Hello, We are in the process of removing *** *** profile from our siteThis does take some time to do on the technical side because we need to preserve the transactional history of the account, alsoHowever, we are removing the account on the front end so that customer can not view or search *** *** profile. We believe that we have satisfactorily resolved the claim filed by *** *** when we paid her in full for the amount owed to herIt is not true that we are holding consignor items after consignors ask for their items backWe have had two rounds of reaching out to members to let us know if they wish to have their items sent back to them or disposed of by VaunteSince she does not see the communications between us and other members who have all had their items returned to them when asked, it would be incorrect of her to make such broad charges without all the facts. Regarding other payables, we are working through each case as quickly as we are able to and will endeavor to reach the same positive resolution as we did in this case with *** *** We respectfully ask that this case be closedThanks

First they have still not done anythingsecond I bought a product they accepted my terms and they received payment in fullthey need to ship the bag or they are in breach of contract they never said it was whom supplies last or that there were any conditions whatsoeverIf they need to check stock a company does so BEFORE they receive funds.! The bag in question is available through another company and so this company either purchase the bag from them and send it to me or provide me with good and valuable funds allowing me to buy it as the amount of the bag from this third party exceeds them amount j contracted for.

I am pleased that they have finally paid me what's due While I am upset that they would not refund me a credit for an item that was never sent, at this point the monetary response of $is good enoughThat said, I also demanded that they take down my profile on their website (this has not been done) as I am not comfortable with people thinking I am supportive of this company I believe their business practices have become terrible and given what I have been through to try and receive payment that's due to me, and that I don't want other people to have the same experience, I demand my profile be removed from their siteQuestion - the screen shot showing that payment has been made shows my email address - the email will not be made public - correct?
