is now several months overdue without any response from Vaunte.
