I am rejecting this response because:
attached is the delivery info I was sent from zoraab. the confirmed delivery address has a different zip code than the one I provided in the shipping address. i contacted USPS on my own and was told that the address I provided was in fact not the address the package was shipped to. i was also told that the sender has to file an incident report. i contacted zoraab several times and shared this information. the full $60 is owed to me and I appreciate zorrab agreeing to refund that amount. however, at this time I have received no refund at all.

We use [redacted] for Shipping whatever Address customer gives thats where the goods get shipped, in this case according to USPS [redacted] the Zip that was given was not correct so the Zip got corrected automatically the address is the sameAny way Full refund of $ 60-00 was issued on 3-4-15 Please check with your credit card company, if still u have not received the $60 Please email us we will look into againTHANKS
Order was placed on 5/19/17 about 50 days back, we have refund or exchange policy if goods are sent back in original packing, we received email from her on 7/13/17 and had online chat on 6/26/17 we informed her on chat before also, she can send us goods back in original condition at...
