  ...be able to tell the difference between a new A/C unit and a 7 year old unit.When I told them I could call another A/C company to verify that the capacitor had been replaced, I was told it did not matter because I fixed it, the repair had to be done by the A/C technician.My next step is to file with the Revdex.com.
