complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:I am pleased that they have finally paid me what's due. While I am upset that they would not refund me a credit for an item that was never sent, at this point the monetary response of $252 is good enough.That said, I also demanded that they take down my profile on their website (this has not been done) as I am not comfortable with people thinking I am supportive of this company. I believe their business practices have become terrible and given what I have been through to try and receive payment that's due to me, and that I don't want other people to have the same experience, I demand my profile be removed from their site.Question - the screen shot showing that payment has been made shows my email address - the email will not be made public - correct?Thank you for all of your assistance!

First they have still not done anythingsecond I bought a product they accepted my terms and they received payment in fullthey need to ship the bag or they are in breach of contract they never said it was whom supplies last or that there were any conditions whatsoever. If they need to check stock a company does so BEFORE they receive funds.! The bag in question is available through another company and so this company either purchase the bag from them and send it to me or provide me with good and valuable funds allowing me to buy it as the amount of the bag from this third party exceeds them amount j contracted for.
