I tried emailing them back saying that I would just like my money refunded back to my debit card. I have had no response whatsoever and when I call the company it takes you to a "___" voicemail which sounds very unprofessional. On their website it states that you cannot receive refund if product has been shipped and I know mine hasn't been shipped yet because they are out. Unfortunately I read aweful reviews of this company AFTER placing the order of which other customers were having the exact same problems. One woman requested a refund but didn't get a response until her product had been just shipped, and was given the "your product has already been shipped, so no refund" excuse. I don't want that to happen to me!
